Fig. 1 eine Teilansicht des gerafften Stores,
Fig. 2 eine Teilansicht des gesenkten Stores,

Rafflamellenstore, which on the one hand engages the tension members at the bottom for lifting and lowering the store and on the other hand connects the slats below each other, each having a pair of elastically flexible metal wire strands, which engage with coupling heads on the respective slat edge, with a coupling head part attached to the metal wire strand parallel to the blind level The vertical plane is pivotally articulated on another head part, which in turn is pivotably mounted on the lamella edge in a vertical plane perpendicular to the plane of the blind, and wherein the strand sections extending between successive coupling heads are one in the middle of the section, the folding of the strand section alternately to one side and the other approximately 1800 in that,
have a folding point that enables the plane parallel to the blind. Support members made of wire ropes have proven to be particularly advantageous; the relative rigidity of such wire ropes can lead to difficulties, for example, by. B. do not place the coupling head parts attached to them evenly horizontally when gathering, or in the adjacent loops interfere with each other; both can lead to the fact that the slats cannot be gathered up to the mutual concern.
The present invention aims to provide a venetian blind of the type mentioned, in which these difficulties are avoided. For this purpose, the external venetian blind according to the invention is characterized in that the metal wire strands formed by wire ropes are clamped in an end longitudinal slot of one part of the coupling heads, the cable section lying between two successive coupling heads both directly at the outlet from the clamping part of the coupling head and in its longitudinal center is pre-bent in the direction of formation.
This type of pre-bending of the wire ropes, which only occurs when the store is lowered, i.e. when the wire ropes are tensioned, only as a relatively weak permanent bend in the wire rope and through a slight inclination of the clamping parts of the coupling heads that act on them, causes the rope sections to appear when the store is gathered do not deform into U-shaped or V-shaped loops, the legs of which try to move the coupling heads and thus the disks apart by spreading action, i.e. counteract the gathering, but that round (approximately tennis racket-shaped) loops are formed, the leg ends of which open into the clamping parts, and thus try to place these clamping parts parallel to each other.
It has also proven to be particularly expedient to provide the wire ropes with a plastic coating.
So that not only the z. B. can be stabilized by kinking the wire rope pre-bending, but also the elasticity of the wire rope is improved; Breakage of individual wires is prevented and the risk of contamination and corrosion of the wire rope is also reduced.
In addition, the loops, which are relatively bulbous thanks to the pre-bending, overlap each other at the start of gathering and therefore cannot interfere, which ensures the perfect gathering of the slats up to their mutual abutment.
In order to ensure the aforementioned parallel transverse positioning of the clamping parts attached to the cables, the smoothness of the joints of the coupling head is particularly important. In this regard, an embodiment has proven to be particularly advantageous in which a plastic bearing body, expediently made of a polyamide, is inserted in the edge flange of the lamella, in which a transverse pin is pivotably mounted at one end of a bearing pin in the vertical plane perpendicular to the blind plane on the other end part of the bearing pin protruding from the edge flange of the lamella, the clamping part fastened to the wire cable is rotatably mounted in the plane parallel to the plane of the blind.
In the drawing, the invention is shown for example; therein shows:
1 is a partial view of the gathered store,
2 is a partial view of the lowered store,
Fig. 3 is a horizontal section along the line III-III in Fig. 2, and
4 shows, on a larger scale, a vertical section along the line IV-IV in FIG. 3.
In the drawing, 1 is the slats made of profiled sheet metal, the longitudinal edges of which have an edge flange la. A plastic bearing body 34 held in a steel eyelet 33 is inserted through a cutout 32 in the edge flange la; Steel eyelet 33 and bearing body 34 have in the region of the flange cutout 32 a segment cutout 35 which extends over approximately 90 °, this cutout being located on the rear edge flange of the lamella (FIG. 4), relative to the longitudinal central axis a of the flange la
extends over the lower, and at the front edge flange over the upper quadrant. In the bearing body 34, a transverse pin 36a of a bearing bolt 36, which protrudes through the cutout 35 from the flange la and forms part of a coupling head, is pivotably mounted about the axis a; the pivot angle of the bolt 36 lying in a vertical plane perpendicular to the plane of the blind is limited by the cutout 35. The bolt end part protruding from the flange is rotatably mounted in a bore 37a of a clamping part 37 forming the other part of the coupling head and is secured against axial escape from this bore 37a by a head 36b projecting into a recess in this clamping part 37.
On the side of the clamping part 37 opposite the bore 37a, the latter has a slot 37b running transversely to the plane through the axis a of the transverse part 36a and the axis b of the bolt 36, in which the associated wire cable 38 of the supporting member is clamped. The wire rope 38 has a plastic coating which prevents the wire rope 38 from being damaged when it is clamped by squeezing together the parts of the clamping part delimiting the slot 37b, and at the same time not only increases the stiffness of the wire rope somewhat, but also forms perfect corrosion protection and, thanks to its smooth surface, prevents it from attaching Dirt on the wire rope difficult.
As shown in FIG. 2, the cable sections lying between two coupling heads are expediently slightly pre-bent by kinking both at the exit points from the clamping parts 37 and in their longitudinal center in the direction of the loop formation. With the store lowered, this results in a slight (exaggeratedly shown in the drawing) zigzag course of the rope 38 and a slight inclination of the clamping part 37 fastened to it.
Raising a slat 1 for gathering the store immediately creates a loop in the desired direction and also leads to a relatively round loop, the legs of which have only a slight spreading effect on the coupling heads 36, 37 or the slats, which can be easily overcome by the pulling action 1 transmits; Thus, the lamellae 1 can be gathered up to the complete abutment with simultaneous transverse positioning of the clamping head parts 37 acting on the wire rope. The coupling heads 36, 37 described have smooth joints and are easy to assemble.
