Pull-in device of a detachable circulating cable car
The invention relates to a pull-in device of a couplable circulating hanging cableway, which has a hanging track rail for receiving the carriages to be uncoupled from the circulating cable and a rail for releasing the clamping mechanisms coupling the carriages to the circulating cable at a decoupling point.
In the case of detachable circulating cable cars in one or two-cable operation, the carriages are uncoupled from the circulating cable at the entrance of the stations by means of pulling devices and placed on a suspension track, where they stand still or are moved at the lowest speed until they are coupled to the circulating cable again.
In the case of light or unloaded wagons, the friction of the drives and the control rollers of the wagons' clamping mechanisms are sometimes sufficient to bring about the desired deceleration. Hand-operated and automatic braking devices are known for heavy and fully loaded cars. With such braking devices, however, it is hardly possible to achieve an ideal deceleration curve, in particular not with different car weights and different speeds of the circulating rope.
The aim of the invention is to create a pull-in device which ensures a precisely determinable, inevitable decrease in the speed of the car for every car weight and every speed of the circulating cable. For example, a compact but continuously configurable deceleration curve is intended to make a significant shortening of the station length and a considerably increased density of the carriage sequence possible.
For this purpose, a pull-in device of a detachable suspension cableway is characterized according to the invention by the following features: a) There is an auxiliary carriage running on an auxiliary rail essentially parallel to the suspension railway rail, the travel area of which extends on both sides of the uncoupling point.
b) The auxiliary car has an automatic coupling device by means of which the car, viewed in the running direction of the circulating cable, is coupled to the auxiliary car in front of the uncoupling point and is uncoupled from the auxiliary car behind the uncoupling point.
c) A cable drum, which can be non-positively coupled to the circulating cable via a gear, is provided for winding up a drive cable connected to the auxiliary car, which pulls the auxiliary car over its travel range in the running direction of the circulating cable, the gear and / or the cable drum being designed in such a way that on At that point on the cable drum at which the drive cable runs onto it, the circumferential speed prevails which causes the auxiliary carriage to initially move with increasing speed when the drive cable is wound onto the cable drum from its starting position in front of the uncoupling point, seen in the direction of travel of the circulating cable emotional,
until it moves at the latest at the uncoupling point at the same speed as the rotating body and then at the earliest from the uncoupling point onwards at a decreasing speed.
d) There is a braking and return device for decelerating and returning the auxiliary carriage to its starting position, which has a counter-rope connected to the auxiliary carriage, counter to the direction of travel of the circulating cable, which is connected at its other end to the counterforce source.
In one embodiment, the gear and / or the cable drum is designed in such a way that at the point at which the drive cable runs onto it, that peripheral speed prevails which causes the auxiliary carriage to initially move at increasing speed, then over a distance within which is the uncoupling point, moves with constant speed and finally with decreasing speed.
In a first embodiment, the described movement of the auxiliary vehicle is brought about by the fact that the transmission has a constant transmission ratio, and that the cable drum has a cable guide groove which, when viewed against the direction of rotation of the cable drum when the drive cable is wound up, an initially increasing, then constant and finite again having decreasing radial distance.
In a second embodiment, however, the described movement of the auxiliary vehicle is brought about by the fact that the cable drum has a cable guide groove with a constant radial distance, and that the gear unit has an initially increasing, then constant and finally decreasing gear ratio when the drive cable is wound onto the cable drum.
In another embodiment, the gear and / or the cable drum is designed in such a way that at the point at which the drive cable runs onto it, the respective peripheral speed prevails which causes the auxiliary carriage to initially move at increasing speed until it reaches the Uncoupling point has reached the speed of the circulating rope, and then moves from the uncoupling point on with decreasing speed.
In a specific embodiment, the described movement of the auxiliary carriage is brought about by the cable drum having a cable guide groove with a constant radial distance. and that the transmission has a Murbel rocker with a drive-side crank, a coupling and a rocker as well as an articulation between a curve point of the coupling different from the steering points with the crank and the coupling and an output-side rotating body, the transmission ratio of the transmission being such that the With half a turn of the crank, the cable drum executes as many revolutions as this corresponds to the travel range of the auxiliary vehicle in the running direction of the circulating cable.
In a special embodiment, the drive rope and the counter rope form a closed rope drive that runs over the rope drum and a pulley. In such an embodiment, in which, in addition, the transmission between the circulating cable and the cable drum as described. a crank swing and a linkage to an output-side rotating body, the gear is designed such that it transmits movement and power in both relative directions of rotation of input and output, the counterforce source being the power source of the circulating rope and a special counterforce source unnecessary.
