Darin zeigen:
Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt des Kompressors
Fig. 2 ein elektrisches Schaltschema und
Fig. 3 ein Pneumatikschema.
220 V Einphasen-Wechselstrom

The invention relates to a piston compressor, which is characterized in that the piston is actuated directly by magnetizing the piston by means of a magnetic coil surrounding it. The compressors known today need a separate drive motor or are connected to an auxiliary machine.
The piston compressor according to the invention is suitable for a wide range of applications. A main application is e.g. use as an auxiliary compressor for automobile tires. In this application, it is fed with 12 volts direct current supplied by the car battery. The connection can be made directly from the battery or from the lighter connection inside the car. In this function, it is particularly suitable for emergencies and for normal vehicle maintenance.
Furthermore, there are countless possible applications in the areas of sport and leisure activities such as inflating camping items such as air mattresses. Play balls, dinghies, etc. It is also suitable for normal workshop use. In this case, as an alternative, the supply can also be provided by 220 volt single-phase alternating current.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawing.
Show in it:
Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section of the compressor
Fig. 2 shows an electrical circuit diagram and
3 shows a pneumatic scheme.
The cover 1 is firmly connected to the compressor housing 2. This contains the winding 4 and the piston 3 inside. The return spring 5, the contactless limit switches 6 and 7, check valves 8 and 9, and the electrical control elements 10, 11 and 12 serve as auxiliary elements.
By switching on the main switch 10, the winding 4 is energized via the limit switch 6, which is closed in the lower piston position. The magnetic field induced thereby attracts piston 3. During this work phase, the check valve 8 is closed. Compressed air flows out through check valve 9. When the upper piston position is reached, limit switch 7 is actuated and the current is interrupted. The magnetic field is interrupted and piston 3 is pulled back into the lower position by tension spring 5. During this movement, valve 9 is closed and valve 8 is open, through which new air is sucked in again. When the lower piston position is reached, valve 8 closes and the limit switch 6 is closed by piston 3. This will re-supply current to winding 4 and the cycle will start over.
Switching on and off is accomplished via main switch 10.
An embodiment can e.g. have the following data: pressure 2.5 bar air volume 2.0 liters / minute piston diameter 50 mm piston stroke l5 mm power source 12 V direct current or
220 V single phase alternating current
