Somit entsteht wiederum ein monolithisches Be tonskelett.
Building construction, method for producing the same, device for carrying out the method and a use of the building construction The present invention relates to a building construction, a method for producing the same, a device for carrying out the method and a use of the building construction.
The invention relates to a building construction, built up from a number of thermally insulating insulating material existing, structurally weak Bauelemen- ta, each component has end surfaces that are designed so that there are channels between two butt-shaped adjoining components that are compared with one structural skeleton of solidified putty mass, e.g. B. mortar, concrete, plastic or the like. Are filled, where are reinforced and supported by the components.
Nowadays there are insulating materials for the production of said components, which are characterized by particular economy, lightness and excellent insulating properties and which, if desired, can even be produced on the construction site. These insulating materials have j - but not a very high tensile strength, and when the liquid or plastic putty mass, in particular concrete-like masses, is introduced, the hydrostatic pressure may already be sufficient to cause the channels to be filled to burst.
This disadvantage is further increased by the fact that pumps which operate under relatively high pressure are used to introduce the cement compound. Another disadvantage is that the precise assembly of the components is time-consuming and requires a relatively high level of skill.
The present invention is now aimed at overcoming these disadvantages. At the same time, the construction of building structures should be possible, the quality, z. B. in terms of appearance and durability, as far as possible correspond to the conventional construction structures and thereby avoid the usual disadvantages generally associated with prefabricated buildings. Further advantages should be particularly good heat and sound insulation, as well as quick and easy construction, largely using unskilled workers. Through the most varied, also falling within the scope of the invention, the processing z.
B. by plastering, completely avoid and the application of plaster significantly it eases and a bond with the plaster created, which is superior to that of many conventional prefabricated buildings.
The building construction according to the invention is characterized in that end surfaces of adjoining structural elements are located by a pair of elongated frame elements which are connected to one another by connecting elements, which are in engagement with adjoining surfaces of the structural elements, and that the vertical joints between adjoining adjoining components are filled with putty and sealed and are covered to the outside by means of the frame elements.
Reinforced concrete is preferably used as the putty compound, or another putty compound such as lightweight concrete, unreinforced concrete, mixtures of binding agents and earth or other putty compounds that harden to form a coherent structure and, when hardened, form a skeleton that is stronger than that Components themselves.
In a preferred embodiment of the construction, the skeleton takes only a small fraction in a longitudinal section parallel to the outer surface, e.g. B. less than 1 / s of the total surface. This results in a lighter construction, a saving in the heavier and possibly more expensive building materials and, above all, better sound and thermal insulation.
According to a particularly advantageous development, the component consists of two detachable layers of the heat-insulating or sound-insulating material, the separating surface of which runs between the surfaces forming the wall or the like of the component.
In the method for producing the building structure according to the invention, a foundation with a plurality of upwardly projecting is first; Cast anchoring means cast at the bottom and a majority of the structural elements butted together in positions determined by the anchoring means on both sides, with channels being created between at least some of the abutting surfaces that are filled with a putty mass that is left rigid to form a structural skeleton becomes.
The method is characterized in that a pair of elongated frame elements connected in a ladder-like manner by connecting elements is set up at an anchor means, and that these frame elements are also let into the joints containing the channels, thereby closing off the joints from the outside and at the same time the layers of the adjoining construction elements are set to each other. In this case, in addition to the frame elements, reinforcement means are preferably also used in the channels themselves or in the interior of the wall before the putty is introduced.
In a preferred variant of the method who cast the components on the construction site itself, for which a mold is used, which consists of a demolition ble box, the preferred embodiment is characterized in that it has holes that are enclosed to the outside by a pressure supply space Sen are and which drove inwardly by Druckzu drove into the pressure box inflatable bubble or balloon-like structures made of stretchable material such as rubber or the like. Are provided.

1 and 2, the Baukon construction shown is designed as a wall, but could in principle also be applied to other parts of a building. The construction consists of a plurality of components, each consisting of two initially separable layers 1, la made of heat or sound-insulating insulating material such as foam plastic, in particular expanded polystyrene or polyurethane foam, cork material, lightweight concrete, e.g. B. aerated concrete, a fiber material with binding material, e.g. B. consists of mine ral fiber or vegetable fiber base.
These layers, 1, la, are fastened back to back to one another, with the interface between the two layers running between the outer wall surfaces, in particular parallel thereto. The end faces of the construction elements are designed so that channels 3 are created which, after the construction elements are lined up in a butt joint, form a network for receiving reinforcement rods 4 and 5 and a cement compound, in particular concrete compound, after which the inside of the wall is symmetrical around them Halving area has a reinforced concrete skeleton 6 (see FIG. 2).
