Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Schalldämmfenster mit Stockrahmen und Doppeiflügeirahmen mit Doppelscheiben. Schalldämmende Fenster sind in verschiedenen Ausführungsformen bekannt. Sie sind im Aufbau aufwendig und haben vielfach von aussen nach innen durchgehende metallische Teile, die schalleitend wirken.
Die Erfindung bezweckt ein Schalldämmfenster zu schaffen, das die Mängel der bekannten Fenster nicht aufweist, einfach aufgebaut ist und das Eindringen von Staub und Feuchtigkeit verhindert.
Das erfindungsgemässe Schalldämmfenster ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stockrahmen aus einem äusseren und einem inneren hohlen Stockprofil unter Einschaltung einer elastischen Zwischenlage, z. B. aus Gummi, und mit einem Kunststoffprofil an seiner Aussenseite, das gleichzeitig das äussere und das innere Stockprofil zusammenhält, besteht, und dass der hintereinander aufgekuppelte Doppelflügeirah men am äusseren Stockprofil eine Mitteldichtung vom äusseren Stockprofil zum inneren Flügelrahmen eine anschlagende Mitteldichtung und vom inneren Flügelrahmen zum inneren Stockprofil eine Anschlagdichtung aufweist, während zwischen dem äusseren und dem inneren Flügelrahmen eine Anpressdichtung eingeschaltet ist.
Nachfolgend wird anhand der Zeichnung ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes beschrieben.
Die einzige Figur zeigt den Stockrahmen mit dem Dop pelflügelrahmen im Querschnitt.
Der Stockrahmen besteht aus dem äusseren hohlen Stockprofil 1 und dem inneren hohlen Stockprofil 2. Beide Stockprofile 1 und 2 sind über eine elastische, isolierende Zwischenlage 3, z. B. aus Gummi, miteinander verbunden. An der Aussenseite des Stockrahmens befindet sich ein Kunststoffprofil 4, welches den Abstand zum Mauerwerk oder dergleichen bestimmt und den Zusammenhalt der Stockprofile 1 und 2 gewährleistet. Das Kunststoffprofil 4 weist zu diesem Zweck Nuten 5 auf, in die Stege 6 der Stockprofile 1 und 2 eingreifen.
Der hintereinander aufgekuppelte Doppelflügelrahmen besteht aus dem äusseren Flügelrahmen 7 und dem inneren Flügelrahmen 8. Am äusseren Flügelrahmen 7 ist eine Dichtung 10 zum Dichtungslappen 11 des äusseren Stockprofils 1 vorhanden. Vom äusseren Stockprofil 1 zum inneren Flügelrahmen 8 ist eine anschlagende Mitteldichtung 9 vorgesehen.
Zwischen dem inneren Flügelrahmen 8 und dem inneren Stockprofil 2 befindet sich eine Anschlagdichtung 12.
Der äussere Flügelrahmen 7 ist mit dem inneren Flügelrahmen 8 über eine Schalldämm-Zwischenlage 13 verbunden.
Zwischen dem äusseren Flügelrahmen 7 und dem inneren Flügelrahmen 8 ist eine Anpressdichtung 14 eingeschaltet.
Durch die isolierenden Teile 3 und 4 der Stockprofile 1 und 2 und die abdichtenden Teile 9 bis 12 zwischen den Flü- gelrahmen und den Stockprofilen und die Schalldämm-Zwischenlage 13 wird ein einfaches schalldämmendes Fenster geschaffen.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Schalldämmfenster mit Stockrahmen und Doppeiflügel rahmen mit Doppelscheiben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stockrahmen aus einem äusseren und einem inneren hoh- len Stockprofil (1, 2) unter Einschaltung einer elastischen Zwischenlage (3) und mit einem Kunststoffprofil (4) an seiner Aussenseite, das gleichzeitig das äussere und das innere Stockprofil zusammenhält, besteht, und dass der hintereinander aufgekuppelte Doppelflügelrahmen am äusseren Flügelrad men (7) zum äusseren Stockprofil (1) eine Mitteldichtung (10, 11), vom äusseren Stockprofil (1) zum inneren Flügelrahmen (8) eine anschlagende Mitteldichtung (9) und vom inneren Flügelrahmen (8) zum inneren Stockprofil (2) eine Anschlagdichtung (12) aufweist,
während zwischen dem äusseren und dem inneren Flügelrahmen eine Anpressdichtung (14) einge- schaltet ist.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Schalldämmfenster nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kunststoffprofil (4) Nuten (5) aufweist, in die Stege (6) der Stockprofile (1, 2) eingreifen.
2. Schalldämmfenster nach Patentanspruch und Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschlagteile zwL sehen dem äusseren und dem inneren Flügelrahmen (7, 8) über Schalldämm-Zwischenlagen (13) angebracht sind.

The present invention relates to a soundproof window with a stick frame and a double wing frame with double panes. Soundproof windows are known in various embodiments. They are complex in construction and often have metallic parts that run from the outside to the inside and have a sound-conducting effect.
The aim of the invention is to create a soundproof window which does not have the deficiencies of the known windows, is of simple construction and prevents the ingress of dust and moisture.
The soundproof window according to the invention is characterized in that the stick frame consists of an outer and an inner hollow stick profile with the inclusion of an elastic intermediate layer, e.g. B. made of rubber, and with a plastic profile on its outside, which at the same time holds the outer and inner stick profile together, and that the one behind the other coupled Doppelflugirah men on the outer stick profile a center seal from the outer stick profile to the inner sash, a striking center seal and from the inner sash has a stop seal for the inner stick profile, while a pressure seal is switched on between the outer and the inner casement.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is described below with reference to the drawing.

The stick frame consists of the outer hollow stick profile 1 and the inner hollow stick profile 2. Both stick profiles 1 and 2 are over an elastic, insulating intermediate layer 3, z. B. made of rubber, interconnected. On the outside of the stick frame there is a plastic profile 4, which determines the distance to the masonry or the like and ensures the cohesion of stick profiles 1 and 2. For this purpose, the plastic profile 4 has grooves 5 into which the webs 6 of the stick profiles 1 and 2 engage.
The double sash frame coupled one behind the other consists of the outer sash frame 7 and the inner sash frame 8. A seal 10 for the sealing tab 11 of the outer stick profile 1 is provided on the outer sash frame 7. An abutting center seal 9 is provided from the outer stick profile 1 to the inner sash frame 8.
A stop seal 12 is located between the inner sash frame 8 and the inner stick profile 2.
The outer sash frame 7 is connected to the inner sash frame 8 via a soundproofing intermediate layer 13.
A pressure seal 14 is connected between the outer sash frame 7 and the inner sash frame 8.
The insulating parts 3 and 4 of the stick profiles 1 and 2 and the sealing parts 9 to 12 between the sash frame and the stick profiles and the sound-insulating intermediate layer 13 create a simple sound-insulating window.
PATENT CLAIM
