Verfahren zur Herstellung neuer Triazolyl-thiophosphonsäureester Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung neuer Triazolylthiophosphonsäureester. Die neuen Triazolyl-thiophosphorsäureester entsprechen der Formel EMI1.1 in der Ri einen niederen Alkylrest, einen Cycloalkylrest, oder einen gegebenenfalls durch Chlor substituierten Phe nylrest und von den Symbolen R2 und Rs eines Wasserstoff, einen niederen Alkyl rest, einen Cycloalkylrest oder einen gegebenenfalls durch Chlor substituierten Phenylrest bedeutet, das andere den Rest EMI1.2 darstellt, worin R4 für einen niederen Alkyl-Rest oder den Phenyl-Rest und R5 für einen niederen Alkyl-Rest steht. Unter einem niederen Alkylrest ist jeweils ein geradkettiger oder verzweigter Rest mit 1 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen, zum Beispiel Methyl, Äthyl, n-Propyl, Isopropyl, n-Butyl und n-Pentyl sowie deren Isomere, zu verstehen. Als Cycloalkyl-Reste sind der Cyclopentyl- und Cyclohexyl-Rest bevorzugt. Die neuen Triazolyl-thiophosphonsäureester der Formel I werden erfindungsgemäss hergestellt, indem man a) ein Hydroxy-Triazol der Formel EMI1.3 in der eines der Symbole X und Y Wasserstoff, einen niederen Alkylrest, einen Cycloalkylrest oder einen gegebenenfalls durch Chlor substituierten Phenylrest bedeutet und das an dere die Hydroxylgruppe darstellt, und Ri die unter Formel I angegebenen Bedeutungen hat, mit einem Thiophosphons äurehalogenid der Formel EMI1.4 in der Hal Chlor oder Brom bedeutet, R4 und Rs die unter Formel I angegebenen Bedeu tungen haben, in Gegenwart eines säurebindenden Mittels oder b) ein Metallsalz eines Hydroxy-triazols der Formel II mit einem Thiophosphonsäurehalogenid der Formel III umsetzt. Als Salze von Hydroxy-triazolen der Formel II eignen sich für das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren insbesondere die Alkalimetallsalze, daneben kommen aber noch andere, beispielsweise Salze einwertiger Schwermetalle, in Betracht. Als säurebindende Mittel kommen beispielsweise folgende Basen in Betracht: tertiäre Amine, wie Tri äthylamin, Dimethylanilin, Pyridin, Pyridinbasen, an organische Basen, wie Hydroxide und Carbonate von Alkali- und Erdalkalimetallen, vorzugsweise Natriumund Kaliumcarbonat. Es ist zu empfehlen, die Umsetzungen in gegenüber den Reaktionsteilnehmern inerten Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmitteln vorzunehmen. Hierfür sind beispielsweise folgende geeignet: aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol, Toluol, Benzine, Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe, Chlorbenzol, Polychlorbenzole, Brombenzol, chlorierte Alkane mit 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen, Ather, wie Dioxan, Tetrahydrofuran; Ester, wie Essigsäure äthylester; Ketone, wie Methyläthylketon, Diäthylketon, Nitrile, usw. Die folgenden Beispiele dienen zur Verdeutlichung des erfindungsgemässen Verfahrens. Weitere Triazolylthiophosphonsäureester der Formel I, die nach der in den Beispielen beschriebenen Weise erhalten wurden, sind in der sich anschliessenden