The Ar mierungsstangen 4 extend-through the vertical channels down and are wired at the lower end of relatively short in the concrete foundation 8 embedded rods 7. Right at the beginning, the insulating material layers 1, 1 a are held together and in position by the pairs of slats 9 and 9 a which represent the frame elements mentioned and which are attached to opposite sides of the wall.
For this purpose, the abutment surfaces of the two layers 1, 1a of each component have groove-shaped recesses extending all around, the vertical grooves 14 and the horizontal grooves 15 being offset from one another by an amount which corresponds to the thickness of the frame elements 9, 9a, in order to enable the frame elements to be crossed over. The frame elements 9, 9a are connected to one another on both sides of the wall by connecting bolts 13.
Instead of offsetting the grooves 14, 15 with respect to one another, it is also possible to sink the wooden frame elements 9, 9a into one another or to connect them in one plane with U-profile cross-connecting pieces made of metal.
The outer surfaces of the components la and 1 are especially set up for applying a plaster 10. In the example shown, a wire mesh 11 is attached to the outer surface of the insulating material for this purpose (see FIG. 1a). In another embodiment, the outer surface of the insulating material is provided with dovetail-shaped ribs 12 for holding the plaster layer 10 in place.
The process for producing the building construction uses the frame elements. 9 and 9a to determine the position of the individual components. First, a first layer of the components is placed on the foundation 8. Accordingly, the frame elements 9 and 9a are set up one after the other. Every time a new layer of components is placed on the layer below the bar, the respective horizontal frame elements are inserted into the joint. First, one side of the wall from the construction element halves 1 a is completed.
The reinforcing irons are then placed in the corresponding groove-shaped recesses, after which the other side of the wall is built up from the component halves 1 in the manner already described. The structural elements f, st are then connected to one another by means of bolts 13 which, at the intersections of the frame elements, run practically all the way through the wall.
The concrete is preferably pumped into the sewer network created in this way from the lower end of the wall in order to largely avoid air inclusions. Electrical wiring pipes 59 can be brought in by first cutting open the wire mesh 11 and cutting grooves in the insulating material so that the pipes avoid the frame members.
The pipes are fastened with metal strips 60 and subsequently covered by the plaster.
Wooden slats are particularly suitable for the frame elements 9 and 9a because of their lightness and ease of processing, but corresponding frame elements made of metal can also be used.
The construction of the wall from two layers of insulating material 1, 1a results in the advantage that one half of the wall can be erected first, after which the reinforcing irons can be inserted very easily and then enclosed in the channels of the wall construction by building up the second wall layer can. The components are used in standardized sizes in such a way that the door and window frame dimensions are an integral multiple of the component mass, so that the frames can be used without cutting the components.
The components used in the preferred embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2 are shown in FIGS. La, 1b and 1c. The rollers 14 and 15 are offset from one another so that they can later receive the slats 9 and 9a placed crosswise. As already said above, however, it is also possible not to offset the horizontal and vertical frame elements with respect to one another, which then results in a saving of space which enables a larger cross-section of the channels 3 (FIG. 2).
The end surfaces of the components are bevelled in such a way that the channels 3 result when the component halves are arranged in pairs and butted. Instead of using the illustrated wire network 11 or the ribs 12, it is also possible to pull a wire network over the entire already assembled wall construction, which then not only holds the plaster, but also forms a mechanical reinforcement of the overall structure.
According to Fig. 3 and 4, each component 1 extends from the floor to the ceiling height, so corresponds to the entire wall height GE and is in one piece from the heat or sound-insulating material, for. B. made of plastic foam.
These plate-shaped components have horizontal channels 15 in their interior and the vertical abutment surfaces of the plates 11 are provided with groove-shaped or channel-shaped depressions 17 which are connected to the channels 15 and which form vertical tubular channels when the plates are assembled cut the horizontal channels. Metal reinforcing bars 17 are inserted into the vertical channels, and when the concrete is poured or pumped into the channels, a network of reinforced concrete is created in them.
Instead of making each plate from a single piece of insulating material, it can be composed of two layers oriented parallel to the wall surface, as in the previous example, with half of the vertical and horizontal channels in each layer.
