The invention relates to a metering device for bulk goods, with a storage container open at the bottom for receiving the bulk goods and a movable discharge element arranged on the underside of the storage container.
In previously known metering devices for concrete od.
Like. A conveyor belt was arranged below a silo. The front wall of the silo did not reach all the way down to the conveyor belt and the resulting slot could be closed or opened by a slide. By driving the conveyor belt, material could then be discharged. The disadvantage, however, was the relatively complex construction, the heavy wear and tear on the conveyor belt and the discharge width limited by the conveyor belt width.
These disadvantages are to be eliminated with the metering device according to the invention. The invention is characterized in that the discharge element is designed as a rotatable body of revolution.
Exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing. Show it:
1 shows a side view of the metering device according to the invention,
2 shows a side view of the metering device with a tiltable storage container in the closed position,
3 shows the dosing device according to FIG. 2 in the position tilted for discharging bulk material,
4 shows a vertical section through the metering device according to FIG. 3,
5 shows a vertical section through an embodiment variant of the metering device in which the rotary body has lateral disks.
The metering device according to Fig. 1 contains a rotating body, e.g. a drum 1 driven by a motor 2 via a belt. Above the drum 1 there is a storage container 3 which is used as a silo for receiving bulk materials 10, for example fresh concrete, sand, gravel or the like.
Like. Is formed. An opening at the bottom of the front side can be changed or completely closed by a slide 4. This slide 4 is actuated by a servomotor 8 or a similar drive element. The drum diameter is larger than the width of the storage container at the lower end. A scraper 6 is mounted on the underside of the drum and rests loosely against the drum shell. The whole is built on a chassis 5 which is provided with rollers whose axis of rotation is parallel to the axis of rotation of the drum.
When the drum 1 is set in rotation by the motor 2, this causes a layer of bulk material 7 to be discharged. Dosing takes place either by changing the position of the slide 4 and / or by changing the drum speed. If the chassis 5 is moved at the same time, a layer of bulk material of largely uniform thickness can be placed on a horizontal surface, e.g.
Apply to formwork. If necessary, the discharge width can be selected to be much larger than was possible with conventional designs with conveyor belts by choosing a correspondingly long drum.
In addition to or instead of changing the discharge opening by means of a slide 4, the storage container 3 and drum 1 can also be tilted relative to one another, as is shown schematically in FIGS. 2 and 3. The pivot axis 9 runs parallel to the axis of rotation of the drum 1 and is located to the side of the vertical center plane, so that when the storage container 3 is tilted, an intermediate space is created through which the bulk material can escape, as shown in FIG. 3. The tilting of the storage container 1 in the direction of the arrow A can be done by hand, for example, by a threaded spindle or by a motor drive.
The drum 1 can partially protrude into the lower opening of the storage container 1, as shown in FIG.
The drum 1 can, however, also be provided with lateral disks 11 projecting radially beyond the drum shell and the storage container can be placed on the drum 1 (FIG. 5). A drip-proof closure can be achieved as a result, since the closure takes place by pressing and not by fitting.
The drum 1 is preferably made of a material that is largely resistant to abrasion and is not attacked by the bulk material or water.
