Patisserie-Fiill- und -Formgerät mit Formplatten
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gerät zum Füllen und Formen von Patisserie, bei welchem die mit einem Betätigungshebel über mit Klemmbacken gebremste Steckachsen bewegliche Formplatte über die Stempel einer Stempelplatte geschoben werden kann. Das erfindungsgemässe Gerät ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die feststehende Stempelplatte und die bewegliche Formplatte vom Betätigungselement getrennt werden können, um gegen andere Formen ausgetauscht zu werden und die Reinigung der Formen zu erleichtern.
