Fig. 2 ist ein Vertikalschnitt entlang der Linie11-11 in F!-.1.
VIII-VIII in Fig. 5.
Door lock on an elevator shaft door In elevator systems, the individual shaft doors are equipped with an automatically operating lock, which is intended to ensure that each door can only be opened when the elevator car is present on the relevant floor. The actuation of a bolt embedded in the door frame is carried out by an associated roller lever protruding into the shaft, which in turn can be influenced by a cam which is attached to the elevator car and displaceable by separately controlled force. Each bolt then be actuated in the closed position, an electrical contact, the car drive can only be set in motion when all bolt contacts are be actuated.
For safety reasons, the door lock must be designed in such a way that it is not possible to actuate the bolt contact when the door is open or unlocked, because otherwise the car can move away from the unlocked door; Defects in this regard in known constructions have repeatedly led to serious accidents.
Previous efforts to prevent the malfunction mentioned (called incorrect locking) are essentially based on the fact that the bolt must face a part on the door when the door is closed, so that the bolt goes into the closed position when released from the roller lever and the bolt contact can operate. Is known, for example, a provided on the door, the bolt facing the pin or the like, on which one on the bolt in front of existing and with this advancing pawl should run on, or the control of the bolt mechanism built into the door frame by a in the door in front of existing Permanent magnets.
If the elevator is used properly, devices of this type may generally function satisfactorily. However, even deliberately caused disturbances are to be expected, and here it is shown that the known so-called false locking devices can be rendered ineffective in a relatively simple manner if the mode of action is known.
In addition to the fail-safe locking devices mentioned, there is also the known arrangement with a pivotable flap attached to the frame above the door, which remains raised by the door and prevents incorrect locking as long as the door is not completely closed. This solution offers a high level of security in itself, but has disadvantages in other respects: The pivoting flap requires considerable construction effort (adaptation to the respective door width), is subject to wear and tear and causes noise; In addition, this solution can only be used to a limited extent because of the rather unfavorable appearance.
The object of the present invention is to create a door lock which offers a high level of security even against willful interference and which does not suffer from the other mentioned shortcomings of known devices.
The invention relates to a door lock on an elevator shaft door with a bolt guided in the door frame, secured against incorrect locking, which can be actuated via a movable intermediate member of a roller lever which is intended to interact with a control cam present on the elevator car.
According to the invention, this door lock is characterized in that a pivot lever mounted on the door frame on the hinge side is provided as an intermediate element, which can be pivoted by the roller lever between a locking position and an unlocking position, and a locking element that can be actuated by the pivot lever in the same direction as the bolt is guided on the hinge side in the door frame,
which forms a specific stop on the open door for the pivot lever in order to hold it positively in the unlocked position as long as the door is not closed.
An exemplary embodiment of the door lock according to the invention on an elevator shaft door is described in more detail below in connection with the drawing.
The figures in the drawing relate to different parts of the door lock installed above in the frame of an elevator shaft door, namely the FIGS. 1 to 4 illustrate the upper corner of the frame and the opposite of the hinge side Door, while d in FIGS. 5 to 8 the hinge-side upper corner of the frame and the door are shown.
FIG. 1 is a vertical view, with individual parts of the door frame being omitted for the sake of clarity.
FIG. 2 is a vertical section along the line 11-11 in FIG. 1 -. 1.
Fig. 3 is a horizontal section along the line 111-111 in Fig. 1
FIG. 4 is a section along the line IV-IV in FIG. 1.
Fig. 5 is a vertical view similar to that of Fig. 1, and Figs. 6, 7 and 8 show sections along the lines VI-VI, VII-VII and VIII-VIII in Fig. 5.
FIGS. 1 and 5 show the situation seen from the elevator car. From the frame of the shaft door, the upper cross beam 2, the left side post 4 and the right side post 6 are shown, which are preferably made of sheet steel folded profiles. The landing door 8 is designed as a box construction and has a vertical stiffening profile 9 on the hinge side. The door hinges 10 (only one visible) connect this profile 9 and the right side post 6 of the frame. When the door is closed, as shown, the door switch 11 mounted in the side mullions 6 is actuated by profile 9 .
