Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht einer Regallagereinrichtung,

The additional invention relates to a rack storage facility. The subject of the claim of the main patent is a shelf storage facility with vertical supports and horizontal supports, at least the vertical supports being designed as water-filled steel hollow profile rails which are connected to a water inflow and a water outflow element, and at least one temperature-controlled valve element is present which initiates a water flow through the vertical supports for cooling in the event of fire.
The present invention relates to an advantageous further development of such a shelf storage facility, ung.
The present invention is characterized in that a connecting line for forming a closed water circulation system, in which a heating and / or cooling system is installed, is present between the flow line connected to the water inflow element and a water return line.
This makes it possible not only to obtain a longer fire resistance period compared to conventional storage racks in the event of a damaged fire, but at the same time also to air-condition the surroundings of such a shelf storage facility - for example a warehouse - inexpensively and with simple means.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. Show it:
1 shows a vertical section through a warehouse with shelf storage facilities according to the invention,
2 shows a side view of a shelf storage facility,
3 shows a view of a shelf storage facility from the rear.
The rack storage facilities, which are preferably designed as high rack storage facilities, contain several vertical supports 1 made of steel, which are connected to one another by several horizontal beams 2 made of steel and arranged one above the other. The rack storage facility is located inside a building with vertical walls
10 and a floor 11. The vertical supports 1 are designed as hollow profile rails with a preferably rectangular cross-sectional shape. Interconnected horizontal angle rails and U-rails 3, which can extend over several adjacent frame units, rest on the hollow horizontal beams 2. Furthermore, there are inclined, zigzag extending stiffening struts 6, which are intended to prevent twisting of the frame.
The vertical supports 1 and the horizontal hollow beams 2 are filled with water and connected to one another by connecting bores to form a communicating fluid system.
The inclined stiffening struts 6 can also be designed as hollow profiles and can be in flow connection with the fluid system. To ensure effective cooling in the event of a fire, the liquid system is connected to a pressurized water supply line. The inclined supports 8, which are attached to the roof structure 14, are also designed as hollow profile rails. The flow connection between the inclined supports 8 and a common, continuous, hollow roof carrier 5 takes place via a U-shaped pipe 15 which is connected to a return line 12.
The feed pipes 4 branch off from the common water supply line 13 and are in flow connection with the hollow beams 2 at the bottom.
So that the interior of the building can be air-conditioned, the flow line 13 and return line 12 are connected via a connecting line 9 to a heat exchanger 20, which is connected to a heating and / or cooling system 21. With the help of a pump, not shown in detail, a closed water circuit can be enforced, which either heats or cools the storage racks and thus air-conditioning the entire room. This eliminates the need for special heating or cooling elements and an associated pipe network. In the event of a fire, a temperature-controlled valve element opens the water inflow into the flow line 13 and the water drain from the return line 12 or sprinklers connected to the vertical supports 1 or hollow beams 2 are activated.
In the event of a damaging fire, the continuous heat dissipation causes the vertical supports 1, the horizontal girders 2 and other parts of the rack storage system that participate in the liquid cycle to cool down to such an extent that the maximum permissible temperature of the steel of approx. 450 "C for maintaining strength is not reached for a long period of time. even if there is a relatively strong external heat development.
