Die Erfindung betrifft einen wegnehmbaren Distanzbügel in einem Kontaktgrill mit zwei Heizplatten, die über ein Gelenk miteinander verbunden sind, welches Gelenk ein Parallelstellen der Grillflächen mit Abstand gestattet, welcher Abstand durch den Distanzbügel bestimmt wird, wobei der Bügel sich auf der unteren Grillfläche abstützt.
Beim Grillieren wird die obere Heizplatte zur Senkrechten angehoben oder flach nach hinten geklappt. Nach dem Auflegen des Grilliergutes auf die untere Heizfläche wird die obere Heizfläche zugeklappt, wobei die Distanz der beiden Grillflächen durch die Dicke des Grilliergutes bestimmt wird.
Handelt es sich jedoch um ein Grilliergut, welches einer Druckbelastung von oben nicht ausgesetzt werden soll, z. B. Gemüse, Käseschnitten, so wird zwischen die Grillflächen ein Distanzbügel geklemmt, der die Druckkräfte aufnimmt. Dieser bekannte Bügel ist von eckiger Form und mit einer Oberstrebe versehen, die auf zwei Distanzstäben lagert. Die obere Heizplatte muss auf die Oberstrebe angehoben werden, was bei heisser Platte schwierig ist.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist ein Distanzbügel, der das Aufsetzen der Heizplatte erleichtert.
Der Distanzbügel in einem Kontaktgrill der eingangs genannten Art, mit welchem diese Aufgabe gelöst wird, ist erfindungsgemäss dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der die Höhe des Bügels bestimmende Teil sich von der höchsten Stelle des Bügels gegen das Gelenk des Kontaktgrills zu bogenartig absenkt.
Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht auf einen Kontaktgrill mit eingesetztem Distanzbügel und aufgeklappter oberer Heizplatte und
Fig. 2 eine axonometrische Ansicht eines Distanzbügels.
Der Distanzbügel besteht aus der Querstrebe 2, an die sich beidenends die gebogenen Bügelteile 3 anschliessen. Diese Bügelteile enden in leicht aufgestellten Enden 4.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Kontaktgrill, der aus der unteren Heizplatte 5 und der oberen Heizplatte 6 besteht, die über das Gelenk 7 miteinander verbunden sind. Dieses Gelenk ist derart ausgebildet, dass die Platten im aufgeklappten Zustand über einen grösseren Bereich immer parallel zueinander liegen.
Die dabei entstehende Höhe hängt vom eingelegten Grilliergut ab oder, wie die Figur zeigt, von der Höhe des Distanzbügels, von dem der eine gebogene Bügelteil 3 mit dem Ende 4 zu sehen ist.
Aus Fig. 1 ist der Vorteil dieses Bügels klar ersichtlich.
Beim Aufklappen des Kontaktgrills aus der gezeichneten Stellung wird die obere Platte 6 am Griff 60 angefasst und angehoben. Dadurch rutscht diese Platte mit ihrem hinteren Teil über den Bügel ab, d. h. das Gelenk 7 wird einesteils verschwenkt, andernteils senkt sich aber die Platte im Gelenkhebel, da dieser Gelenkhebel eine längliche Nut aufweist, in die ein Zapfen der oberen Platte eingreift.
Der gebogene Teil 3 des Bügels ermöglicht es auch, dass die obere Platte zum Wechseln des Grilliergutes nicht ganz aufgeklappt werden muss. Diese Platte kann leicht schräg gestellt werden, wie dies mit der strichpunktierten Linie in Fig. 1 angedeutet ist. Bezüglich der Steilheit des Bogens bestehen verschiedene Möglichkeiten. Im Prinzip ist ein flacher Anstieg erwünscht, doch muss die gewünschte maximale Höhe an einem Punkt erzielt werden, an welchem die obere Platte sicher und ohne zu Kippen aufliegt. Vorteilhaft hat sich ein Halbkreis bewährt oder ein Bogen, dessen maximale Höhe h ungefähr einen Drittel der Breite d zwischen den Auflagestellen beträgt.
Das Plazieren des Distanzbügels erfolgt durch Einlegen der Querstäbe 2 in eine der Rillen der unteren Gnllfläche.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Wegnehmbarer Distanzbügel in einem Kontaktgrill mit zwei Heizplatten, die über ein Gelenk miteinander verbunden sind, welches Gelenk ein Parallelstellen der Grillflächen mit Abstand gestattet, welcher Abstand durch den Distanzbügel, bestimmt wird, wobei der Bügel sich auf der unteren Grillfläche abstützt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der die Höhe (h) des Bügels bestimmende Teil sich von der höchsten Stelle des Bügels (3) gegen das Gelenk (7) des Kontaktgrills (5, 6) zu bogenartig absenkt.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Distanzbügel nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bügel aus einer Querstrebe (2) besteht, die besitmmt ist, auf der unteren Grillfläche (5) aufzuliegen, sowie aus beidseitig der Querstrebe (2) je einen gebogenen Bügelteil (3), der senkrecnt von der Querstrebe weg verläuft.
2. Distanzbügel nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gebogene Bügelteil (3) einen Halbkreis bildet.
3. Distanzbügel nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gebogene Bügelteil (3) einen Flachbogen bildet.
4. Distanzbügel nach Unteranspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe (h) des Bogens (3) ungefähr /3 der Sehne (d) des Bogens (3) auf der Grillfläche ist.

The object of the invention is a spacer bracket that makes it easier to put the heating plate on.
The spacer bracket in a contact grill of the type mentioned at the outset, with which this object is achieved, is characterized according to the invention in that the part determining the height of the bracket descends in an arc-like manner from the highest point of the bracket towards the joint of the contact grill.

The spacer bracket consists of the cross brace 2, to which the curved bracket parts 3 connect at both ends. These bracket parts end in slightly raised ends 4.
1 shows a contact grill which consists of the lower heating plate 5 and the upper heating plate 6, which are connected to one another via the joint 7. This joint is designed in such a way that in the unfolded state the panels are always parallel to one another over a larger area.
The resulting height depends on the food to be grilled or, as the figure shows, on the height of the spacer bracket from which one curved bracket part 3 with the end 4 can be seen.
From Fig. 1, the advantage of this bracket can be clearly seen.
When opening the contact grill from the position shown, the upper plate 6 is grasped at the handle 60 and lifted. As a result, this plate slips with its rear part over the bracket, i. H. the joint 7 is pivoted on the one hand, but on the other hand the plate is lowered in the joint lever, since this joint lever has an elongated groove into which a pin of the upper plate engages.
The curved part 3 of the bracket also makes it possible that the upper plate does not have to be opened completely to change the food to be grilled. This plate can be tilted slightly, as indicated by the dash-dotted line in FIG. There are various possibilities with regard to the steepness of the arc. In principle, a shallow rise is desired, but the desired maximum height must be achieved at a point where the top plate rests securely and without tilting. A semicircle or an arc, the maximum height h of which is approximately one third of the width d between the support points, has proven advantageous.
The spacer bracket is placed by inserting the cross bars 2 into one of the grooves in the lower surface.
