Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Auspressen des Saftes aus Zitronenscheiben, bestehend aus zwei umklappbar miteinander verbundenen Platten, zwischen welche die Scheibe gelegt wird. Derartige Zitronenpressen sind bereits bekannt, erfordern aber zu ihrer Benutzung einen großen Kraftaufwand, wenn die eine große Fläche bildende, aber sehr schwache Scheibe vollständig ausgepreßt werden soll. Dieser Kraftaufwand soll nach der Erfindung dadurch verringert werden, daß die Scheibe einmal zusammengelegt und dann ausgepreßt wird. Die Erfindung besteht demnach darin, daß jede der Preßplatten die Fläche einer Zitronenscheibenhälfte besitzt und eine von ihnen an der geraden Kante eine Rille zur Aufnahme eines um das eine, rechtwinklig abgebogene Ende des Gelenkstiftes klappbaren Armes aufweist.The invention relates to a device for squeezing the juice from lemon slices, consisting of two foldable interconnected plates, between which the Disc is placed.
