Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie II-II der Fig. 1.

7. Floor according to claim 6, characterized in that the length of the webs forming the two layers is equal to the length of the floor in the longitudinal direction of the webs.
The invention relates to a sports hall floor which, arranged in an arrangement from bottom to top, has an elastic layer, a load distribution layer made of plastic and a top covering, the joints in the load distribution layer being bridged.
In a known floor of the specified type (DE-OS 23 11 654), the load distribution layer consists of a plate with a fold running along its edges, into which bridging strips of glass silk mats are laminated.
With a load distribution layer of this type, good sport-functional properties of the floor, in particular with regard to the size of the deflection trough, can be achieved and, in addition, a high load-bearing capacity can be achieved during the rolling test. However, the production of the floor is complex, and the production of the bridges is cumbersome, since glass silk mat strips have to be inserted and work has to be carried out on the construction site with resin and hardener, which is only possible if various conditions are met. This is a significant disadvantage of such a floor.
A floor of the type mentioned at the outset is therefore to be created, the joints of which can be produced in a simpler manner. This object is achieved according to the invention in that the load distribution layer consists of two mutually offset and glued layers, each about 2 mm thick, with webs or plates being provided as elements in each layer.
This eliminates any special measures in the area of the joints, because the two layers on the construction site only need to be placed on top of each other after the adhesive has been applied. The two layers are preferably made of hard PVC or a high molecular hard PE.
This material has a high breaking strength in relation to its modulus of elasticity and good impact strength.
Therefore, a load capacity of at least 2000 N can be achieved during the rolling test. But the sport-functional properties are also favorable, which can be attributed, among other things, to the fact that in addition to a surface-elastic component, there is a point-elastic component.
The two layers are preferably glued over the entire surface. The adhesive is preferably a pressure sensitive adhesive, ie a permanently adhesive adhesive. The advantage of such an adhesive is not only that it can also be used to connect layers of polyethylene, which are particularly cheap because of their technical properties and their price. A pressure-sensitive adhesive also has the advantage that in the event of excessive stress, such as can occur on the joints, no damage can occur, as is the case with a firm bond. The layers, which may become detached from one another under excessive stress, are in fact glued to one another again after relief, since the adhesive connection is fully effective again as soon as the two parts come into contact again.
The adhesive can not only be applied in such a way that the two layers are coated with the adhesive. A double-sided adhesive film or a double-sided adhesive fleece can also be provided between the two layers.
The plates or sheets of one layer of the load distribution layer are preferably aligned with the center of the plates or sheets of the other layer. If the two layers do not consist of plates, but of strips, then the length of the strips is expediently chosen to be equal to the length of the bottom in the longitudinal direction of the strip.
The invention is explained in detail below on the basis of exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing. Show it:
Fig. 1 is an incomplete and partially broken plan view of the first exemplary embodiment, and
2 shows a section along the line II-II of FIG. 1st
The sports floor shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 consists, in the order from bottom to top, of an elastic layer 1, a two-layer load distribution layer 2 and an upper covering 3. The elastic layer 1 is formed from large-area foam panels which are placed seamlessly against one another. In the example, these panels have a size of 1 m by 2 m and a thickness of 15 mm. The density is in the range between 180 kg / m3 and 250 kg / m3, determined according to DIN 53420. It is selected according to the sport-functional properties to be fulfilled.
The load distribution layer 2 consists of elements 6 and 6 'in the form of sheets or plates made of hard polyethylene with a thickness of 2 mm each. The width of the elements is 1 m in the exemplary embodiment, and the length of the elements is equal to one side length of the floor in the case of tracks, for example the width or length of the sports hall, and approximately 2 m in the case of panels. The top covering 3 is a PVC covering in the exemplary embodiment. However, other floor coverings can also be used.
The sports floor is expediently laid in such a way that the plates of the elastic layer 1 are placed seamlessly on the flat sub-floor 4, which usually consists of concrete or asphalt screed, with the interposition of a thin protective plastic film. A permanent adhesive pressure-sensitive adhesive in the form of a web, the width of which is equal to the width of the elements 6 of the load distribution layer 2, is then applied mechanically to the top of the elastic layer 1.
Thereafter, the elements 6 forming the lower layer of the load distribution layer 2 are placed next to one another seamlessly in the direction of the one long side of the sports floor. Since the
If the length of the elements 6 is equal to the width or length of the sports floor, the lower layer of the load distribution layer 2 only has separating points running in the longitudinal direction of the elements. The dimensions of the plates of the elastic layer 1 in the transverse direction of the elements 6 are chosen such that the latter cover the butt joints of the plates of the elastic layer 1 in the middle.
After the application of the elements 6 forming the lower layer of the load distribution layer 2, a permanent adhesive pressure-sensitive adhesive in the form of webs is applied to the latter by machine, the width of which is equal to the width of the elements 6 'and which extends in the longitudinal direction of the elements 6 forming the lower layer. Then, the upper layer of the elements 6 'forming the load distribution layer 2 are laid in the center in relation to the elements already laid. The elements 6 'forming the upper layer thus cover the longitudinal sides of the elements 6 underneath in the middle. The elements of the two layers are not clamped together. A welding of the elements 6 and 6 'is also not necessary.
Finally, pressure sensitive adhesive in the form of webs is applied mechanically to the top of the elements 6 'forming the upper layer. Then the webs forming the top covering 3 are placed and welded along their edges.
The resilience StVv of this floor is about 4 mm.
The uniformity of compliance AStVv is less than + 2%.
The diameter of the deflection trough with the vertical standard deformation of approximately 4 mm is less than 1 m.
The depth of the trough at a distance of 20 cm from the load point is w2o = 0% of StVv, the depth at a distance of 50 cm from the load point w5o = 0%.
The energy loss is 18%. The ball reflection is 98%. The reduction in power is 54 to 60%. The load capacity during the rolling test is about 400 to 500 kp.
