Auxiliary start-up device for the cable car on suspended cable cars with a continuously revolving pulling rope, from which the cable car trolleys are released when they enter a station and with which they are coupled again when they leave released into the stations and coupled with it again when leaving the station after reaching a start-up speed.
To leave a station, the trolleys are allowed to roll freely, for example over a lowering rail section, in order to bring them to a run-up speed whose value is somewhat similar to the speed at which the pulling cable runs. There are also groups of start-up conveyor belts used for the same purpose, which gradually accelerate the car to some extent on the pull rope Laufge speed. Simple electric winches are also used. These known auxiliary starting devices all either have the disadvantage that the starting speed achieved is not necessarily the same as the effective running speed of the pull cable at the moment of coupling and / or that the car is not accelerated smoothly.
With the help of the start-up auxiliary device according to the invention, the possibility is created to steadily accelerate the wagons when starting up and thereby give them a final approach speed which, for. B. inevitably the current Laufgeschwin speed of the pull rope is the same. You can also let the acceleration curve correspond to a planned program.
The starting auxiliary device according to the invention for the cable car on suspension cable cars with a continuously revolving pull rope, from which the cable car trolleys are released when entering a station and with which they are coupled again when coasting after reaching a starting speed caused by the device, is characterized that over a certain run-up distance at the exit of the station a length of a driving rope runs parallel to the pulling rope, which driving rope guided over deflection pulleys at one end at the near-axis end of a rope guide groove, which with initially steadily increasing and towards its end with a constant radial distance at a rotatably mounted tension member is provided,
and at the other end be fastened to a retraction device, said pulling element being able to be brought via an optionally engageable and disengageable clutch in rotationally fixed gear connection with a turntable driven by the revolving pulling cable at the same peripheral speed as the pulling cable running speed, and with the Driving rope is mechanically connected to the car to accelerate nigenden until reaching the end of the run-up distance engaging driver to give the car a speed equal to the traction rope circulation speed.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing, partially semi-schematic, Darge provides. 1 shows a schematic diagram of the entire auxiliary starting device for the cable car at an end station of a circulating hanging cable car, FIG. 2 the drive elements of the pull element for the driver rope of the auxiliary device, FIG. 3 the engagement and disengagement device for the coupling of the Pulling element with the drive turntable, FIG. 4 shows the driver arrangement on the driver rope for the cable car in a front view and FIG. 5 in a plan view.
With a in Fig. 1, a fixed carrier rail loop inside a terminal station of the suspension cable car with a continuously revolving pull cable is referred to, on which the drives of the cable car run up when entering the station. These drives are released from the pull rope h . The pull rope h is deflected within the loop arc a via a, for example, driven rope deflection disk h 'and can have a changing speed.
With e is a vertical axis on a shaft k freely rotatably mounted pulling element of the starting auxiliary device for the cable car trolley running out of the station in order to accelerate them from their coupling with the pulling cable to its running speed, denotes the circumference with a cable guide groove e 'is provided, the radial distance from the axis of rotation k from an upper, axially close to starting point downwards first steadily larger in order to maintain a constant larger value at a lower, cylindrical circumferential part of the tension member e until its end. From below engages in the interior of the tension member e an on and off releasable slip clutch disc l, which is wedged axially slidably ver on the rotatable bearing shaft k of the tension member e.
This shaft k is partially encompassed by the pulling rope h and therefore driven at a peripheral speed of the same circumferential speed as the current pulling rope running speed pulley i from in a constant transmission ratio via a belt drive with the drive belt m and the pulleys n1 and n2 (see Fig. 2) .
In Fig. 3, the operating lever p of the engagement and disengagement of the clutch disc l is drawn with solid lines in the disengaged position and with broken lines GE in the engaged position.
One end of a driver rope d is attached to the upper, near-axis starting point of the rope guide groove e 'of the pulling element e, and from this fastening point it is guided over several deflection pulleys V0-V4 to a pulley block f, to which the other end of the rope is attached and that of a weight g is loaded. This acting as a lift device weight-loaded pulley block f strives to unwind the ge called driver rope d completely up to the fastening point of the pulling element when it is not in engagement with the clutch disc l.
Between the sheaves v0 and v1, the entrainer rope d runs over a start-up section that is longer than the total length of the rope guide groove e 'of the train organ e, parallel to the start-up section at the exit of the station of the rail loop a and the relevant length section of the pull rope h. Between these two pulleys v0 and v1, a driver c is also attached to the driver cable d, to which a driver arm q is articulated, which carries a roller t at its free upper end which, under the biasing action of a torsion spring s, extends along the starting point extending control rail u is pressed.
A driver part q 'is attached to the driver arm q and contains a latching recess for the yoke bar r of the running gear suspension of the cable car b, the driver part q' having convex run-up surfaces on both sides of this recess.
In FIG. 1 as well as in FIGS. 4 and 5, the driver arm q is drawn in such a way that it engages in the yoke bar r of the vehicle b which is to be accelerated to the running speed of the pull cable and is leaving the station. This position was achieved in that the carriage b to be sent on the move has been rolled so far forward on the rail loop a that it has reached the area of the approach path between the driver pulleys v0 and v1, where the control rail u via a receding a certain distance from the rail a and the driver cable d, so that the driver part comes into engagement with the yoke beam r.
If now the clutch lever p is adjusted to the engagement position, the pulling element begins to rotate with one of the pulley i, that is to say the current pulling cable running speed, and the driving cable d is wound onto its cable guide groove e ' Weight g is pulled up on the pulley system f and the cable car coupled with the carrier is moved out of the station.
Corresponding to the initially steadily increasing radial distance of the rope guide groove e ', the running speed of the towing rope and thus the traveling speed of the wagon taken along increases steadily to increase to a final value at the end of the approach path that corresponds exactly to the speed of the hauling rope, since with belt pulleys u1 and u2 of the same size, the radius of the drive pulley i is equal to the radius of the rope groove on the cylindrical lower part of the tension member e.
At the end of the approach, where the same running speeds of the car b and the pull rope h are sufficient, the carriage of the car is coupled to the pull rope h in a manner not shown, and on At this point the control rail u is again bent outwards against the driver cable so that the driver arm q is returned out of engagement with the carriage yoke beam r against the force of the torsion spring s (see FIG. 1 and dotted parts of FIG. 4).
At the end of the start-up section, part r 'of the carriage yoke r hits the engaged clutch lever p (see FIG. 3) in order to move it into the disengaged position, the pulling element e being freely rotatable and the weight q on the pulley f the rope d begins to unwind again from the pulling element e, so that the driver c returns to the starting position. Suitable braking devices that limit the return speed are provided.
