REVENDICATIONS
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3 caractérisé par le fait que les organes de blocage comportent chacun une fourchette formée de deux doigts (2' et 2"), destinée à exercer une pression sur la roue qu'elle doit bloquer, fourchette qui est disposée à l'extrémité d'une plaquette (2) pourvue d'une fente longitudinale (3) et qui se termine à l'extrémité opposée à la fourchette avec une barre supérieure (4) apte à s'appliquer sur les bords supérieurs (5' et 5") du profilé (5); cette plaquette (2) étant pourvue de deux oreilles percées (6, 6'), dans lesquelles, à l'aide d'un axe (7) s'insère un étrier (pièces 8 et 8') qui constitue un lévier à genou;
à cet étrier (8, 8') étant vissé, à l'aide d'un deuxième axe (9) percé et fileté (9'), un tirant fileté (10) qui se termine dans sa partie inférieure par une deuxième barre (11) destinée à se bloquer sous les bords supérieurs (5' et 5") du profilé (5); le pas de vis (10') du montant (10) permettant de modifier sa longueur utile et de l'adapter ainsi aux sections variables des pneumatiques des véhicules; deuxième barre (11) étant pivotante autour de la base du tirant (10) d'au moin 90o, pour permettre l'extraction de l'ensemble de l'organe de blocage du profilé (5);

to this stirrup (8, 8 ') being screwed, using a second axis (9) drilled and threaded (9'), a threaded tie rod (10) which ends in its lower part by a second bar ( 11) intended to be blocked under the upper edges (5 'and 5 ") of the profile (5); the thread (10') of the upright (10) making it possible to modify its useful length and thus adapt it to the sections variable of vehicle tires; second bar (11) being pivotable around the base of the tie rod (10) of at least 90o, to allow the extraction of the whole of the blocking member of the profile (5);
the arrangement of the above axes (7 and 9) and the length of the lever arms being such that they allow the fork (2, 2 ") to exert permanent pressure on the vehicle wheel and indirectly on its tire (16 ) against the upper edges (5 ', 5 ") of the profile (5) when the lever (8") is in its anchoring position.
The subject of the present invention is a device making it possible to anchor, during the journey, to the ground of a transport car or of an airplane, in particular (motor car, coach, railway car, etc.) at least two wheels. a vehicle, including a paraplegic chair, stroller, wheelchair, or any other vehicle.
The device in question solves the problem of fixing wheelchairs for paraplegics, whose shape and spacing of the wheels are very different from one type of chair to another.
It is in fact known that when these wheelchairs for the disabled are loaded onto transport cars one must have recourse to the most disparate makeshift means (ropes or other improvised devices), to prevent these chairs from moving during the journey. with inconveniences easy to imagine.
The invention provides a solution to this problem with the device defined in claim 1.
The accompanying drawing illustrates a preferred form of an embodiment of the device which is the subject of the present invention.
Fig. 1 shows a partial view of the ground plane of a coach car, auguel is applied the device in question.
Fig. 2 shows the cross section of an anchor member.
Fig. 3, the top view of the same fixing member.
Fig. 4 the cross section of a profile.
Figs. 5 and 6 details.
Referring to fig. 1: the device provides for the insertion into the ground 1 of the car, of a succession of profiles for example with a C-shaped or better rectangular section, empty, with longitudinal opening in the center (fig. 4), placed in a transverse direction, that is to say perpendicular to the longitudinal axis AB of the coach.
The upper part of each profile coincides with the surface of the coach floor, so as to avoid any obstacle for the passengers.
In each profile, when anchoring a wheelchair (12-13-14-15), insert the movable fixing members (2) allowing the vehicles to be securely fixed, by blocking at least two wheels of each 'them.
The locking members (2) can be applied in the profiles only at the time of use and can also be removed at the end of the journey.
However, it is also possible to provide for these members to be incorporated without exceeding, in the resting state, the ground level, in each of the sections, in which they can slide to adapt to the spacing of the wheels of the chair. rolling, as well as its position relative to the profile.
In fig. 2 and 3 illustrates a blocking member of each wheel according to the invention, produced in a preferred but non-limiting form.
The component is made up of: a fork 2 'and 2 "capable of exerting pressure on the rim of the wheel which must be locked, a fork which is located at the end of a plate 2 provided with a slot longitudinal 3; this plate 2 is provided at its end opposite to that of the fork 2 'and 2 "with a small upper bar 4, intended to press on the two upper edges 5' and 5" (fig. 3) of the profile C-shaped, indicated with the number 5 in Fig. 1 and in Fig. 4.
The plate 2 is provided with two ears 6, 6 'in which, using a pin 7, a stirrup 8 and 8' is inserted which is part of a knee lever 8, 8 ', 8 " To this lever 8, 8 'is fixed, by a pin 9 (fig. 6) provided with a thread 9', a tie rod 10 (fig.
5) which ends in its lower part with a small bar 11 intended to be blocked under the edges 5 'and 5 "of the profile 5;
useful length of the upright 10 can be modified thanks to the thread of screw 10 '(fig. 5) which makes it possible to adapt the movement of the knee lever to the variable section of the tire of the wheel to be fixed.
The small bar 11 is pivotable around the base of the tie rod 10 of at least 900, which allows the extraction of the whole of the blocking member of the profile 5.
The arrangement of the axes 7 and 9 and the length of the lever of the lever of the different parts are such that they make it possible to strongly compress the rim of the wheel and indirectly its tire 17, (fig. 2) which thus remains locked against the two edges. upper 5 'and 5 "of the profile 5, when the lever 8" is in its anchoring position; in the case illustrated in fig. 3 this 8 "lever is then in a practically horizontal position.