Tabelle aufgeführt. Beispiel 1 39,4 g Natriumsalz von 1-Methyl-3-phenyl-5-hydroxy-1,2,4-triazol werden in 400 ml Acetonitril aufge schlämmt. In diese Suspension tropft man 34,4 g 0 22ithyl-äthylthiophosphonsäurechlorid und erhitzt anschliessend die Mischung 2 Stunden am Rückfluss. Nach dem Abkühlen wird das Gemisch filtriert. Das Lösungsmittel des Filtrates wird am Vakuum abdestilliert, als Rückstand bleiben 54 g rohes O-Äthyl-O-[1-methyl- 3-phenyl-1 ,2,4-triazolyl-(5)] äthyl-thiophosphonsäureester als hellgelbes öl zurück. Zur Gewinnung eines analysenreinen Präparates wird das Rohprodukt über die zwanzigfache Menge Kieselgel (0,05-0,2 mm) mit Methylenchlorid chromatographiert. Auf diese Weise gewinnt man 31,2 g reinen Produktes als hellgelbes Öl. (nu20 = 1,5595). Analyse: Berechnet: N 13,50 P 9,95 S 10,30 O/o Gefunden: N 13,4 P 10,0 S 10,7 O/o Beispiel 2 17,8 g 1-Isopropyl-3-hydroxy-1,2,4-triazol werden mit 10 g Kaliumcarbonat in 250 ml Methyläthylketon am Rückfluss erhitzt. Nach dem Erkalten tropft man dem Gemisch eine Lösung von 17,3 g C)-Athyl-äthyl- thiophosphonsäurechlorid in 50 ml Methyläthylketon unter Rühren zu und erhitzt anschliessend eine halbe Stunde am Rückfluss. Nach 12stündigem Rühren bei Raumtemperatur wird der Niederschlag abfiltriert und dann das Filtrat am Vakuum eingeengt. Nach Reinigung durch Chromatographie über Kieselgel (0,05 bis 0,2 mm) mit Aceton erhält man den O-Äthyl-O-[1-iso- propyl-1 ,2,4-triazolyl(3)] -äthyl-thlophosphonsäureester mit der Brechung nD20 = 1,4980. Analyse: Berechnet: C 41,1 H 6,9 N 15,9 P 11,8 S12,20/o Gefunden: C 41,7 H 7,0 N 15,5 P 11,3 S12,00/o Verbindungen Brechungsindex: nD20 bzw. Schmelzpunkt C O-Äthyl-O- [1-phenyl-5-methyl-1 ,2,4-triazolyl-(3)] -äthyl-thiophosphonat 1,5586 O-Methyl-O-[l-phenyl-1,2,4-triazolyl-(3)]-äthyl-thiophosphonat 1,5761 O-Äthyl-O- [1-äthyl-1,2,4-triazolyl-(3)]-äthyl-thiophosphonat 1,5059 O-Äthyl-O- [1-isopropyl-5-methyl- 1 ,2,4-triazolyl-(3)] -äthyl-thiophosphonat 1,4980 O-Äthyl-O- [1-cyclohexyl-1 ,2,4-triazolyl-(3)] -äthyl-thiophosphonat 1,5078 O-Sithyl-O-[l-cyclopentyl-1,2,4-triazolyl-(3)]-äthyl-thiophosphonat 1,5154 <RTI ID=2.22> O-iithyl-O-[l-n-propyl-1,2,4-triazolyl-(3)]-äthyl-thiophosphonat 1,4036 O-Äthyl-O- [1 -phenyl-1 ,2,4-triazolyl(3)] -äthyl-thiophosphonat Smp. 31-34"C O- thyl-O-[l-isobutyl-1,2,4-triazolyl-(3)]-äthyl-thiophosphonat 1,4933 O-Sithyl-0-[1-(2'-methylbutyl)-1,2,4-triazolyl-(3)]-äthyl-thiophosphonat 1,4929 O-iithyl-O-[1-n-hexyl-1,2,4-triazolyl-(3)]-äthyl-thiophosphonat 1,4900 O-s2ithyl-O-1-sec.butyl-172,4-triazolyl-(3)]-äthyl-thiophosphonat 1,4930 O-Äthyl-O-[1-äthyl-5-phenyl-1,2,4-triazolyl-(3)]-äthyl-thiophosphonat 1,5492 O-Äthyl-O-[1-äthyl-1,2,4-triazolyl-(3)]-phenyl-thiophosphonat 1,5536 O-Äthyl-O-[1-äthyl-5-methyl-1,2,4-triazolyl-(3)]-äthyl-thiophosphonat 1,4979 O-n-Propyl-O-[1-isopropyl-1,2,4-triazolyl-(3)]-methyl-thiophosphonat 1,4963 O-n-Propyl-O-[1-isopropyl-5-methyl-1,2,4-triazolyl-(3)]-methyl-thiophosphonat 1,4944 O-n-Propyl-O-[1-phenyl-5-methyl-1,2,4-triazolyl-(3)]-methyl-thiophosphonat 1,5509 Die neuen Verbindungen der Formel I besitzen ausgezeichnete insektizide und akarizide Eigenschaften und sind zur Bekämpfung fressender und saugender Insekten im Pflanzen- und Vorratsschutz bestens geeignet. Die neuen Wirkstoffe besitzen ausserdem eine systemisch-insektizide Wirkung. Die günstige Warmblütertoxizität erlaubt die Verwendung auf dem Veterinärund Hygiene-Sektor. Die neuen Phosphor-Verbindungen der Formel I können beispielsweise zur Bekämpfung folgender Arthropoden und deren Entwicklungsstadien (Larven und Eier) eingesetzt werden: Insekten der Familien Muscidae, Stomoxidae und Culicidae, zum Beispiel gegen die polyvalent-resistenten und normal sensiblen Stubenfliegen (Musca domestica), Wadenstecher (Stomoxys calcitrans) und Stechmücken (zum Beispiel Aedis aegypti, Culex fatigans, Anopheles stephensi); gegen Insekten der Familien Curculionidae, Bruchidiae, Dermestidae, Tenebrionidae und Chrysomelidae, zum Beispiel Kornkäfer (Sitophilus granaria), Speisebohnenkäfer (Bruchidius obtectus), Speckkäfer (Dermestes vulpinus), Mehlkäfer (Tenebrio molitor), Kartoffelkäfer (Leptinotarsa decemlineata) und deren Larvenstadien; gegen Insekten der Familie Pyralididae, zum Beispiel Mehlmotten und ihre Larven (Ephestia kühniella), der Familie Pyrrhocoridae und Noctuidae, der Familie Blattidae, zum Beispiel Küchenschaben (Phyllodromia germanica, Periplaneta, Blatta orientalis); der Familie Aphididae, zum Beispiel Blattläuse (Aphis fabae); der Familie Pseudococcidae, zum Beispiel Schmierläuse (Planococcus citri) und der Familie Locustidae, zum Beispiel Wanderheuschrecken (Locusta migratoria), Spinnentiere der Familien Acarinae, Ixodidae, Arachnidae und Argasidae. In Mischungen mit Synergisten und ähnlich wirkenden Hilfsstoffen, wie Bernsteinsäuredibutylester, Piperonylbutoxyd, Olivenöl, Erdnussöl usw. wird das Wirkungsspektrum der erfindungsgemässen Wirkstoffe verbreitert und insbesondere die insektizide Wirkung verbessert. Die insektizide Wirkung lässt sich durch Zusatz von anderen Insektiziden, wie zum Beispiel Phosphorsäure-, Thiophosphorsäure- und Dithiophosphorsäure-, Phosphonsäureestern und -Amiden, z. B. durch Thiophosphorsäure- und Dithiophosphorsäureester enolisierbarer Heterocyclen, wie Ester von Thiadiazol-2,5-dio nen, Thiazolidinyl-pyridin-2,6-dionen, Pyrimidin-4-onen, usw., ferner 0,0-Dialkyl-0-vinyl-phosphors äureester, Ha- logen-Kohlenwasserstoffen und Analogen von DDT Wirkstubstanz sowie Pyrethrinen und ihren Synergisten, akariziden Wirksubstanzen, wie Halogenbenzilsäureestern, wie 4',4'-Dichlorbenzilsäureestem, 4,4'-Di brombenzilsäureestern, insektiziden und akariziden Carbamaten, zum Beispiel Oximcarbamaten, Arylcarbamaten und Carbamaten von enolisierbaren Heterocyclen, wesentlich verbreitern und an gegebene Umstände an passen. Ausserdem besitzen die neuen Verbindungen der Formel I ausserordentlich gute nematizide Eigenschaf ten und können beispielsweise zur Bekämpfung folgen der pflanzenparasitärer Nemathoden eingesetzt werden: Meloidogyne spp., Heterodera spp., Ditylenchus spp., Pratylenchus spp., Paratylenchus