EMI2.2
Hal bedeutet wiedemm Halogen.
Beispiel 1

Polyol 150,0 Teile Schaumerzeuger (siliconhaltiges Polya1ky1eoxyd) 2,5 Teile
Triäthylamin 0,25 Teile
Wasser 6,0 Teile Toluolditsocyanat 65,0 Teile

Process for the production of new organotin compounds suitable as catalysts for the crosslinking of silicone rubbers
The invention relates to a process for the production of new organotin compounds of the formula which are suitable as catalysts for the crosslinking of silicone rubbers
EMI1.1
wherein R is an optionally mono- or poly-halogen or cyano-substituted aliphatic hydrocarbon radical having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, an optionally mono- or poly-halogen or cyano-substituted alicyclic hydrocarbon radical or an optionally mono- or poly-halogen or cyano-substituted aromatic hydrocarbon radical, R 'is hydrogen or the same as R and n 1, 2 or 3, which is characterized by
that the corresponding ketoxime or aldoxime is reacted with an oxide or alkoxide of the corresponding organotin compound, or that the corresponding ketoxime or aldoxime is reacted in the presence of alkali metal hydroxide with a halide of the corresponding organotin compound.
The three process variants run according to the following scheme:
EMI1.2
EMI1.3
X here means a low molecular weight carbon residue.
EMI1.4
EMI2.1
All of the reactions mentioned are best carried out in the presence of a solvent such as benzene, toluene or cyclohexane. This results in a homogeneous reaction mixture and enables easy regulation of the reaction temperatures. If water or alcohol is formed as the reaction product, then such solvents enable their continuous removal in the form of an azeotropic mixture; this avoids the reversal of the reaction.
The compounds obtainable by the process according to the invention are particularly suitable as catalysts for the crosslinking of silicone rubbers.
In addition, certain of these compounds are suitable as intermediates. Thus, the diacetoxime or dialkoxime compounds can be used with advantage for the production of mixed salts according to the following scheme:
EMI2.2
Hal means halogen again.
example 1
100 g of hydroxylamine hydrochloride, 240 ml of water and 160 ml of acetone are placed in a three-necked flask equipped with a stirrer, a dropping funnel and a reflux condenser. 200 ml of the above NaOH are added dropwise; then the mixture is refluxed for 10 minutes.
After cooling, the acetoxime crystals are separated off by filtration. Further acetoxime is obtained from the filtrate by extraction with ether and evaporation of the same.
7.3 g and 250 ml of benzene are added to a second three-necked flask equipped with a stirrer, a Dean Stark discharge condenser and a dropping funnel. To this mixture is added a very concentrated aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide (4.0 g). The mixture is then heated to reflux and the water is continuously removed. After all the water has been distilled off, the sodium salt of acetoxime precipitates as a white crystalline mass.
The reaction mixture containing the acetoxime salt is cooled to room temperature; 9.4 g of butyltin trichloride are then added to the flask.
The reaction mixture, which contains the tin compound and the salt in a ratio of 1: 3, heats up on this addition; it is then refluxed for about 10 hours with stirring. Then, after the solid fraction has settled, the supernatant liquid is decanted off. After evaporation of the solvent a crystalline white solid is obtained. The nuclear magnetic resonance and infrared spectra correspond to the compound

Example 2
A base material intended for sealing is prepared by mixing 10 parts by weight of a liquid organopolysiloxane with terminal hydroxyl groups, 1 part by weight of ethyl silicate and 5.6 parts by weight of silicon oxide filler. About 0.15 g of the diacetoxime compound of Example 1 are added to this paste-like mixture.
This crosslinks the mixture to a non-sticky rubbery state in about 30 minutes.
The compound of Example 1 is also used to make a polyurethane foam from the following mixture:
Polyol 150.0 parts Foam generator (silicone-containing polyalkylene oxide) 2.5 parts
Triethylamine 0.25 parts
Water 6.0 parts toluene ditocyanate 65.0 parts
The mixture is processed in a conventional manner using 1.0 part of the diacetoxime compound. The properties of the finished foam are the same as those of foams made using conventional catalysts.
Example 3
The sodium salt of acetoxime is prepared as described in Example 1. 30.4 g of freshly distilled dibutyltin dichloride (molar ratio 2: 1) are added to 20 g of the salt. The reaction mixture is then refluxed with benzene for 6-8 hours and worked up in the usual way. Diacetoxime-dibutyltin is obtained in a yield of 30% above; pale yellow liquid, b.p. 96 "C / 0.05 mm Hg.
Example 4
16.1 g of acetone oxime are added to a solution of 37.9 g of dibutyltin dibutoxide in 250 ml of toluene. The reaction mixture is heated to reflux and the azeotropic mixture of toluene / n-butanol boiling at 105.6 ° C. is continuously removed by fractional distillation. This operation takes almost 4 hours. Then the excess solvent is evaporated off under reduced pressure. The pale yellow liquid that remains is distilled, diacetoxime-dibutyltin being obtained in 92% yield; Bp. 1000 C / 0.08 mm Hg.
Example 5
A mixture of 24.9 g of dibutyltin oxide and 16 g of acetoxime (molar ratio 1: 2) in 500 ml of benzene is refluxed with stirring and continuous removal of the azeotropic mixture of water / benzene. When the reaction is complete, the excess solvent is removed under reduced pressure. The remaining liquid is distilled, whereby diacetoxime-dibutyltin is obtained in a yield of 30%; Kp.
100 "C / 0.07 mm Hg.
Example 6
8 g of acetoxime are converted into the sodium salt in the usual way. 32.6 g of BusSnCl are added to a suspension of the salt in benzene; then the mixture is refluxed for 4-6 hours. It is then worked up as described in Example 1. 25 g (C4H9) 3SnON = C (CH3) 2 are obtained as a colorless liquid; Bp 790 C / 0.01 mm Hg.
Example 7 60 g of tributyltin oxide and 15 g of acetoxime are refluxed in 250 ml of toluene. The water formed in the reaction is removed by fractional distillation. After removing the excess solvent, the remaining liquid is distilled to obtain the same compound as in Example 6.
Example 8
12.4 g of dibutyltin oxide and 12.1 g of benzaldoxime are refluxed in 200 ml of benzene. The water formed in the reaction is removed by fractional distillation. After removing the excess solvent, a pale yellow, viscous liquid is obtained. The nuclear magnetic resonance and infrared spectra correspond to the compound:
