Türrahmen aus zwei Zargenteilen mit verankertem Futter und Schalldämpfung Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Türrahmen aus zwei Zargenteilen mit verankertem Futter und Schalldämpfung.
Der erfindungsgemässe Türrahmen hat gegenüber den bekannten Türrahmen dieser Art den hauptsächli chen Vorteil einer einfachen und schnellen Aufstellung bzw. Einbau und Befestigung. Gleichzeitig wird eine Kältebrücke und eine Körperschalabstrahlung beim öffnen und Schliessen der Türe, sowie eine Schwitzwas- serbildung vermieden.
Dies wird erfindungsgemäss dadurch erreicht, dass die Zargenteile mit runden Löchern und;oder offenen Schlitzen versehen und durch, durch diese hindurchge führte Befestigungsmittel am verankerten Futter befestigt und miteinander verbunden sind.
Im folgenden wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes anhand einer Zeichnung näher erläutert.
Die Zeichnung zeigt einen abgebrochenen Horizontal querschnitt durch einen an einer Maueröffnung mit verankertem Futter befestigten Türrahmen aus zwei Zar gen mit Schalldämpfung von unten nach oben gesehen.
In der bereits fertiggestellten Öffnung in der Rohmauer 1 wird zuerst das Futter 2 in Fertigmass mit tels Dübel 3 und Schrauben 4 als Putzlehre für den Wandputz 5 und 5a verankert, wobei es sogleich einen Hinterputz 6 bekommt.
Nachdem der Putz bzw. die Wände trocken sind, werden links und rechts umlaufend die Passleisten 7 und 7a am Futter, weil dasselbe vorzugsweise aus einer Tischlerplatte bzw. aus einem Holzpfosten besteht, mittels der Nägel 8 befestigt.
Nun werden von beiden Seiten die beiden Zargenteile 9 und 9a in die Wand bzw. Maueröffnung fest an den Passleisten 7 und 7a anliegend zusammengeschoben und durch Linsensenkholzschrauben 10, welche durch die Löcher 11 und Schlitze 12 gehen, am Futter befestigt. Die Schlitze 12 gleichen etwaige Toleranzen der Stärke der verputzten Wand aus.
Die Zarge 9 weist einen umlaufenden Türanschlag 13 zur Aufnahme einer elastischen Lippendichtung 14 aus Gummi auf, um eine Lärmentwicklung beim Türzuschla- gen zu vermeiden.
Der Türrahmen bzw. die Zargenteile 9 und 9a können also an die fertiggestellte Wand bzw. Wandöffnung fertig sogar ofentrocknend lackiert oder emailliert bzw. mit einem Kunststoffüberzug versehen, ohne Nacharbeit an2eschlaeen werden.

In the already completed opening in the raw wall 1, the lining 2 is first anchored in finished size with means of dowels 3 and screws 4 as a plaster gauge for the wall plaster 5 and 5a, and it immediately gets a back plaster 6.
After the plaster or the walls are dry, the fitting strips 7 and 7a are attached to the lining on the left and right by means of the nails 8, because the lining preferably consists of a blockboard or a wooden post.
Now the two frame parts 9 and 9a are pushed together from both sides in the wall or wall opening tightly against the fitting strips 7 and 7a and fastened to the chuck by raised countersunk head wood screws 10 which go through the holes 11 and slots 12. The slots 12 compensate for any tolerances in the thickness of the plastered wall.
The frame 9 has a circumferential door stop 13 for receiving an elastic lip seal 14 made of rubber in order to avoid the development of noise when the door is slammed.
The door frame or the frame parts 9 and 9a can therefore even be painted or enamelled or provided with a plastic coating on the finished wall or wall opening ready-to-use, without reworking.