The outer surfaces of the plate-shaped structural elements 1 are preferably already processed in such a way that subsequent processing, e.g. B. plastering, can be dispensed with in whole or in part. This is achieved, for example, in that the inner surface of the mold for the production of the components is designed to fill the insulating material into the mold with short glass fibers, for. B. injected, wid. The end product is then coated with fiberglass. In a similar way, marble chippings can also be entered into the form or the plate can be provided in any other way, e.g. B. by embossing with a surface texture.
As can be clearly seen from Fig. 3, a wooden or metal frame element 18 is inserted in the vicinity of the outer surface in each of the butt joints between the components, for which purpose the plates 1 are provided with prefabricated grooves 19. The frame elements 18 are connected to one another in pairs by metal connecting rods 20.
These replace the bolts 13 according to FIGS. 1 and 2 and prevent the channels 16 from bursting open when the cement compound is filled. A reinforcing bar 17 is inserted into each of the vertical channels 16 between the plates 1, the lower end of which is connected by means of wire, as in the previous example, to an anchoring rod 7 protruding from the foundation (not shown).
The reinforcing bars are also connected to some of the connecting bars 20 by welding or in any other manner. In the horizontal channels 15 there are also reinforcing bars 21, which are connected to the reinforcing bars 17 by means of loops or in any other way with the connecting rods 20 at the crosspoints thereof.
In the manufacture of the building structure according to FIGS. 3 and 4, wooden slats connected by means of the connecting rods 20 are first set up. Then the first plate 1 is brought into engagement with it by means of the grooves 19. A vertical rebar 17 is then fastened by spot welding or in any other way BE and the horizontal rebar 21 are then inserted. This procedure is repeated until the entire wall is up.
Instead of the above-described design of the inner surface of the form with a cladding material for the construction elements, it is also possible to subsequently cover the panels with plastic, glass fiber reinforced plastic, any plaster, wallpaper, any plastic protective layers and the like. But it is also possible to insert such outer skins into the mold, the skin when pouring the insulating compound, for. B.
Polyurethane foam, connects by itself with the insulating compound. Any surface textures can, if necessary, also be embossed into the surface of the construction elements afterwards.
With this design of the components, it is also possible to cast the water and electrical installations into the insulating compound during the manufacture of the panels.
In a similar way, it is possible to build hot water or electric heating elements into the components, whereby the material used for the components must of course be sufficiently heat-resistant. Electric heating elements can for example be embedded in asbestos-cement mass and this asbestos-cement mass then forms the surface of the component or the manufacturing material for the component itself.
In a similar way, and this also applies to all other designs of the components according to the invention, it is possible to incorporate cooling elements, e.g. B. in plate form, add a.
According to FIG. 5, a concrete slab 26 is provided which serves both as a floor slab and as a foundation. On the outer circumference of the plate, a number of anchor rods 7 are cast, which protrude at intervals according to the component width from the plate. In the example shown are the components 1 with trough-shaped elongated frame parts 23 in a handle, which in turn are connected like a ladder by means of connecting rods 20.
Each of the trough-shaped frame parts 23 has punched tabs 24 for fastening the tension wires 25 by means of which the entire construction is braced. Instead of the wires 25 you could also use a diagonally aligned wire mesh. Vertical reinforcing bars 17 are in turn located in the vertical channels 16 of the structural elements 1, which in this case each have a relatively low height and are stacked on top of one another up to the full wall height.
The vertical reinforcing bars 17 are tied to the anchor bars 7 with wire. When erecting the building construction according to FIG. 5, one of the ladder-shaped structures 20, 23 is first erected. Then the adjacent components 1 are stacked up to the wall height ge. Then the next ladder-like structure is brought into engagement with the grooves 27 of the components and braced with the first conductor by means of wire 25 or wire network.
The trough shape of the frame elements 23 provides groove-shaped recesses into which the electrical installation tubes 28 can be inserted, for example from ceiling height to the height of the switch 29, reaching down into the corresponding component 1 and fastened to the frame element 23. The sides of the frame elements are provided with holes for guiding the tubes 28 through. The related holes 22 of the components can also be used to accommodate electrical or water installations. The ease of the compo elements 1 and especially if they are made of foam plastic, eg. B. foamed polystyrene exist, ge equips the very fast construction of the walls.
The pouring of the concrete mass into the vertical channels 16 between the adjoining structural elements 1 creates a very rigid, internally braced construction with excellent insulating properties.
