PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Handtuchhalter, mit einem oberen Abteil (1) mit einer Hebebühne (3), auf welcher unbenutzte, aufeinander gestapelte, mit Ösen (7) versehene Handtücher (5) aufliegen, einem unteren Abteil für benutzte Handtücher (5) und einem Stab (4) zum Führen einzelner Handtücher (5) vom oberen (1) zum unteren (2) Abteil, wobei der obere Abschnitt des Stabes (4) als senkrechte Schleife ausgebildet und sein im oberen Abteil liegendes Ende (4a) verschliessbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das im unteren Abteil (2) liegende Ende (4b) in einer Halterung frei eingesetzt ist und dass der untere Abschnitt des Stabes (4) einen Bund (8) aufweist, dessen Durchmesser grösser ist als derjenige der Handtuchösen (7).
2. Handtuchhalter nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterung aus einem kelchförmigen Behälter (6) besteht, der am Boden des unteren Abteils (2) befestigt ist.
Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Handtuchhalter, mit einem oberen Abteil mit einer Hebebühne, auf welcher unbenutzte, aufeinander gestapelte, mit Ösen versehene Handtücher aufliegen, einem unteren Abteil für benutzte Handtücher und einem Stab zum Führen einzelner Handtücher vom oberen zum unteren Abteil, wobei der obere Abschnitt des Stabes als senkrechte Schleife ausgebildet und sein im oberen Abteil liegendes Ende verschliessbar ist.
Ein solcher Handtuchhalter ist aus der US-PS 2 077 753 bekannt. Das obere Ende des Stabes zum Führen einzelner Handtücher vom oberen zum unteren Abteil ist an einem Brett des oberen Abteils, auf welchem die Handtücher aufliegen, mittels einer Schliessvorrichtung befestigt. Das untere Ende dieses Stabes ist ebenfalls mittels einer der ersten Schliessvorrichtung gleichen Schliessvorrichtung an einer der Seitenwände des unteren Abteils befestigt. Der untere Abschnitt des Stabes verläuft nach unten zu seinem Ende hin geneigt, wodurch ermöglicht wird, dass sich die benutzten, durch Schwerkraft über den Stab in das untere Abteil gerutschten Handtücher an diesem geneigten unteren Abschnitt sammeln.
Um die benutzten Handtücher zum Zweck ihrer Reinigung von dem unteren Abschnitt des Stabes abstreifen zu können, müssen die Schliessvorrichtungen im oberen sowie unteren Abteil geöffnet werden, um das obere und untere Ende des Stabes zu entriegeln, wonach der Stab aus dem oberen und unteren Abteil herausgenommen wird und die benutzten Handtücher abgestreift werden.
Ein solcher Vorgang ist aber mühsam und zeitraubend.
Ausserdem muss das untere Abteil mindestens von einer Seite gut zugänglich sein.
Der im Anspruch 1 angegebene Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Handtuchhalter zu schaffen, bei welchem das Abstreifen der benutzten Handtücher vom Stab einfacher vor sich geht als es bis jetzt der Fall war, wobei auch hier das Abnehmen der Handtücher vom Stab durch unautorisierte Personen verhindert werden soll.
Diese Aufgabe wird bei einem Handtuchhalter nach dem Oberbegriff der Patentanspruches 1 dadurch gelöst, dass das im unteren Abteil liegende Ende in einer Halterung frei eingesetzt ist und dass der untere Abschnitt des Stabes einen
Bund aufweist, dessen Durchmesser grösser ist als derjenige der Handtuchösen.
Mit Vorteil besteht die Halterung aus einem kelchförmigen Behälter, der am Boden des unteren Abteils befestigt ist.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand wird nachgehend anhand der Zeichnung beispielsweise näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht des Handtuchhalters mit einem oberen und einem unteren Abteil und einem Stab zum Führen einzelner Handtücher vom oberen zum unteren Abteil, der durch ein Loch in einem Waschbeckentisch durchgeführt ist,
Fig. 2 eine Ansicht des aus dem Handtuchhalter herausgenommen Stabes zum Führen der Handtücher,
Fig. 3 eine Draufsicht der Schliessvorrichtung zum Verschliessen des oberen Endes des Stabes im Schnitt und
Fig. 4 einen Schnitt der Fig. 3 entlang der Linie IV-IV, teilweise abgebrochen.
