In der gleichen Weise wie bei den Benzoesäureestern wird aus dem Natriumsalz der 3-Methylthiophen-2-carbonsäure, 2-Diethylamino-ethylchlorid und etherischer Salzsäure das Hydrochlorid des 3-Methylthiophen-2-carbonsäure-2-diethylamino-ethylesters, Smp. 145,7°, hergestellt. In the same way as for the benzoic acid esters, the hydrochloride of the 3-methylthiophene-2-carboxylic acid-2-diethylamino-ethyl ester, mp 145, is converted from the sodium salt of 3-methylthiophene-2-carboxylic acid, 2-diethylamino-ethyl chloride and ethereal hydrochloric acid. 7 °.
Beispiel 2 Example 2
In der gleichen Weise wie im Beispiel 1 wird das Hydrochlorid des 5-Methylthiophen-2-carbonsäure-2-diethyl-amino-ethylesters hergestellt. Smp. 145,7°, falls 5-Me-thylthiophen-2-carbonsäure eingesétzt wird. The hydrochloride of 5-methylthiophene-2-carboxylic acid-2-diethylamino-ethyl ester is prepared in the same way as in Example 1. Mp 145.7 ° if 5-methyl-thiophene-2-carboxylic acid is used.
