Fig. 1 eine mit Rohrsäulen gestützte Vorrichtung und
The invention relates to a method for the production of multi-storey solid structures with supports by vertically moving auxiliary structures by means of a lifting device. and a device for performing this method.
In the construction industry, even when using prefabricated structures, the conventional, solid construction method is used to a considerable extent, especially in the construction of multi-storey industrial, commercial and private buildings.
The conventional massive construction is characterized by high costs and the fact that it requires the use of large amounts of formwork and scaffolding material. The building structure consists of the pillars and the reinforced concrete ceiling on each floor. The construction process is very slow because every single floor has to be shuttered and scaffolded separately.
The stripping of the finished construction can only be carried out when the concrete has reached its final strength, in view of the fact that the loads during construction are decisive in almost every case. For this reason, a large amount of scaffolding and formwork material is always in use at one time.
According to the usual practice, after the construction of the scaffolding, the formwork and the steel for the concrete, the ceiling is concreted and later, after the concrete has set, the formwork for the next floor is made, using the newly made ceiling of the previous floor as a support . The formwork and scaffolding on which the base plate of the newly manufactured ceiling is supported cannot be removed until the concrete has completely set. This leads to an increase in costs and worsens the already not very favorable efficiency of the massive construction even more.
The aim of the invention is to propose a method which is suitable for flat, coffered or from below with beams provided ceiling constructions for the production of solid ceilings with a large surface for multi-storey buildings with pillar construction that does not require expensive and labor-consuming scaffolding structures. Furthermore, a device for performing this method will propose.
It is known that the most economical construction of heavy-duty ceilings with large support spacing is the cassette construction. The shuttering materials (plastic boxes) required for the implementation of the modern cassette ceiling construction are very expensive. In the conventional, labor-intensive and material-intensive construction, the formwork necessary for forming the cassettes is always required for several floors at the same time. This increases the construction costs quite considerably.
It became known that - if the newly finished ceiling does not have to carry a payload - the concrete strength required to carry the ceiling load resulting from its own weight (which makes up about 40% of the total load) can be achieved within a relatively short time and therefore the construction is removed earlier can be.
The invention is also based on the knowledge that in the construction of heavy-duty ceiling panels for multi-storey buildings with pillar construction, a method can be used in which the ceiling construction is based on the previously attached pillars and progressing from top to bottom is completed, since in this case at Stripping the ceiling structure only has to bear its own weight.
According to the invention, a method of the type described at the outset is proposed in which the ceilings of the building are manufactured in the order from top to bottom, the ceiling field corresponding to the base area of the building by means of a movable, contiguous, space-lattice-like formwork framework supported at several points on the working plane and the entire ceiling field is made at once as a cohesive panel construction. The formwork scaffolding can expediently be assembled together on the working level below.
The device according to the invention has a hydraulic lifting element, the working cylinder of which is connected to a tubular lifting column or a lifting element, the tubular lifting column or the lifting element being installed in a lattice-like support stand which fixes the tubular lifting column or the lifting element in any Has position enabling and at the same time sliding back preventing gripping head.
The invention can preferably be used for the industrial production of solid ceilings for pillar buildings with an unbound grid. It is possible to move large-area (several hundred square meters) formwork scaffolding and formwork vertically in both directions.
With the proposed solution, the formwork can be used several times without having to be dismantled and reassembled. The labor and material costs of the solid construction, the shuttering and scaffolding can be reduced to a minimum in this way and the economic efficiency can be increased significantly.
The invention is explained in more detail on the basis of the drawings, on which individual exemplary embodiments are shown.
Show it:
1 shows a device supported with tubular columns and
Fig. 2 shows a similar device, but supported by grid columns.
As can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2, the device has gripping heads 2 which are supported by stiffened stands 1 and prevent falling, and a hydraulic working cylinder 3 with which a formwork scaffolding or scaffolding structure 4 assembled on the working plane can be raised. A lattice column 5 assembled from suitable room elements of the module type or a tubular lifting column 6 is interposed. The lattice-like formwork or lattice supported at several points. Scaffolding construction can be raised to any level or fixed in any height position.
This lifting device offers double safety in every lifting position. Should the hydraulic working cylinder 3 be subject to a malfunction, the respective position of the space lattice construction is maintained by means of the gripping head 2 by fixing the tubular lifting column 6 or a lifting member 8 adjoining the working cylinder 3. The gripping head 2 is expediently equipped with clamping jaws 12, which clamp onto the tubular lifting column 6 or the lifting member 8 by friction. The surfaces of the clamping jaws 12 that come into contact with the tubular lifting column 6 or the lifting member 8 have a greater coefficient of friction than the surfaces that come into contact with the gripping head 2.
In the embodiment shown in Fig. 1 using a tubular column, the individual column parts 6 are used by means of a hydraulic tilting structure 7 in the following way:
The tilting structure 7 tilts the hydraulic working cylinder 3 into a horizontal position, in which column parts 6 are attached. Then it is returned to the vertical stroke position.
In the embodiment shown in Fig. 2 with a lattice pillar, the movement of the same happens by means of a lifting member 8 adjoining the hydraulic working cylinder 3, which is a rocker arm 9 at its end. With a cable 10 is designated. To support the lattice lifting columns 5 and to adjust them to a specific height, a tensioning structure 11 attached to the working plane and having a screw spindle is used.
The proposed method is carried out as follows when building a multi-storey pillar building:
In the first phase of construction, a foundation is made in a conventional manner, after which the final pillars of the building are attached and fixed accordingly.
In the second construction phase, the ceiling construction is made using the lifting device described. Hydraulic lifting devices are set up at predetermined locations, whereupon the formwork framework 4 is assembled with the interposition of a suitable connecting element 13. The formwork frame 4 holding the formwork is, after it has been assembled and also the formwork elements are attached, raised to the lifting height of the hydraulic working cylinder 3. The supporting lattice lifting column 5 or the tubular lifting column 6 is then assembled. Then the formwork framework 4 is placed on the already prepared lifting columns 5 and 6. It is then possible to retract the hydraulic working cylinder 3 into the starting position and start a new lifting cycle.
By repeating the process described, the formwork framework 4 can be lifted to any height, with corresponding intermediate pieces, d. H. Column parts 5 or 6 can be installed.
The individual lifting units are expediently operated with a central control device. The control device automatically synchronizes the functions of the individual lifting elements. If the lifting height of a lifting unit is exceeded, this unit stops automatically and only begins to work again when the other lifting units have compensated for the difference in height.
The ceiling construction is carried out starting from the top floor. The raised formwork scaffolding 4 is temporarily attached to the pillars of the building until the ceiling construction is completed. In this position, the formwork is always supported at several points during the production of the ceiling, which greatly reduces the risk of excessive changes in shape during concreting.
After the ceiling has been completed and the strength required for stripping has been achieved, the formwork framework 4 and, together with it, the entire formwork can be lowered to the level of the next floor. The lowering begins with the hydraulic working cylinders 3 being pressurized.
Then the provisional attachment of the Schalungsgerü stes 4 is solved, whereby this is loaded with its full weight on the lifting units. Then the lowest
Member of the lifting column 5 or 6 dismantled and in this way the formwork framework 4 can be lowered to the desired extent.
