Abstract

The analysis comprises a step of reaction between the samples and appropriate reagents, in order to obtain two respectively light and heavy liquid phases. The device comprises a line for selective sampling of samples (10, 11, 12) and lines for sampling (23, 24, 25) reagents and solvents necessary for the reaction, as well as a reaction vessel (1). This vessel (1) is fed via pipes (29, 30, 31) fitted with valves (32, 33, 34) and comprises means making it possible selectively to sample one of the two respectively light and heavy phases which it contains, as well as means (46) for selective analysis of the components of the sampled phase. This device can be used for implementing automated methods for analysis of water. <IMAGE>