The outer surfaces of the wall are then plastered, the tension wires 25 at the same time anchoring the plaster ver. To improve the plaster bond, instead of the dovetail-shaped ribs of the examples described above, appropriately designed holes 30 can also be seen in the outer surface of the components. Fig. 5a shows the construction according to FIG. 5 in a horizontal section after applying the plaster layer 10. It should also be noted that the connections 20 can have any cross-section, eg. B. round, square or strip-shaped.
Instead of using the tabs 24, it is also possible to hook the tension wires 25 into holes 31 of the frame parts 23.
6 and 7 specially formed frame parts are used to produce wall corners or wall connections, while nothing changes in the components themselves.
6, a corner part 32 and two frame elements 23 are verbun by means of connections 33 to the. They are set up in the corner position, after which the reinforcing bars 17 are inserted and the corner itself is covered with a special boarding. Then the corner column is poured out. For window connections, a connector 34 made of steel, aluminum, plastic or any other material is attached to the abutment surface of the components.
7, instead of the ladder-shaped combination 20, 23, a trough-shaped frame element 23 and two special corner elements 35 are used for the Maueran connection, all of which are connected to one another by connecting rods 36 and 37, in addition to which reinforcing rods 17 are used on both sides.
According to FIG. 8, the structural elements 1 have a somewhat different shape for producing a roof structure. At the butt joints of the components 1 are again trough-shaped, elongated frame elements 23 and in the channels between the components 1 who in turn reinforcing rods 17 is inserted. Concrete is then poured into the column 38 from above. To reduce the heat transfer through the connec tion, it is also possible to use a sealing strip 65 made of insulating material.
According to Fig. 8a, the reinforcing bars 17 of the roof structure are preferably in the lower part of the concrete filling of the joint, according to the tensile stresses that occur in the concrete skeleton. The channel-shaped depression formed by the frame element 23 is covered by means of a locking cover strip 39 or a wooden cover strip 66 bridging the channel. The reinforcing bars 17 are held with connecting rods 48 in position.
According to FIG. 9, the preferred construction for load-bearing intermediate ceilings again has structural elements 1 and box-shaped frame elements 41 at the butt joints, which in terms of appearance simulate a wooden beam construction. The U-profile 41 is held by traverses 40, to which the connections 43 are attached, which hold the reinforcing rods 42, while the reinforcing rods 44 are connected directly under the traverses 40 sen.
After the concrete has been poured into the joints between the structural elements 1, any floor 45 is placed on top of the structural elements 1.
According to FIG. 10, the floor construction according to FIG. 9 is connected to the vertical walls by breaking through the walls of the wall or floor construction elements, thus creating a connection between the concrete channels 46 of the wall construction and the concrete channels 47 of the ceiling construction arises. This in turn creates a monolithic concrete skeleton. But it is also possible to remove the whole of a wall of one of the two adjacent compo elements.
The reinforcing iron bars 42 and 44 of the floor-bearing ceiling construction are fixedly wired to the vertical reinforcing bars 17 of the wall construction by means of a connecting piece 46. Instead of the intermediate ceiling construction shown, the wall of a building construction according to the invention can, however, also be combined with any other ceiling or intermediate ceiling constructions.
According to FIG. 11, the connection between a roof and the wall of a building construction according to the invention is established in a manner similar to that in FIG. 10, a roof cap 48 being put on for better sealing.
According to Fig. 12, the building structure shown in Fig. 5 as a wall for the production of a Da Ches use. A connecting rod 49 serves to connect the reinforcement bars of the roof with the reinforcement bars of the wall. The roof is preferably provided with a roof cladding material, preferably a plaster or tar coating, in which preferably split, roof tiles, shingles or the like. A are embedded to improve the protection and appearance.
According to Fig. 12a, the abutment surfaces of the Bauein units 1 for roof structures according to FIG. 12 are slightly modified to create a downward ver widening channel, which later forms a roof beam after filling the concrete ter. This creates enough space for two reinforcing irons 50 for the underside of the concrete filling, which is mainly stressed in the tensile direction.
According to FIG. 13, the connection of the roof ridge of the construction according to FIG. 12 with a central wall takes place essentially as in FIG.
According to Fig. 14, the wall structure to he increase the load capacity z. B. modified for multi-storey buildings. For this purpose, specially shaped intermediate elements 51 and the casing 52 as well as the connection 53 are used by means of which a large number of vertical, heavy reinforcing rods 54 are held in position. This column construction corresponds to the width of the building elements 1 and is filled with concrete that forms a monolithic skeleton with the horizontal channels of the construction. The inter mediate elements 51 can, for example, initially be tied up by means of protruding ends of reinforcement wires cast therein.