In another embodiment, the counterforce source is a weight. that when the auxiliary vehicle moves in the direction of travel of the circulating rope is lifted or a spring that is tensioned. In a special embodiment with a cable drum which has a cable guide groove with a constant radial distance.
the spring is arranged inside the cable drum and connects the shaft of the cable drum with the bearing block of the shaft.
Exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in simplified form in the drawing. Show it:
1 shows a cable car station with a pull-in device from above,
FIG. 2 shows a section along the line II-II in FIG. 1 on a larger scale,
Fig. 3 to 5 details of Fig. 1, all on a differently enlarged scale,
6 shows a cable car station with another pull-in device from above,
7 shows a section along the line VII-VII in FIG. 6, on a larger scale,
FIG. 8 shows a variant of FIG. 7,
9 shows a cable car station with a further pull-in device from above,
10 shows a section along the line X-X in FIG. 9 on a larger scale,
11 shows a section from FIG. 9 on a greatly enlarged scale, and FIG
12 shows a detail from FIG. 9 in a different embodiment.
Corresponding parts have the same reference symbols in all figures.
The drawing-in device shown in FIG. 1 has a machine frame 1 in which a rope pulley 2 is mounted, which can be a drive pulley or a rotating pulley and which rotates in the direction of arrow X. This pulley 2 deflects a continuously revolving rope 3 by 1800. An overhead track 4, which is guided around the pulley 2 on the right in the drawing, ends on the left outside the drawing and is there detached by a support cable 5 visible in FIG. The revolving cable 3 is thus designed as a pulling cable of a two-cable railway.
However, the system shown could also be a monocable with minor changes; In this case, the overhead rail 4 would not merge into a support cable, but rather into a circulating cable designed as a support and pull cable.
A carriage 6 of a carriage 7 designed as an under-cable carriage runs on the overhead track 4 and has a known clamping mechanism 8 by means of which it can be coupled to the circulating cable 3 running under the carriage 6. The clamping mechanism 8 is arranged on the suspension yoke 9, which connects the carriage 6 to the car 10. The clamping mechanism 8 has a fixed clamping jaw 11 and a pivoting clamping jaw 12 which is held in the clamping position by a spring 13 and is moved into the clamping and open position by a control roller 14 arranged at its free end and cooperating with a coupling rail 15.
Such clamping mechanisms are described for example in Swiss patents 263 466 and 317 005, as well as in French patent 1029 650, but their design is not essential. In FIG. 4, only the carriage 6 is shown and the clamping mechanism 8 is indicated by the control roller 14. In practice, a carriage has two clamping mechanisms and, accordingly, two control rollers.
The decoupling point is in the range of 16.
An auxiliary carriage 18 running on an auxiliary rail 17 parallel to the overhead track rail is provided, the travel area of which extends on both sides of the uncoupling point 16.
The auxiliary carriage 18 has an automatic coupling device, by means of which the carriage 7 is seen in the running direction of the circulating cable 3. be coupled to the auxiliary vehicle in front of the uncoupling point 16 and uncoupled from the auxiliary vehicle behind the uncoupling point.
The coupling device has an overhead pawl 19 loaded by a spring, not shown, and a controlled pawl 20 also loaded by a spring, not shown, both pawls with one
Driver 21 of the carriage 7 work together. The overtaking pawl 19 is actuated by the driver 21 be, and the controlled pawl 20 is through a
Rail 22 operated, which at that end of the
Auxiliary rail is arranged, which limits the travel range of the auxiliary vehicle in the running direction of the circulating rope 3.
There is a via a transmission frictionally coupled to the circulating rope 3 cable drum 23 for Aufwin to a connected to the auxiliary carriage 18 drive rope 24 is provided, the drive rope via a
Deflection roller 25 runs. The transmission consists of the
Sheave 2, with which the circulating rope 3 is frictionally connected, from one on the axis 26 of the
Pulley seated gear 27, which with a
Gear 28 cooperates, as well as a tooth clutch 29, which is switched by an electromagnet 30. When the tooth clutch 29 is switched on, the cable drum 23 rotates in the direction of the
Arrow Y. The drive cable 24 is axially lower
End of the cable drum 23 attached. The transmission has a constant transmission ratio.
The cable guide groove 31 of the cable drum, however, has, ent against the direction of rotation Y of the cable drum when the drive cable 24 winds, an initially increasing, then constant and finally decreasing radial distance. In this way it is achieved that at that point on the cable drum 23 at which the drive cable 24 runs onto it, that circumferential speed prevails which causes the auxiliary carriage 18 to move out of its position in the running direction of the circulating cable when the drive cable is wound onto the cable drum 3 seen, in front of the uncoupling point 16, the starting position initially with increasing speed, then on both sides of the uncoupling point at the same speed as the circulating rope and finally moved with decreasing speed.
