Gegenstand des Hauptpatentes ist ein lnnenmessgerit mit einem von einer Ntessuelle angetriebenen beweglichen Taster, der aus einem Gewindebolzen mit Aussengewinde und einer auf diesem sitzenden. gegenüber dem Gewindebolzen schraub- verstellbaren Geuindehtilse besteht. von welchen beiden Teilen der eine dieser Teile gegen Axialverschiebung gesichert gelagert ist und mit der Stessu-elle in Drehverbindung steht. w.ih- rend der andere Teil axial verschiebbar. jedoch gegen Drehung um seine Achse gesichert gelagert ist.
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Verhesse- rung des Gegenstandes des Hauptpatentes und hesteht darin.
dass auf der dem beweglichen Taster abgekehrten Seite am Gehäuse ein zum beweglichen Taster koaxialer Gegentaster angeordnet ist. der einen Tasterkörper und eine Tasterspitze besitzt. und dass zur Fein justiemng des Gegentasters zwischen der in einer Fixierung des Tasterkiirpers axial verschiebbaren Tasterspitze und dem Taiterkiirper ein quer zur Tasterlings- achse verschiebbarere keil angeordnet ist. zu dessen Fixierung in gewünschter Lage eine Schraube v()rgesehen ist.

Bei dem Ausftihrungsbeispiel nach Fig. 1 bezeichnet 1 das den beweglichen Niesstaster 2. 3 enthaltende Gehäuse mit dem mit diesem aus einem Stück bestehenden; rechtwinklig zur Gehäuselängsachse ausladenden hohlen Gehäuseschaft la. Der bewegliche Messtaster ist zweiteilig ausgebildet und besteht aus einem mit Aussengewinde versehenen Gewindebolzen 2 und einer auf diesem schraubverstellbaren Gewindehülse 3. Der drehbare Gewindebolzen 2 ist gegen Axialverschiebung gesichert und tnigt an dem derTasterspitze 3a abgekehrten inneren Ende ein Kegelrad 4. das mit einem zweiten Kegelrad 6 in Eingriff steht. Dieses letztere Kegelrad sitzt fest auf einer Messwelle 7, die im Gehäuseschaft la drehbar gelagert ist.
Mit 37 ist der zum Taster 2, 3 koaxiale Gegentaster bezeichnet, dessen Konstruktion in den Fig. 5 bis 8 verdeutlicht ist. Der Gegentaster weist eine Tasterspitze 37 auf, die in einen im Tasterkörper 22 ausgefrästen Schlitz 37a in der Achsenrichtung des Tasterkörpers 22 verschiebbar geführt ist. Mit 36 ist ein Keil bezeichnet, der zwischen der Tasterspitze 37 und dem Grund des Schlitzes 37a quer zur Längsachse des Tasterkörpers 22 verschiebbar ist. Die aneinander anliegenden Flächen der Tasterspitze 37 und des Keiles 36 verlaufen schräg zur Tasterlängsachse. sodass eine Querverschiebung des Keiles 36 eine Längsverschiebung der Tasterspitze 37 zur Folge hat.
Zur Feinjustierung des Gegentasters dient eine Vorrichtung. im wesentlichen bestehend aus einer Grundplatte 45, einer Kopfplatte 47 und zwei mit der Grundplatte 45 verbundenen Widerlagern 43 und 46. Der Abstand zwischen diesen beiden Widerlagern entspricht einer ganz bestimmten Distanz, auf welche die Länge des Tasters 22. 37 einjustiert werden kann.
Zu diesem Zweck wird der Taster. wie in Fig. 5 dargestellt.
zwischen die beiden Widerlager 43 und 46 eingelegt. und zwar hei gelöster Schraube 35. mittels welch letzterer Keil 36 und Tasterspitze 37 miteinander reibungsschlilssig verbunden wer den können. Mit Hilfe der in der Grundplatte 45 bzw. der
Kopfplatte 47 verstellbaren Schrauben 44 bzw. 40 kann der
Keil 36 quer zur Tasterliingsachse verstellt werden. Der Keil 36 wird nun soweit verstellt, dass die Tasterspitze 37 beispielswei se mit Schiebesitz am Widerlager 43 anliegt. In dieser Stellung werden Tasterspitze 37 und Keil 36 durch Festziehen der
Schraube 35 reibungsschlüssig miteinander verbunden.