In the hinge-side, upper corner of the frame, a horizontal axis 12 is mounted, which protrudes into the shaft and carries the roller lever 13 with the feeler roller 14. The organs attached to the elevator car for actuating the roller lever are shown in phantom and diagrammatically in FIG. 5. It is a laterally displaceable control cam 16 which, when the actuating magnet 18 is excited, is retracted into the position shown so that it does not touch the roller 14. The actuating magnet 18 can only be excited when the door switch 11 is actuated, d. h. the landing door 8 must be closed.
When the magnet 18 is switched off , the control cam 16 is shifted to the left by compression springs 19 (Fig. 5), whereby the roller lever 13 and the axle 12 are pivoted.
A swiveling lever, which is denoted by 20 as a whole, is seated on the axis 12, rigidly connected to the roller lever 13 . This has two arms 22 and 23, of which the first protrudes upwards and the second protrudes laterally against the door. Two horizontal bearing pins 33 and 37 are fastened in the upper cross bar 2 of the frame, each of which has two loose cable guide rollers 34, 35 and < B> 38, 39 .
A guide sleeve 49 is fastened in the frame under the bearing pin 37, in which the cylindrical locking bolt 40 is guided so as to be vertically displaceable and, in the position shown, through a hole in the frame profile 2 down into the door B> 8 protrudes. A similar guide sleeve 29 is located under the bearing bolt 33 , in which a locking bolt 30 is also guided in the vertical direction and in a similar manner to that The locking bolt 40 protrudes into the door from above.
Two tension cables 42 and 44 are anchored on the arm 22 of the pivot lever 20. The cable 44 runs horizontally over the rear guide rollers 34 and 38 and then downwards, where it is fastened to the bolt 40. On the two th rope 42, which is hung from the arm 22 over the rear one. With the roller 34 running, the Sp.-rrbolzen 30 by means of separate anchors 24 for the cables 42 and 44 on the arm 22, the bolts 30 and 40 can exactly , 'a desired altitude can be set.
The arm 23 of the pivot lever 20, which extends into the area of the locking bolt 30 , carries a transverse pin 26. At the top of the locking bolt 30 There is a horizontal plate 28 which protrudes under the transverse pin 26 and on which the pin rests loosely. A horizontal plate 32 is attached to the upper edge of the door, on which the locking bolt (30) can rest when it is raised and the door is open. The plate 32 is shaped in such a way that it only allows the locking pin to go down when the door 8 is completely closed.
The bolt 40 carries a ring 51 made of insulating material above the guide 49, which ring carries a conductive ring 50, for example made of wire. At a certain height of the bolt 40, the wire ring 50 creates a conductive connection between the contact springs 52 , which are connected to the control circuit for the hoist motor of the elevator via their terminals 54 (Latch contact). The specific height of the bolt 40, in which the contact is made, is given by an adjustable stop screw 48 attached in the door 8. In a lower or higher position that the bolt can occupy in the guide 49, the bolt contact between the terminals 54 is interrupted.
In the interior of the door, a support plate 46 is attached in the area of the bolt 40.
In the illustrated closed position of the door lock, the bolt 40 engages in the door 8 and keeps it closed. At the same time, the connection between the bolt contact springs 52 is established by the conductor piece 50 on the bolt. The locking bolt 30 also protrudes past an edge of the plate 32 into the door. The pivot lever 20 assumes the locking position which is indicated on the arm 22 by the dash-dotted line V.
When the elevator car stops at the height of the door, the control cam 16 is next to the feeler roller 14. If the actuating magnet 18 is now switched off, the control cam <is shifted B> 16 under the action of the compression springs 19 against the feeler roller 14, whereby the pivot lever 20 is pivoted into the unlocking position, which is determined by the. Dashed and dotted line E is indicated (new position of the arm 22).
As a result, the bolt 40 and the locking bolt 30 on the pull cords 44 and 42 are lifted out of the area of the door 8 until their lower end is approximately flush with the lower edge of the door frame The door can now be opened and the bolt contact 50, 52 is interrupted. Because of the rollers 38, 39, the bolt 40 cannot be deliberately raised further from below, so that the contact remains inaccessible from the outside. The locking bolt 30 guided on the hinge side practically covers the same path when lifted as the stop pin 26 on the arm 23 of the pivoting lever.