Der Handtuchhalter nach der Fig. 1 besteht aus einem oberen Abteil 1, das oberhalb eines Waschbeckentisches 9 angeordnet ist, einem unteren Abteil 2, das sich unterhalb des Waschbeckentisches 9 befindet und einem Stab 4, dessen eines Ende 4a im oberen Abteil 1 liegt und das andere Ende 4b im unteren Abteil 2 untergebracht ist, wobei der Stab 4 durch ein Loch 10 im Waschbeckentisch 9 durchgeführt ist.
Im oberen Abteil 1 ist eine Hebebühne 3 vorgesehen, die durch eine in einem Rohr 11 untergebrachten Schraubenfeder 16 nach oben gedrückt wird. Das senkrecht verlaufende Rohr 11 ist durch den Waschbeckentisch 9 hindurchgeführt. Auf der Hebebühne 3 sind unbenutzte, aufeinander gestappelte und mit Ösen 7 versehene Handtücher 5 angeordnet.
Der obere Abschnitt des Stabes 4 ist als senkrechtliegende Schleife ausgebildet. Der obere Endabschnitt des Stabes 4 ist in ein Führungsrohr 12 hineingeführt, welches Führungsrohr an einer Bodenplatte 13 des oberen Abteils 1 befestigt ist. Auf dem Führungsrohr 12 sind die Ösen 7 der aufeinander gestapelten unbenutzten Handtücher 5 aufgeschoben. In der Bodenplatte 13 ist auch eine Schliessvorrichtung vorgesehen, wie aus den Fig. 3 und 4 ersichtlich ist.
Der mittlere Abschnitt des Stabes 4 verläuft mit dem oberen Abschnitt desselben parallel. Der untere Abschnitt des Stabes 4, der im unteren Abteil 2 untergebracht ist, weist einen Bund 8 auf, dessen Durchmesser grösser ist als derjenige der Handtuchösen 7. Das untere Ende 4b des Stabes 4 ist in einer Halterung, die aus einem kelchförmigen Behälter 6 besteht, frei eingesetzt. Durch die Kelchform wird das Einführen des unteren Endes 4b des Stabes 4 erleichtert.
Über die unbenutzten, aufeinander gestappeIten Handtücher 5 ist eine Plastikglocke 15 überstülpt, deren obere Wand geschlitzt ist. Der Schlitz 15a ist so gestaltet, dass er sich zur vorderen Kante hin erweitert, um dem Benutzer zu ermöglichen, die Handtücher 5 einzeln wegzunehmen und über die Schleife des Stabes 4 zu führen. Die benutzten Handtücher 5 rutschen dann durch Schwerkraft über den mittleren Abschnitt des Stabes 4 und das Loch 10 im Waschbeckentisch 9 in das untere Abteil 2, wo sie vom Bund 8 aufgehalten werden.
Durch die Wirkung der Schraubenfeder 16 wird die Hebebühne mit unbenutzten Handtüchern 5 immer weiter nach oben gedrückt, so dass für die Benutzung immer ein neues Handtuch an der vorderen Kante der Plastikglocke 15 erscheint.
