Abstract

The heel fitting is intended to enable the skier to transmit steering forces through the boot to the ski. The fitting consists of a circular disc (10) moulded in a hard plastic. It bears several upward pointing conical integral studs (11) which engage the heel of the boot. During manufacture the underside of the disc is coated with a layer of impact adhesive for simple attachment to the ski. The design is economical and labour saving.

   Absatzhalter für Langlaufskier sind bekannt und dienen dazu, Lenkmomente vom Fahrer über den Schuh auf den Ski zu übertragen. Bekannt sind als Absatzhalter auf den Ski geschraubte Gummi-Flachblasen.



   Die vorliegende Verbesserung setzt sich zum Ziel, solche Absatzhalter in der Weise gegenüber den bekannten Ausführungen zu verbessern, dass sie als einfach geformte Kunststoffpresslinge billig herstellbar und praktisch ohne Arbeitsaufwand auf dem Ski montierbar sind.



   Zur Erreichung dieser Ziele ist erfindungsgemäss ein Absatzhalter für Langlaufskier dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus einer Hart-Kunststoffscheibe besteht, die auf ihrer Oberseite mit einstückig angeformten Konusspitzen versehen ist.



   In Fig. 1 der Zeichnung ist in Seitenansicht ein Ausführungs- und Anwendungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt.



   Über die Bindung 1 ist gemäss Fig. 1 mit einem Langlaufski 2 der Schuh 3 lösbar verbunden. Unter dem Absatz 30 ist eine Hartkunststoffscheibe 10 auf dem Ski 2 als Absatzhalter festgeklebt, wozu z. B. eine Selbstklebeschicht 12 dienen kann, die in bekannter Weise vor der Montage mit einer ablösbaren Papierscheibe bedeckt ist. Auf der Oberseite der Scheibe ist diese mit drei einstückig angeformten Konusspitzen 11 versehen, welche beim Aufsetzen des Absatzes die notwendige Verbindung zur Übertragung von Schwenkmomenten auf den Ski sichern.

 

   In Fig. 2 ist eine Draufsicht auf die Scheibe nach der Linie A-A dargestellt. Dargestellte und beschriebene Absatzhalter können als Kunststoffpresslinge billig hergestellt werden und benötigen wenig Montageaufwand.



   PATENTANSPRUCH



   Absatzhalter für Langlaufskier, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus einer auf den Ski aufklebbaren Hart-Kunststoffscheibe (10) besteht, die auf ihrer Oberseite mit einstückig angeformten Konusspitzen (11) versehen ist.

Absatzhalter nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterseite der Scheibe (10) mit einer Selbstklebeschicht (12) versehen ist.

   The aim of the present improvement is to improve such heel holders in such a way that they can be produced cheaply as simply molded plastic compacts and can be mounted on the ski with practically no effort.



   To achieve these goals, a heel holder for cross-country skis is characterized according to the invention in that it consists of a hard plastic disc which is provided on its upper side with integrally molded cone tips.



   In Fig. 1 of the drawing, an embodiment and application example of the subject invention is shown in side view.



   According to FIG. 1, the boot 3 is detachably connected to a cross-country ski 2 via the binding 1. Under the paragraph 30 a hard plastic disc 10 is glued to the ski 2 as a paragraph holder, including, for. B. a self-adhesive layer 12 can be used, which is covered in a known manner prior to assembly with a removable paper disc.