(It would also be conceivable to omit the pull rope 42 and to provide an articulated connection between the arm 23 or pin 26 and the locking bolt 30 in its place , whereby the locking bolt would also be raised and lowered according to the movements of the pivot lever 20.) The unlocked door can now be opened. As long as the swivel lever is in the unlocking position E , d. h. the bolts 40 and 30 are raised, it is impossible for the car to move away due to the interrupted bolt contact.
The unlocked position is normally maintained, d. h. the cam magnet 18 is switched off until the door is closed again (door contact 11 actuated) and a move command is given.
However, if for any reason the cam magnet 18 is excited when the door is not closed and the control cam 16 is withdrawn, a faulty locking due to the interaction of the locking pin 30 </ B> excluded with the pivot lever 20.
When the door is swung out, the locking bolt 30 cannot move downwards, because then the stop plate 32 connected to the door is located under the bolt 30 is located. On the other hand, the pin 26 of the arm 23 rests on the plate 28 fastened on top of the bolt 30 . Thus, when the door is not completely closed, the swivel lever is positively held in the unlocked position, in which the locking bolt 30 has a stop between the door (plate 32) and the swivel arm (pin 26) educates. In this position of the pivot lever, the locking bolt 40 also remains naturally Lich raised, interrupting the locking contact.
Even brave manipulation of the locking mechanism appears to be impossible at a human level thanks to the mechanical lock between the open door and the swivel lever. This lock can only be released when the door is completely closed and the swivel lever can go into the locking position, the locking bolt 40 then also engaging properly in the door.
A special safeguard also consists in the fact that if the rope 44 is torn or stretched, the bolt 40 drops below the contact position (FIG. 1) if the door is open. As a result, the bolt contact remains open, so that the car cannot move away if it is not properly locked.
The arrangement of the door lock described above corresponds to the simplest case where the control cam 16 on the cabin is on the same side as the door hinges. The arrangement can, however, also be modified in a simple manner for the case that the control cam is attached to the cabin on the side opposite the hinge side. This possibility is indicated by dash-dotted lines in the drawing, in particular FIG. 1, . It is then on the side of the control cam, in this case left (Fig. 1), in the door frame an additional pivot lever 20 'mounted on a pivot axis 12', which then also receives the roller lever.
Otherwise, the pivot lever 20 described above (but without a roller lever on the axis 12) and its connection to the bolt 40 and the locking bolt 30 are retained. In addition, a pull rope 43 'is attached to the arm 22' of the pivot lever 20 '. This pull rope is guided over the front sell rollers 39 and 35 on the bearing bolts 37 or 33 to the opposite side and anchored with the other end on the arm 23, for which purpose the adjusting bolt 24 'is provided.
Via this cable 43 ', the pivot lever 20' is then pivoted out of the pivot lever 20 between the locking position V and the unlocking position E . The mechanical faulty locking device for the pivot lever 20, which interacts with the door, thus remains on the hinge side of the door, and the mode of operation of the arrangement is otherwise as described above.
The same basic structure of the Türverriege development can also be used for other door arrangements, in particular for double-leaf doors, folding doors and horizontal sliding doors.
It would also be conceivable to establish the operative connection between the pivot lever 20 and the bolts 40 and 30 instead of via pull cables by means of a linkage and deflection levers or the like. The use of cables, however, has the advantage that the arrangement can be adapted to any door width in a very simple manner.
In addition to the advantages already mentioned, in particular the complete security against incorrect locking, the practically noiseless mode of operation should also be mentioned. Furthermore, the weight to be lifted during unlocking (essentially the bolts 30 and 40) is comparatively low, so that actuation is easily possible with the usual control cams.
Finally, it would in principle also be conceivable to guide the bolt 40 and / or the locking bolt 30 horizontally and displaceably against a spring force on the door frame, with the points of engagement of the two bolts on the door being designed accordingly. Depending on the door construction, a special stop plate 32 is of course not absolutely necessary if the door itself is designed in such a way with regard to the position of the locking member 30 that the latter can only be used when completely closed door to release the pivot lever can give way.
