Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Zwischenstück und eine Grundplatte für ein Scharnier. insbesondere für die Höhenverstellung eines Gelenkhebels od. dgl. tragenden Scharnierarmes, der mittels des Zwischenstückes auf der Grundplatte lagert, wobei das Zwischenstück parallel zu den Gelenkhebelachsen auf der Grundplatte verschiebbar und mittels einer Befestigungsschraube an diese klemmbar ist.
Die Ausbildung eines Zwischenstückes zwischen der Grundplatte und dem eigentlichen Scharnierarm ermöglicht im allgemeinen ein Verankern und somit Halten des Scharnierarmes, wobei während der Verankerung eine nachträgliche Verstellung des Scharnierarmes möglich ist, um gewisse Ungenauigkeiten, die beim Anbringen des Montagekörpers entstehen können (Grundplatte) auszugleichen.
Es ist nun Aufgabe der Erfindung, ein Zwischenstück zu schaffen, welches sich insbesondere dafür eignet, eine Verstellung des Scharnierarmes in der Höhe zu ermöglichen, und das weiterhin im Bereich des Scharnierarmes selbst keine Aussparungen, Durchbrechungen od. dgl. erfordert, die bei den herkömmlichen Zwischenstücken notwendig sind, um ein Befestigen des Zwischenstückes zu ermöglichen.
Es ist dabei vorteilhaft, wenn die Befestigungsschraube, bei auf dem Zwischenstück lagerndem Scharnierarm nicht von diesem verdeckt wird.
Dies wird erfindungsgemäss dadurch erreicht, dass das Zwischenstück auf der Grundplatte an mindestens zwei in der Längsrichtng des Scharnierarmes versetzten Stellen verankert ist, wobei es an einer Stelle in die Grundplatte eingehängt ist, vorzugsweise diese mittels eines Vorsprunges untergreift und an der andern Stelle mittels der Befestigungsschraube an der Grundplatte klemmend gehalten ist.
Durch die erfindungsgemässe Ausbildung des Zwischenstückes ist eine aussermittige Anbringung der Befestigungsschraube bei zumindest annähernd gleichmässiger Befestigung des Zwischenstückes an zwei oder drei Punkten der Grundplatte möglich.
Ein vorteilhaftes Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung sieht vor, dass die Grundplatte mit mindestens einer, vorzugsweise zwei schräg zur Montageebene geneigten Keilflächen versehen ist, an denen korrespondierende Flächen des Zwischenstückes anliegen, wobei das Zwischenstück beim Anziehen der Befestigungsschraube entlang einer der Keilflächen verschoben und dabei an die andere Keilfläche und/oder eine Begrenzungskante dieser Keilfläche gepresst wird (Fig. 1), wobei vorteilhaft die Neigung der beiden Keilflächen zur Montageebene gleich ist.
Ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel sieht vor, dass das Zwischenstück Vorsprünge aufweist, die in Montagelage von korrespondierenden Ansätzen des Scharnierarmes oder eines zweiten Zwischenstückes hintergriffen werden.
Nachstehend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung an Hand der Figuren der Zeichnungen beschrieben.
Die Fig. 1 zeigt einen Längsschnitt durch ein erfindungsgemässes Ausführungsbeispiel eines Scharnieres und die Fig. 2a und 2b, zeigen einen Schnitt nach den Linien I-I und II-II der Fig. l.
Erfindungsgemäss ist eine Grundplatte --4-- vorgesehen, die mittels Schrauben oder Dübeln in herkömmlicher Art und Weise an einer Möbelseitenwand befestigbar ist. Die Grundplatte --4-- weist an zwei Seiten Keilflächen --4'-- und eine Führungskante --4"-- auf, die eine Verschiebung des auf der Grundplatte --4-- gelagerten Zwischenstückes --2-- in der Vertikalen gestatten.
Das Zwischenstück --2-- ist nun an seinem gelenkachsenseitigen Ende über einen Vorsprung - -19-- an den entsprechenden Führungskanten --4"-- in die Grundplatte --4-- einhängbar, wobei am gegenüberliegenden Ende ein Klemmteil vorgesehen ist, der eine mit der Führung korrespondierende Fläche --2'-- aufweist, die dem Vorsprung-19-entspricht.
Der Klemmteil, der einen Teil des Zwischenstückes --2-- selbst bildet, ist mittels einer Befestigungsschraube --17-- anziehbar, wobei er anfänglich so weit angezogen wird, dass zwar eine Führung, aber noch keine Klemmung des Zwischenstückes --2-- erzielt wird.
Das Zwischenstück --2-- weist von Vorsprüngen --12-- abgegrenzte Nuten --10-- auf, in die Ansätze --9-- des eigentlichen Scharnierarmes-l-einschiebbar sind, wodurch wieder der Schar- nierarm --1-- am Zwischenstück --2-- verankert ist.

Nach erfolgter Einstellung wird die Klemmschraube --11-- angezogen, die sich am Zwischenstück - abstützt, und in ein Gewinde des unteren Bereiches --5-- des Scharnierarmes --1-- eingreift.
Im oberen Bereich --7-- des Scharnierarmes --1-- ist zu diesem Zweck eine Öffnung --13-- vorgesehen, die einerseits den Zugriff eines Schraubenziehers zur Klemmschraube --11-- und anderseits auch ein etwaiges Herausragen der Klemmschraube --11-- aus dem Scharnierarm --1-- gestattet, um jede Behinderung bei der Verstellung zu vermeiden.

Die erfindungsgemässe Verklemmung des Zwischenstückes --2-- ermöglicht eine leichte und einfach herzustellende Verstellmöglichkeit in der Höhe des Möbels, ohne dass irgendwelche Änderungen beim Scharnierarm --1-- oder bei dessen Herstellung vorgenommen werden müssten.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Zwischenstück und Grundplatte für ein Scharnier, insbesondere für die Höhenverstellung eines Gelenkhebels od. dgl. tragenden Scharnierarmes, der mittels des Zwischenstückes auf der Grundplatte lagert, wobei das Zwischenstück parallel zu den Gelenkhebelachsen auf der Grundplatte verschiebbar und mittels einer Befestigungsschraube an diese klemmbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenstück (2) auf der Grundplatte (4) an mindestens zwei in der Längsrichtung des Scharnierarmes (1) versetzten Stellen verankert ist, wobei es an einer Stelle in die Grundplatte (4) eingehängt ist, vorzugsweise diese mittels eines Vorsprunges (19) untergreift und an der andern Stelle mittels der Befestigungsschraube (17) an der Grundplatte (4) klemmend gehalten ist.
