L'invention a pour objet une boite à cigarettes qui délivre chaque fois qu'elle est ouverte une seule cigarette, en la présentant d'une telle manière qu'elle ne puisse pas tomber tout en étant facile à saisir. La boite selon l'invention est pourvue sur l'un de ses côtés étroits d'une paroi basculante présentant un prolongement coudé par lequel elle est maintenue dans sa position fermée et est caractérisée par le fait que ladite paroi basculante comporte, le long de son côté qui la réunit au corps de la boite, un épaulement et que le côté de la boîte correspondant à cette paroi basculante est partiellement obturé par une cloison pour ne laisser passer que ledit épaulement.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'invention.

La boite I (fig. I) est pourvue sur l'un de ses longs côtés étroits d'une paroi basculante 2, ayant un prolongement coudé 3 qui pé neutre, quand la boite est fermée, dans une fente 4 dans l'intérieur de la boite, cette fente étant élargie au centre pour faciliter l'ou^ verture de la boite. Elle est pratiquée à l'angle de la boite formé par la large paroi 5 et par une cloison 6, celle-ci fermant partiellement ce côté de la boite même si la paroi basculante 2 est ouverte.
La partie 6' de la cloison 6 correspondant à l'ouverture 7 est repliée vers l'intérieur de la boite pour former une butée qui empêche la cigarette soulevée d'abord par l'épaulement 8 d'être poussée le long de la cloison 6 au lieu d'avancer dans l'ouverture 7.
Cet épaulement 8, essentiellement perpendiculaire à la paroi basculante 2, est formé par une bande de carton collée à celle-ci et dont une moitié est libre et repliée à angle droit.
Dans une autre exécution, I'épaulement 8 n'est pas formé par une bande séparée mais est découpé de la paroi adjacente de la boite et replié dans la position représentée à la fig. 1.
Pour prendre ou offrir une cigarette. on penche la boîte avec son front 2 tourné vers le bas, en la secouant légèrement si nécessaire, pour aider la cigarette 9 à se poser sur l'épaulement 8 (fig. 2) ensuite on ouvre la boite en faisant basculer la paroi 2 (fig. 3). Par ce mouvement l'épaulement 8 soulève partiellement la cigarette qui est conduite par la butée 6' dans l'ouverture 7 et placée enfin sur la paroi 2 désormais ouverte (fig. 4). La cigarette ne peut pas continuer a rouler et ne peut donc pas tomber, étant retenue par le prolongement 3. Pour fermer la boite il est préférable de la pencher en sens contraire pour libérer l'espace dans lequel bascule l'épaulement 8 à son intérieur. La boite délivre une cigarette chaque fois qu'elle est ouverte.
REVENDICATION
Boite à cigarettes dont un des côtés étroits est formé par une paroi basculante pourvue d'un prolongement coudé par lequel celleci est maintenue dans sa position fermée, caractérisée par le fait que ladite paroi basculante (2) comporte le long de son côté qui la réunit au corps de la boîte (1) un épaulement (8) et que le côté de la boite correspondant à cette paroi basculante est partiellement obturé par une cloison (6) pour ne laisser passer que ledit épaulement.

1. Boite à cigarettes selon la revendication, caractérisée par le fait que l'épaulement (8) est formé par une pièce séparée.
2. Boite à cigarettes selon la revendication, caractérisée par le fait que l'épaulement (8) est découpé dans la paroi adjacente de la boîte.
3. Boite à cigarettes selon la revendication, caractérisée par le fait que la cloison (6) est pourvue d'une butée (6').

The invention relates to a cigarette box which delivers each time it is opened a single cigarette, presenting it in such a way that it cannot fall while being easy to grip. The box I (fig. I) is provided on one of its long narrow sides with a tilting wall 2, having an elbow extension 3 which pees neutral, when the box is closed, in a slot 4 in the interior of the box. the box, this slit being widened in the center to facilitate the opening of the box. It is performed at the corner of the box formed by the wide wall 5 and by a partition 6, the latter partially closing this side of the box even if the tilting wall 2 is open.
The part 6 'of the partition 6 corresponding to the opening 7 is folded towards the inside of the box to form a stop which prevents the cigarette first lifted by the shoulder 8 from being pushed along the partition 6 instead of moving forward through opening 7.
This shoulder 8, essentially perpendicular to the tilting wall 2, is formed by a strip of cardboard glued to the latter and one half of which is free and folded at right angles.
In another embodiment, the shoulder 8 is not formed by a separate strip but is cut from the adjacent wall of the box and folded in the position shown in FIG. 1.
To take or offer a cigarette. the box is tilted with its forehead 2 facing down, shaking it slightly if necessary, to help the cigarette 9 to land on the shoulder 8 (fig. 2) then the box is opened by tilting the wall 2 ( fig. 3). By this movement the shoulder 8 partially lifts the cigarette which is driven by the stop 6 'in the opening 7 and finally placed on the wall 2 now open (FIG. 4). The cigarette cannot continue to roll and therefore cannot fall, being retained by the extension 3. To close the box, it is preferable to tilt it in the opposite direction to free the space in which the shoulder 8 tilts inside it. . The box delivers a cigarette each time it is opened.
CLAIM
Cigarette box, one of the narrow sides of which is formed by a tilting wall provided with an elbow extension by which the latter is maintained in its closed position, characterized in that said tilting wall (2) comprises along its side which joins it on the body of the box (1) a shoulder (8) and that the side of the box corresponding to this tilting wall is partially closed by a partition (6) to allow only said shoulder to pass.