Zur weiteren Fixierung der Tasterspitze 37 dient ein Gewindestift
39, welcher in einer quer zur Tasterltingsachse verlaufenden Gewindehohrung am \vorderen Tasterkörperende sitzt. Die
Spitze dieses Gewindestiftes 39 ist kegelförmig ausgebildet und greift in eine trichterförmige Vertiefung 38 (Fig. 6) derTaster spitze 37, wobei diese trichterförmige Vertiefung 38 gegenüber der Spitze des Gewindestiftes 39 etwas nach vorn versetzt ist, und zwar so. dass beim Anziehen des Gewindestiftes 39 zwei
Kraftkomponenten auf die Tasterspitze 37 einwirken, von de nen die eine in der Achsenrichtung des Tasters. und die andere quer dazu verläuft.
Dies hat zur Folge. dass heim Festziehen der
Schraube 39 die Tasterspitze 37 sowohl gegen die der Schraube
39 gegenüberliegende Begrenzungsfläche des Schlitzes 37a, wie auch gegen den Grund dieses Schlitzes gedrückt wird.
Auf dem Gewindebolzen der Schraube 40 sitzt eine Anzei gescheibe 41, deren Skala mit einem Markierungsstrich 42' zusammenwirkt. der an dem oberen stirnseitigen Ende eines
Bolzens 42 angeordnet ist. welch letzterer in einer Bohrung der
Kopfplatte 47 axial verschiebbar geführt ist und durch eine
Feder 48 in Anlage an der Anzeigescheibe 41 gehalten wird.
Die Fig. 2 und 3 zeigen eines der in Fig. 4 dargestellten ver schiedenen Verlängerungsstücke für grössere Messbereiche, wie dies im Hauptpatent näher beschrieben ist. Auch hier be zeichnen 22 den Körper des Verlängerungsstückes des Gegen tasters, 35 die Schraube zur reibungsschlüssigen Verbindung von Keil 36 und Tasterspitze 37.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Innenmessgerät nach dem Patentanspruch des Hauptpaten tes, dadurch gekennzeichnet. dass auf der dem beweglichen
Taster (2,3) abgekehrten Seite am Gehäuse (1) ein zum beweg lichen Taster koaxialer Gegentaster angeordnet ist. der einen
Tasterkörper (22) und eine Tasterspitze (37) besitzt, und dass zur Feinjustierung des Gegentasters zwischen der in einer Füh rung des Tasterköpers axial verschiebbaren Tasterspitze und dem Tasterkörper ein quer zur Tasterlängsachse verschiebbarer
Keil (36) angeordnet ist, zu dessen Fixierung in gewünschter
Lage eine Schraube (35) vorgesehen ist.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Innenmessgerät nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass zur Verschiebung des Keiles (36) in einem Halter (43, 45, 46) über dem Keil (36) eine Schraube (40) mit einer
Anzeigescheibe (41) angeordnet ist, wobei beim Anziehen der
Schraube (40) der Keil (36) derart verschoben wird, dass er die
Tasterspitze (37) nach aussen verschiebt, wonach der Keil (36) in gewünschter Lage mittels der Schraube (35) fixiert werden kann.
2. Innenmessgerät nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass zum Fixieren der Tasterspitze (37) in gewünsch ter Lage ein Gewindestift (39) am Ende des Tasterkörpers (22) angeordnet ist, wobei die Spitze des Gewindestiftes (39) kegel förmig ausgebildet ist und in eine trichterförmige Vertiefung (38) der Tasterspitze (37) eingreift, wobei die Trichterförmige
Vertiefung (38) gegenüber der Spitze des Gewindestiftes (39) etwas nach vorn versetzt ist, sodass beim Anziehen des Gewin destiftes (39) zwei Kraftkomponenten auf die Tasterspitze (37) einwirken, von denen die eine in der Achsenrichtung des Ta sters, und die andere quer dazu verläuft.

In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1, 1 designates the housing containing the movable sneeze button 2, 3 with the housing consisting of one piece with it; Hollow housing shaft la projecting at right angles to the longitudinal axis of the housing.
