Abstract

The mechanism includes as an essential part the clutch-pinion (2) which is actuated by the rocker (7), itself operated by the setting lever (6) depending on the movements of the stem (1). In the intermediate position, the toothing (3) drives the date annulus (12) when the stem revolves in one direction and the toothing (4) drives the day disc (13) when the stem revolves in the other direction. In the time-setting position, the toothing (5) meshes with the minute wheel (11), whilst, in the inner position of the stem, the clutch-pinion occupies a position offset to the right with respect to that of the figure, and is entirely free. <IMAGE>
