Garbage truck for picking up, compacting and transporting Mü! t
The invention relates to a garbage truck for picking up, compacting and transporting garbage, in which a large-capacity container provided with a filling opening, a pressing device and a closure lid is built on a motor vehicle.
Various garbage truck bodies are known which compact the courage, these being equipped with a conveyor screw in the container or with a pusher. These known refuse compressors have a compression of at most 1: 2, which means that very large containers are necessary for transport. In addition, the screw garbage press wagons are subject to very high wear and tear due to the rotating screw, so that these constructions are susceptible to failure and repair. In addition, a considerable drive power is required for the constant movement of the garbage in the container.
The purpose of the invention is to eliminate the above disadvantages and to create a garbage truck in which, in particular, a higher compression of the garbage is possible, please include.
The refuse truck according to the invention mentioned at the outset is characterized in that the filling opening has a funnel on which the pressing device is arranged outside and in the lower part, which has a hydraulically actuated press ram equipped with a pressure surface and an upper cutting edge.
A double-acting hydraulic lifting cylinder piston unit can be provided for the hydraulic actuation of the press ram. A further advantageous embodiment of the hydraulic actuation provides for two hydraulic lifting cylinder piston units in tandem. In certain cases it can be advantageous to equip the press device as a drive with a hydraulic synchronous cylinder piston unit.
In the garbage truck according to the invention, the above-mentioned disadvantages can be avoided, a compression of about 1: 6 can be achieved. As a result, the garbage container can be kept much smaller in its dimensions, so that smaller and more agile vehicles can also be used. The components used in the present garbage truck can only be subject to slight wear, since in particular the container and the press housing can preferably be designed to be completely smooth.
According to a preferred embodiment, the filling funnel with the pressing device is arranged on the side of the large-capacity container facing the driver's cab of the vehicle. If necessary, however, the filling funnel can also be provided at the rear end of the large-capacity container together with the hydraulic pressing device, the rear closure cover of the large-capacity container, the filling funnel and the hydraulic pressing device being able to form a unit.
The large-capacity container can be provided with a slope or rounding on its side facing away from the hydraulic press device.
The large-capacity container is expediently mounted so as to be pivotable about an axis and can be raised by means of a hydraulic lifting cylinder piston unit.
A rear closure cover is expediently provided with a hydraulically actuatable cover lock, while a hydraulic lifting cylinder piston unit can be arranged for lifting the cover.
The filling opening of the filling funnel expediently has a cross section such that refuse can be poured in from 110 liter rubbish bins, from large rubbish bins or rubbish or bulky waste can be poured in directly.
The large-capacity container can be designed as a cylinder or a polygonal prism.
The garbage truck is expediently equipped with a hydraulic press device that can be operated via a pump with a built-in power regulator.
The garbage truck can also be designed in such a way that when the large-capacity container is lifted, the closure lid with the hopper and the hydraulic press device preferably arranged on it can be lifted off by a rope guided over pulleys and attached to the vehicle and hopper.
Embodiments of the inventive garbage wagon are described in more detail below with reference to the drawings, which show:
1 shows a garbage truck with a container, at the end of which a filling funnel with pressing device is arranged at the end facing the driver's cab, in a side view,
Fig. 2 shows another garbage truck with arranged at the rear end wärtigen hopper with pressing device in side view.
The compacted garbage truck shown in FIG. 1 has a motor vehicle 1 with a driver's cab 2 and a large-capacity container 3. A filling funnel 5 is attached to the side of the large-capacity container 3 facing the driver's cab 2. A hydraulic press device 4, which actuates a piston with a press plate 6, is provided between the driver's cab 2 and the filling funnel 5. The hydraulic pressing device 4 can be designed as a double-acting hydraulic lifting cylinder piston unit, as two hydraulic lifting cylinder piston units in tandem or as a hydraulic synchronous cylinder piston unit. The press plate 6 has a pressure surface at the front and a cutting edge at the top.
The large-capacity container 3 is mounted pivotably about an axis 7 and is raised with the aid of a hydraulic lifting cylinder piston unit 8, as shown in dashed lines in the drawing. The side of the large-volume container 3 facing away from the hydraulic press device 4 is provided with a rounded portion 9 (FIG. 1) or a bevel 10 (FIG. 2).
At the rear end of the large-capacity container 3, a closure cover 11 is pivotably attached, which is provided with a hydraulically actuated cover lock 12 and a further hydraulic lifting cylinder piston unit 13 for lifting the cover 11.
In the compressed garbage truck shown in Fig. 2, the filling funnel 5 is attached to the rear end of the large-capacity container 3 together with the hydraulic press device 4 on the rear closure cover li, whereby when the large-capacity container 3 is lifted, the closure cover 11 with the filling funnel 5 and the hydraulic press device 4 pass through a cable construction is lifted. For this purpose, a rope 17 is attached to a bracket 14 of the vehicle 1 and connected to the filling funnel 5 via pulleys 15.
After tipping into the hopper 5, the courage is pressed by the press plate 6 of the hydraulic press device 4 into the large-capacity container 3.
As a result of the ongoing lifting movement of the press plate 6, the material is pressed further and further towards the front wall, the mule being able to roll around on the curve 9 or on the slope 10. As a result, the entire container 3 can be evenly filled with garbage, with a compensating compression pressure being generated in the space. The hydraulic press device 4 of the press plate 6 is fed by a hydraulic unit 18 which is driven by a power take-off of the vehicle I. A pump with a very large flow rate and a built-in power regulator ensures the high pressing speeds of the filling device.
The compressed garbage truck shown in FIG. I enables the garbage to be poured into the hopper 5 from two sides. After the container 3 is filled, the hydraulic cover lock 12 is released and the cover 11 is opened by the hydraulic cylinder piston unit 13. By lifting the large volume container 3 with the aid of the hydraulic stroke cylinder-piston unit 8, the compacted material is removed from the large volume container 3.
The garbage truck shown in Fig. 2 enables the garbage to be poured in from three sides. The container 3 is emptied by tilting with the hydraulic stroke cylinder-piston unit 8, the hydraulic pressing device 4 and the hopper 5 being pulled up by the cable construction when the container 3 is tilted.