A braking and return device is provided for decelerating and returning the auxiliary carriage 18 to its starting position, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, which has an opposing rope 32 connected to the auxiliary carriage and acting on the circulating cable 3 against the direction of travel. This counter-rope 32, which is guided over a pulley 33, is connected at its other end via a pulley system 34 to a weight 35 which is lifted in the running direction of the circulating rope when the auxiliary vehicle is traveling. This weight 35 is the source of the counterforce.
A switch 36 actuated by the carriage 7 is arranged at the beginning, as seen in the direction of travel of the circulating rope 3, and a switch 37 actuated by the auxiliary carriage 18 is arranged at the end of the auxiliary rail 17. These switches are in operative connection with the clutch 29 in such a way that the clutch is switched on when the switch 36 is actuated and is released when the switch 37 is actuated.
The retraction device shown works as follows. The coupling 29 is released and the auxiliary carriage 18 is in the starting position according to FIGS. 1 and 4. When the carriage 7 coming from the opposite station, which is coupled to the circulating cable 3 with its Klem.mwerk 8, enters the pulley 2 station. he actuates the switch 36. and the clutch 29 is switched on. the cable drum 23 rotates in the direction of the arrow Y, the drive cable 24 is wound up and the auxiliary carriage 18 is accelerated to the speed of the circulating cable. Just before the auxiliary car reaches this speed, the driver 21 of the car 7 slides over the spring-loaded overtaking pawl 19 of the auxiliary car 18, whereby the car and auxiliary car are coupled together. They then move over a distance at the same speed.
During this state of motion, the cable guide groove 31 of the cable drum 23 has the same circumferential speed as the circulating cable 3 at the point at which the drive cable 24 runs onto the cable drum. After the carriage 7 is coupled to the auxiliary carriage 18, the clamping mechanism 8 of the carriage is actuated the control roller 14 is lifted by the control rail 15 at the uncoupling point 16, and the carriage 7 is uncoupled from the circulating rope. From this moment on, only the drive cable 24 and the counter-cable 32, which is under the influence of the weight 35, act on the car and the auxiliary car, the drive cable determining the travel and the counter-rope preventing the car and the auxiliary car from moving faster than move the drive rope.
Shortly after passing the uncoupling point 16, the radial distance of the cable guide groove of the pulley at the point at which the drive cable runs steadily decreases, and the traveling speed of the car and auxiliary car decreases accordingly. The entry energy of the car is thus destroyed by the fact that the weight 35 is lifted.
As can be seen from FIG. 2, the cable guide groove 31 has a short, constant radial distance over a short, last section. This corresponds to the final speed of the car and the auxiliary car along the last short stretch of the driving area of the auxiliary car. When the car and auxiliary car have reached the end of this driving range, the rail 22 actuates the pawl 20 of the auxiliary car so that the driver 21 of the car 7 can move relative to the auxiliary car 18 in the running direction of the circulating cable 3. The auxiliary carriage 18 actuates the switch 37 so that the clutch 29 is released. The weight 35 then pulls the auxiliary carriage back into its starting position according to FIGS. 1 and 4 by means of the counter rope 32, the drive rope 24 is wound off the cable drum 23 and this is rotated into its position according to FIGS. 1 and 5.
The pull-in device is now ready to receive a further carriage 7.
With the measures described, a precisely determinable, inevitable delay of the wagons entering the station is achieved, regardless of the loading condition of the wagons and the speed of the circulating cable. The delay can be made so large that the sequence of wagons can be increased considerably and the station length can be shortened considerably.
The drawing-in device shown in FIG. 6 has a cable drum 38 with a cable guide groove 39 with a constant radial distance. The transmission has a transmission cable drum 40 for winding up a transmission drive cable 41, the cable guide groove 42 of which has an initially increasing, then constant and finally decreasing radial distance, seen against the direction of rotation X of the transmission drum when the drive cable is wound up. There is also a gear cable drum 43 provided with a cable guide groove 44 with a constant radial distance, the gear drive cable 41 is wound abge when winding on the gear cable drum 40 from the gear cable drum 43. This transmission cable drum 43 sits on the axis 45 of the cable drum 38.
Therefore, when the gear drive cable 41 is wound onto the gear cable drum 40, the cable drum 38 is set in rotation at an initially increasing, then constant and finally decreasing speed.
The transmission thus has an initially increasing, then constant and finally decreasing translation ratio when the drive cable 24 is wound up.
The drive cable 24 and the counter cable 32 form a closed cable drive which runs over the cable drum 38 and a deflection pulley 46 and is held by a compensating spring 47.