Durch Ziehung eines abnehmbaren Schlüssels 19 der Schliessvorrichtung (siehe Fig. 3) wird das obere Ende 4a des Stabes 4 entriegelt, so dass der Stab 4 mit den auf seinem unteren Abschnitt aufgehängten, benutzten Handtüchern 5 durch das Loch 10 im Waschbeckentisch 9 mühelos hinaufgezogen werden kann. Demnach wird auf die Ringnut 14 ein Gummiring 17 aufgeschoben, (siehe Fig. 2), dessen Durchmesser dem Aussendurchmesser der Ringnut 14 entspricht oder kleiner ist. Am Gummiring 17 ist eine Schnur 18 befestigt. Durch das Umkippen des Stabes 4 rutschen die benutz
ten Handtücher 5 von dem Bund 8 zur Ringnut 14 und über den Gummiring 17 auf die Schnur 18, deren anderes Ende vom Benutzter mit Hand gehalten wird. Wenn alle benutzten Handtücher 6 auf die Schnur 18 geraten, wird das Paket von etwa 50 benutzten Handtüchern durch Verknoten der Schnur 18 festgehalten. Der Gummiring 17 wird dann von der Ringnut 14 abgezogen und das gesamte verknotete Paket von benutzten Handtüchern wird einem Waschprozess in einer Waschmaschine und anschliessend einem Trocknungsprozess in einen Trockner unterworfen.
Das Paket von etwa 50 sauberen Handtüchern wird dann über die Schnur 18 und den nun auf einem abgebogenen, als Hilfsmittel dienenden, nichtdargestellten Stab aufgeschobenen Gummiring 17 auf einen nichtdargestellten Plastikschlauch so überführt, dass die Ösen 7 der Handtücher 5 über den Schlauch geschoben werden, an welchem sie genau geordnet gehalten werden. Dieses Paket mit dem Schlauch wird dann ins obere Abteil 1 gelegt, wobei der Schlauch über das Führungsrohr 12 geführt wird, wonach die unbenutzten Handtücher 6 mit Hand vom Schlauch abgestreift werden und der Schlauch entfernt wird.
Dann wird das obere Ende 4a des Stabes 4 in das Führungsrohr 12 und das untere Ende 4b in den kelchförmigen Behälter 6 eingeführt, wo es frei liegt. In die Ringnut 14 des oberen Endes 4a schnappt die Feder 20 der Schliessvorrichtung ein, wodurch die Handtücher 5 gegen Diebstahl gesichert sind. Die Ringnut 14, wobei auch eine andere Gestaltung - z. B. eine Wulst - denkbar wäre, dient zweierlei Zwekken, nämlich dem Verschliessen des Handtuchhalters mittels der Schliessvorrichtung oder im entriegelten Zustand des Handtuchhalters der Aufnahme eines Gummiringes, an weI- chem eine Schnur zum Festhalten der benutzten Handtücher befestigt ist.
Dadurch dass das untere Ende des Stabes im unteren Abteil in einer Halterung frei eingeführt ist, ist die Herausnehmung des Stabes aus dem Handtuchhalter und die Manipulation mit den benutzten Handtüchern wesentlich erleichtert.
Das untere Abteil des Handtuchhalters kann abgeschlossen sein, wodurch der Benutzer von den benutzten Handtüchern abgeschirmt ist.

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Towel holder, with an upper compartment (1) with a lifting platform (3) on which unused, stacked towels with eyelets (7) rest (5), a lower compartment for used towels (5) and a rod ( 4) for guiding individual towels (5) from the upper (1) to the lower (2) compartment, the upper section of the rod (4) being designed as a vertical loop and its end (4a) located in the upper compartment being closable, characterized in that that the end (4b) lying in the lower compartment (2) is freely inserted in a holder and that the lower section of the rod (4) has a collar (8) whose diameter is larger than that of the towel eyelets (7).
2. Towel holder according to claim 1, characterized in that the holder consists of a cup-shaped container (6) which is attached to the bottom of the lower compartment (2).
The invention relates to a towel holder, with an upper compartment with a lifting platform, on which unused, stacked, eyelet towels lie, a lower compartment for used towels and a rod for guiding individual towels from the upper to the lower compartment, the The upper section of the rod is designed as a vertical loop and its end in the upper compartment can be closed.

Such a process is tedious and time consuming.

