An einige Arme 22 greifen Rückstellfedern 205 an.
Device for discharging cut plate parts on guillotine shears The invention relates to a device for discharging cut plate parts on guillotine shears, which is used to streamline the operation of the shears. The device according to the invention is characterized by a frame arranged in the frame of the scissors behind the cutting edge, spanned by at least one conveyor belt, in which the mechanically actuated, laterally extending from the conveyor belt, raised to the cut surface and retractable to below the level of the transport belt, plate support strips are arranged.
With the help of such a device, thanks to the plate support strips, wide sections can be made precisely and quickly one after the other and the cut plates are quickly moved away from the cutting edge by means of the conveyor belt.
Operation can either be so that the conveyor belt runs continuously or that the panel support strips are raised to table height by an automatic control after each individual cut and remain in this state until the next cut is initiated, and the panel hold-downs the panel to be cut hold, after which they are lowered to below the level of the conveyor belt and then raised again to table height.
With a continuously running conveyor belt you will work if relatively narrow strips are cut. Larger sections that would bend without help and would not rest neatly on the fence are cut with advantage with the help of the support bars.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention in a simplified representation and explains the operation of the device in cooperation with plate shears: FIG. 1 shows a vertical section of plate shears with an attached attachment forming the device; 2 the same guillotine shears with the additional device in a different operating state; 3 and 4 the additional device according to FIGS. 1 and 2 on a larger scale and in section or in a view from above, and FIG. 5 shows a transmission diagram of the additional device.
1 and 2 show a guillotine shear T with an attached additional device Z. Both the shears and the additional device are shown in greatly simplified form. The design of the guillotine shears is irrelevant, only those parts are shown which are necessary to explain the cooperation with the additional device. The following parts of the guillotine shears can be seen: a frame side wall 1, a table 2 with the fixed knife 3, an up and down movable knife bar 4 with the knife 5 and the drive shaft 6 for the knife bar. A guide 7 with a scale for setting the cutting depth is attached to each of the two side walls 1, on which a stop ruler 9 is guided by means of arms 8. At the front of the cutter bar hold-down devices 10 are net angeord.
The additional device Z comprises a frame 20 around which conveyor belts 21 are wrapped. Lifting arms 22 are mounted in the frame and can lift the panel support strips' _3. In Fig. 1, the support strips are shown in a raised state, their upper edge being exactly at the same height as the table 2.
In Figure 2, however, the arms 22 are shown in the folded down state, wherein the support strips are sunk in the frame below the level of the conveyor belts 21. The drive motor for the conveyor belts and the adjustment mechanism of the lever arms 22 is attached to the side of the frame 20 and is designated 24. In the hochge set state, the support strips 23 engage in cutting te in the stop ruler 9. In Fig. a second possible position Z 'of the additional device is also shown. For this purpose, the frame 20 is slidably mounted on the side walls 1 of the scissors and can be pushed from position Z to position Z 'and back to position Z by means of a hydraulic cylinder 25.
The purpose and mode of operation of the new additional device can already be described with the aid of FIGS. 1 and 2: Process I Cutting the plate Here, a narrow strip is cut off the plate to get a clean edge . The trim strip is waste. The additional device is therefore brought into position Z 'by means of the hydraulic cylinder 25 and the trim strip falls down to the waste, as indicated at A.
Process 2 Production cut without holding up the panel This operating mode comes into question when relatively narrow strips are cut. Motor 24 continues to run for a certain time after each cut. If the cuts are made in quick succession, the device's conveyor belts run continuously. The cut-off plates can be stacked automatically on a pallet or a trolley P in a simple manner. All that is needed is a stop a on the pallet so that the individual panels do not slide over the stack.
Process 3 Production cut with holding up the panels This operating mode comes into question when wide cuts are to be made. In the rest position, the plate support strips 23 are raised. After the end of a cut, they are automatically, briefly, sunk under the running conveyor belts and then come back to the rest position so that a new cut can be made.
3 and 4 show the structural design of the additional device and Fig.5 explains the mechanism actuating mechanism. The frame 20 comprises U-profile strips 200, side walls 201 and a cover plate 202. Two shafts 203 which carry the lifting arms 22 are mounted in the frame. On the left side there are a few narrow conveyor belts 21, which are wider next to them. They run around the rollers 204 mounted in the frame. Return springs 205 act on some arms 22. On the ends of the shafts 203 protruding from the side walls 201, rollers 206 are attached, with the aid of which the entire additional device can be displaced or rolled in the frame 1 of the guillotine shears. For this purpose, guide tracks are attached to the frame side wall, but these are not shown.
The movement mechanism and its function will now be described with reference to FIG. The motor 24 is an electric motor that is assembled with a speed reducer and an automatic brake. The brake brakes the motor when the current is switched off. The two modes of operation of the device can easily be achieved by reversing the direction of rotation of the motor. Motor 24 drives the rear roller 204 directly and the front roller 204 'runs with it. The direction of conveyance is shown with the solid arrows and the conveyor belts then transport the panel sections away from the cutting edge. A toothed belt 221, which drives the outer part of an overrunning clutch 222, runs on the front roller 204 ′.
In this direction of rotation, in which the conveyor belts are in operation, the inner part of the overrunning clutch is stationary. If, on the other hand, the direction of rotation of the motor 24 is changed, the conveyor belts briefly run backwards, as indicated by the broken arrows. Now, however, the overrunning clutch 222 engages and drives the front shaft 203 'with the lifting arms 22 by means of the Zahnrä 223 so that these are raised. A limit switch switches off the motor and its brake holds the arms in the raised position. If the direction of rotation of the motor 24 is switched back to forward operation of the conveyor belts 21, the lifting arms 22 return to the folded-down position under the influence of the return springs 205.
The operation of the scissors can be made even easier by a simple automatic control if the circuit is carried out in such a way that when a first production cut is initiated, the additional device first automatically returns to its starting position. When cutting a new panel, the operator only needs to have the auxiliary device pushed away from the cutting edge, for example by actuating a push button. After a single cut has been made, the auxiliary device then automatically returns to its starting position.