A spring 48 is provided as a power source for the braking and return device, which spring is arranged inside the cable drum 38 and is connected to its shaft 45 and to the bearing block of the same or to the machine frame 1. When the auxiliary carriage 18 is in the initial position according to FIG. 6, this spring is under pretension and is tensioned in the running direction of the circulating cable when the auxiliary carriage is in motion. The retraction energy of the carriage 7 is thus destroyed in that the spring 48 is tensioned. When the auxiliary carriage 18 actuates the switch 37 and the coupling 29 is released, the spring 48 pulls the auxiliary carriage back into its starting position.
Instead of the spring 48, a weight can also be provided as a braking and return force source.
In this case, in addition to the transmission cable drum 43, a brake cable drum 49, shown in broken lines, is provided on which a brake cable 50 is wound, which leads to a weight, not shown, via deflections (not shown).
In FIG. 8, the transmission cable drum 43 with a cable guide groove 44 is arranged with a constant radial distance on the drive-side shaft. The geared cable drum 140 has a cable guide groove 142 with an initially decreasing, then constant and finally increasing radial distance seen in the circumferential direction, and it is connected to the cable drum 38. This arrangement, which represents the kinematic reversal of FIG. 7, is indicated when the shaft of the pulley 2 is passed through the drive-side geared drum, the smallest radial distance of the geared cable drum being limited downward by the shaft diameter.
The drawing-in device shown in FIG. 9, like that shown in FIG. 6, has a cable drum 38 with a cable guide groove 39 with a constant radial distance.
The transmission has a gear 127 which can be coupled to the shaft 26 of the pulley 2 by means of the clutch 129 and which cooperates with a gear 128. When clutch 129 is engaged, gear 128 rotates in the direction of arrow Y.
The gear 128 is designed as a crank 51 on the drive side. Together with a coupling 52 and a rocker arm 53, this forms a crank arm. Between the curve point 54 of the coupling 52, which is different from the steering points 55 with the crank and the rocker, and a rotary body 56 on the output side, which is designed as a toothed segment, a linkage 57 is provided. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 11, the articulation has a sliding block 58 which is fastened in a rotatable manner at the curve point of the rocker and which is movable in a radial sliding path 59 of the tooth segment 156. The toothed segment 56 or 156 works together with a toothed wheel 60 which sits on the shaft 45 of the cable drum 38.
When the crank 51 rotates in the direction of the arrow Y with the clutch 129 switched on, the curve point 54 of the coupling 52 describes a curve Z, the toothed segment 56 or 156 rotates in the direction of the arrow Y and the cable drum 38 in the direction of the arrow X. Points I to XII distributed evenly around the circumference are plotted on gear wheel 128. Each position of the gear 128, based on direction II of the normal clock dial as a fixed point, corresponds to a point marked with the same Roman numeral on the curve Z and on the auxiliary rail 17. The gear 128 is located in FIGS. 9, 11 and 12 in position XII. The decoupling point 16 lies in Fig. 9 between points I and II.
The transmission ratio of the gear connection is such that the cable drum 38 executes as many rotations for half a rotation of the crank 51 as is required for the travel range of the auxiliary carriage 18 in the running direction of the circulating cable, i.e. H. corresponds to from XII to VIII, and the crank arm 51, 52, 53 and the articulation 57 or 58, 59 on the output-side toothed segment 56 or 156 are designed such that the speed of the cable drum 38 initially increases when the drive cable 24 is wound up the auxiliary carriage 18 has reached the speed of the circulating rope 3 at the uncoupling point 16 and then decreases again.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, the transmission is designed in such a way that it transmits movement and force in both relative directions of rotation of drive 3 and output 38. The transmission thus inevitably determines the movement of the auxiliary carriage 18 along its travel range in the running direction of the circulating cable and back to its starting position. The counterforce source is thus the power source of the circulating rope.
This embodiment has the advantage that the return movement of the auxiliary carriage is precisely controlled and that damping devices can be dispensed with, which in the other embodiments with weight or spring are not shown but are necessary.
The coupling 129 is designed such that in the position shown, in which there is no power flow between the pulley 2 and the gear 127, it couples the gear 127 to the machine frame 1 and in this way holds the cable drum 38 in the position shown. Instead of the switch 37 at the end of the driving range of the auxiliary vehicle, a switch 137 actuated by the crank 51 is provided.
which releases the clutch 129. when the auxiliary car returns from position VIII to position XII.
Since the carriage 7 is coupled to the auxiliary carriage 18 before the uncoupling point 16, i.e. at a point in time when the auxiliary carriage has not yet reached the speed of the circulating cable 3, the auxiliary carriage 18 is moved more quickly from the coupling to the carriage 7 to the uncoupling point 16 . than this corresponds to the speed of the drive rope 24 and counter rope 32. This difference is absorbed by the spring 47 of the deflection roller 46. Instead of or in addition to the spring 47, other flexible elements, in particular a resilient coupling, can also be used.