spp., Anguina spp., Helicotylenchus spp., Tylenchorhynchus spp., Rotylen chulus spp., Tylenchulus semipenetrans, Radopholus similus, Belonolaismus spp., Trichodorus spp., Longi dorus spp., Aphelenchoides spp., Xiphinema spp. Die neuen Wirkstoffe werden zur Bekämpfung von im Boden auftretenden Schädlingen in Form fester oder flüssiger Mittel angewendet. Für die Applikation auf den Boden sind solche Mittel besonders vorteilhaft, die eine gleichmässige Verteilung der Wirkstoffe über eine 15 bis 25 cm tief reichende Bodenschicht gewährleisten. Die Applikationsweise und die Applikationsform sind insbesondere von der Art der zu bekämpfenden Bodenschädlinge, dem Klima und den Bodenverhältnissen abhängig. Da die neuen Wirkstoffe nicht phytotoxisch sind und die Keimfähigkeit nicht beeinträchtigen, können sie auch ohne Beachtung einer sogenannten Karenzzeit unmittelbar vor oder nach der Einsaat der Pflanzen angewendet werden. Ebenso können schon bestehende Pflanzenkulturen mit den neuen Mitteln behandelt werden. Ausserdem kann die Applikation der Wirkstoffe auch nur auf oberirdische Pflanzenteile erfolgen.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRÜCHEVerfahren zur Herstellung neuer Triazolyl-thiophosphonsäureester der Formel EMI3.1 in der Rt einen niederen Alkylrest, einen Cycloalkylrest, oder einen gegebenenfalls durch Chlor substituierten Phe nylrest, und von den Symbolen R2 und Rs einen Wasserstoff, einen niederen Alkyl rest, einen Cycloalkylrest oder einen gegebenenfalls durch Chlor substituierten Phenylrest, das andere den Rest EMI3.2 darstellt, worin R4 für einen niederen Alkylrest oder den Phenyl-Rest und Rs für einen niederen Alkylrest stehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein Hydroxy Triazol der Formel EMI3.3 in der eines der Symbole X und Y Wasserstoff, einen niederen Alkylrest, einen Cycloalkylrest oder einen gegebenenfalls durch Chlor substituierten Phenylrest bedeutet,das andere die Hydroxylgruppe darstellt und Rt die unter Formel I angegebenen Bedeutungen hat, mit einem Thiophosphonsäurehalogenid der Formel EMI3.4 in der Hal Chlor oder Brom bedeutet und R4 und Rs die unter Formel I angegebenen Bedeutun gen haben, umsetzt.UNTERANSPRÜCHE 1. Verfahren gemäss Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein Metallsalz eines Hydroxytriazols der Formel II mit einem Thiophosphonsäurehalogenid der Formel III umsetzt.2. Verfahren gemäss Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein Alkalimetallsalz eines Hydroxytriazols der Formel II mit einem Thiophosphonsäurehalogenid der Formel III umsetzt.3. Verfahren gemäss Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Umsetzung in Gegenwart eines säurebindenden Mittels vornimmt.4. Verfahren gemäss Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man zur Umsetzung als säurebindendes Mittel Natrium- oder Kaliumcarbonat verwendet.5. Verfahren gemäss Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Umsetzung in gegenüber den Reaktionsteilnehmern inerten Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmitteln vornimmt.