1 consists of an upper compartment 1, which is arranged above a washbasin table 9, a lower compartment 2, which is located below the washbasin table 9 and a rod 4, one end 4a of which is in the upper compartment 1 and that the other end 4b is accommodated in the lower compartment 2, the rod 4 being passed through a hole 10 in the washbasin table 9.
In the upper compartment 1, a lifting platform 3 is provided, which is pressed upwards by a coil spring 16 accommodated in a tube 11. The vertical pipe 11 is passed through the wash basin table 9. Unused, stacked towels 5 provided with eyelets 7 are arranged on the lifting platform 3.
The upper section of the rod 4 is designed as a vertical loop. The upper end section of the rod 4 is guided into a guide tube 12, which guide tube is fastened to a base plate 13 of the upper compartment 1. The eyelets 7 of the stacked, unused towels 5 are pushed onto the guide tube 12. A locking device is also provided in the base plate 13, as can be seen from FIGS. 3 and 4.
The middle section of the rod 4 runs parallel to the upper section thereof. The lower section of the rod 4, which is accommodated in the lower compartment 2, has a collar 8, the diameter of which is larger than that of the towel eyelets 7. The lower end 4b of the rod 4 is in a holder which consists of a cup-shaped container 6 , freely used. The goblet shape facilitates the insertion of the lower end 4b of the rod 4.
A plastic bell 15 is slipped over the unused, stacked towels 5, the upper wall of which is slotted. The slot 15a is designed so that it widens towards the front edge to allow the user to take the towels 5 individually and pass them over the loop of the rod 4. The towels 5 used then slide by gravity over the central section of the rod 4 and the hole 10 in the washbasin table 9 into the lower compartment 2, where they are stopped by the collar 8.
Due to the action of the helical spring 16, the lift with unused towels 5 is pushed ever further upward, so that a new towel always appears on the front edge of the plastic bell 15 for use.
By pulling a removable key 19 of the locking device (see FIG. 3), the upper end 4a of the rod 4 is unlocked, so that the rod 4 with the used towels 5 suspended on its lower section are effortlessly pulled up through the hole 10 in the washbasin table 9 can. Accordingly, a rubber ring 17 is pushed onto the annular groove 14 (see FIG. 2), the diameter of which corresponds to or is smaller than the outer diameter of the annular groove 14. A cord 18 is attached to the rubber ring 17. By tilting the rod 4, the user slip
ten towels 5 from the collar 8 to the annular groove 14 and the rubber ring 17 on the cord 18, the other end of which is held by the user by hand. When all the used towels 6 get on the cord 18, the package of about 50 used towels is held by knotting the cord 18. The rubber ring 17 is then pulled off the annular groove 14 and the entire knotted packet of used towels is subjected to a washing process in a washing machine and then a drying process in a dryer.
The package of about 50 clean towels is then transferred to a plastic tube (not shown) via the cord 18 and the rubber ring 17, which is now pushed onto a bent rod, which serves as an aid, so that the eyelets 7 of the towels 5 are pushed over the tube which they are kept in order. This package with the hose is then placed in the upper compartment 1, the hose being guided over the guide tube 12, after which the unused towels 6 are stripped from the hose by hand and the hose is removed.
Then, the upper end 4a of the rod 4 is inserted into the guide tube 12 and the lower end 4b into the cup-shaped container 6 where it is exposed. The spring 20 of the locking device snaps into the annular groove 14 of the upper end 4a, as a result of which the towels 5 are secured against theft. The annular groove 14, with a different design - z. B. a bead - would be conceivable, serves two purposes, namely the closing of the towel holder by means of the locking device or, in the unlocked state of the towel holder, the reception of a rubber ring, to which a cord is attached to hold the used towels.
Because the lower end of the rod is freely inserted in a holder in the lower compartment, the removal of the rod from the towel holder and the manipulation with the used towels is made considerably easier.
The lower compartment of the towel holder can be closed, whereby the user is shielded from the towels used.