Fig. 15 shows the use of a built on the construction elements 1 sill 67, which can have any shape and can be made of any material Ma.
According to FIG. 16, a specially designed shape according to the invention is used to produce the components 1 according to the invention. It can be dismantled in the usual way to remove the finished cast component and also has a number of holes 55 in the wall through which a number of rubber bubbles protrude into the surfaces that correspond to the outer surfaces of the finished components. These bubbles are connected to the interior of a pressure box 57 with a pressure medium connection 58.
If pressure is applied through the nozzle 58, for example by means of water or air, or other pressure means, the rubber bladders 58 are inflated according to the execution of the bubbles spherically or in other he desired shape. They then form part of the mold wall when the components are cast. After solidification of the components, the pressure in the pressure box 57 is lowered so that the bubbles 56 shrink again and can thus be pulled out of the surface of the molding. The resulting holes in the surface of the molding give the plaster applied afterwards a strong hold.
According to FIG. 17, the components 1 for interior walls can be considerably thinner than the components for exterior walls. In other respects, however, they and the wall structures made from them correspond to the examples described above.
In a variant of the method, as said, the concrete or the like. Preferably from below into the Be tonskelett-defining channels, whereby air inclusions are largely avoided. A small portable vibrator is connected to the walls or the like at difficult to fill places in order to ensure a complete flow of concrete.
Door and window openings and the like are already cut out when the structural units 1 are set up, and it is possible to use the door and window frames in such a way that they are poured into the concrete skeleton when the concrete is poured.
After the outer and intermediate walls have been completed, the roof structure can be put on. To produce a flat roof, a number of the structural units are first connected to one another, e.g. B. with binding wire or wire mesh (Fig. 5) or with scho enclosed rods (Fig. 3), in order to put together roof sections that are still easy to handle in terms of weight.
These sections are then lifted and placed in the desired position, which may be possible because of their lightness without mechanical aids, and supported from below with steel or wooden supports until the entire roof surface is covered with the grid-like structure. Then the reinforcement bars are inserted and the outer edges of the roof are sealed and see with gutters or the like.
Then the sewer network is filled with concrete in the manner already described. After the concrete has fully hardened, a cement screed or a plastic cover layer can be applied to the top. On the ceiling side it is advantageous to provide a wire mesh for better binding of the ceiling plaster. Electrical installations and water pipes can also be laid in the roof panel before the concrete is poured.
For the production of arched roofs one uses ent neither curved roof structural elements or else, when using double-layer structural elements, one uses smaller elements for the lower layer than for the upper one and thus also obtains a completely arched roof.
Quite apart from the excellent thermal and sound insulation of the finished construction, the lightness of the building elements facilitates and accelerates the construction work so much that this fact alone brings considerable progress. The construction system is also suitable for use in bad weather conditions.
In the case of the embodiment according to FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4, a network of vertical and horizontal reinforced concrete struts is created. In the case of FIG. 5, on the other hand, only vertical concrete posts are created which, however, are connected to one another in the transverse direction by iron bracing rods or tensioning wires so that an inherently reinforced and rigid structure is also created. It goes without saying that the possible variations shown in the individual examples can be combined in the most varied of ways.
It is also possible in the components Ventila tion channels such. B. for air conditioning systems. For most purposes it is, for example, like in construction. Fig. 5 necessary to see a moisture-insulating layer between the base plate and the wall. It is then preferred to countersink the walls themselves a little into the floor slab.
Apart from the saving of working time during the construction itself and the possibility of employing unskilled workers, there is the possibility of casting the construction elements on the construction site, whereby, if foamable material is used, the raw materials are produced in barrels with a relatively small volume can be approached. Despite all these advantages, the appearance of the end product is practically indistinguishable from conventional houses, but it is much better insulated against heat transmission.
The roof structure according to the invention generally requires no additional roof girders or beams, which allows better use of space.
As in other prefabricated house systems, the building elements according to the invention can also be supplied with built-in wash basins and sinks, bathtubs and toilets.
Another advantage is that the frame elements can also serve as support means when laying the components for the roof structure in order to save scaffolding. You then proceed, for example, by first completing and pouring out individual roof sections and then filling in the gaps.
In many cases, the invention is intended to shorten the construction period or to enable the inexperienced property owner to build a significant part of his home himself, which can then only be completed with the help of experienced concrete foundrymen, plumbers, electricians and other specialist craftsmen.
The invention also enables considerable savings in transport costs for building material and labor time savings in handling the building material.
