normalerweise in Schliess- richtung gehalten.
Door actuation and locking device on an elevator system In elevator systems whose shafts are provided with sliding doors on the individual floors and their cabin, it is known to arrange a door drive on the cabin and with this the cabin door and at the same time by taking the latter with it to operate the opposite landing door. The landing doors must normally be locked and are provided with a lock for this purpose. The lock is usually actuated by means of a control cam which is attached to the cabin and displaceable by an electromagnet and which acts on an opposing roller lever on the lock.
Most of the time, the car door is also provided with a lock, which must be unlocked before the door is opened.
These known arrangements are complicated in terms of mechanical structure and, above all, with regard to electrical control. They require an inevitable sequential control of several processes that z. B. when stopping the car proceed as follows - message of the car stop at floor level; - Actuation of the electromagnet for the control cam for unlocking the lock, if necessary unlocking the cabin lock; - Message of the unlocked state - Switching on the door drive.
A particular problem here is the so-called clearance between the roller levers on the locks and the control cam on the cabin. This distance is small as a result of the limited actuation path of the cam magnet, and additional measures must be taken to prevent incorrect lock release when the cabin is passing.
In certain known constructions, the driver for the shaft doors is also movably arranged and must be moved out of a rest position into the catch position before switching on the door drive, for which a further actuating magnet and an additional control command are required.
The aim of the present invention is to simplify the door operation and locking in terms of construction and control technology, as well as an improvement in functional reliability.
The invention relates to a door actuation and locking device on an elevator system with a mechanically drivable car sliding door and a number of lockable shaft sliding doors, which can be actuated by taking the car door opposite each other on the floor in question.
This device is characterized according to the invention in that a support is mounted on the car door, which is movably guided between two stops relative to the door, carries a first driver and is connected to a door drive member, so that a second driver is movable on each shaft door is stored, which is intended to cooperate with the first driver, the Rie gel carries the shaft door and in the open position of the latter rests against a stop on the shaft door, where in the arrangement between the parts mentioned on the car door and those on each shaft door so is hit
that when the doors are closed and the door drive element is not activated, the support rests against one stop and the doors are locked, while when the drive element is activated, the support against the second stop and the driver of the shaft door opposite the cabin door on the shaft door stop in practically the same position on both doors.
The device according to the invention offers the advantage that practically the entire mechanical power of the door drive is available for unlocking the shaft door. Thus, the locking mechanism is advantageously very robust and can also be equipped with a strong closing spring to prevent malfunctions and incorrect locking.
An embodiment of the invention will be explained with reference to the drawing.
Fig. 1 is a view of the side of the car door facing the shaft doors with the parts of the door actuation and locking device located thereon, Fig. 2 shows a plan view of the device where individual parts are omitted for a better overview , and FIG. 3 shows the parts of the device located on each shaft door with the same viewing direction as FIG. 1, the shaft door and the door post being indicated by dashed lines.
As can be seen in particular from Mg. 2, in the device shown, the door 10 of the elevator car faces a shaft door 50 on a certain floor. These are sliding doors that in the closed position, i. H. are drawn in the stop on the cabin door post 12 or on the shaft door post 52 and are opened by shifting to the right. The shaft door 50 is secured by a bolt 60 which engages over the door post 52, and a bolt 44 is provided on the car door 10, which is latched onto the car door post 12.
To operate the door, a mechanical drive device (not shown) is provided on the cabin, from which the drive movement is transmitted to the cabin door 10 in a manner described below via a drive member 20. As a door drive member 20, a pulling member (rope or chain) is seen in the present case, but a transmission of the drive movement by means of a pivot lever or the like is also conceivable. The actuation of the opposite shaft door 50 is carried out by being carried along by the car door 10 being driven.
Fig. 1 shows the upper left part of the cabin door 10 with the parts of the actuating and locking device located thereon. A support 14 is mounted laterally displaceably on the door 10 by means of two links 28 and four pivot bolts 29. The support port 14 is provided on both sides with an adjustable stop buffer 17 and 18, which are intended to interact with corresponding stop brackets 22 and 24 fastened on the door 10.
A tension spring 26 tensioned between the stop 22 and a link 28 holds the support 14 in the rest position is provided. On the right of the support there is a vertical angle piece 16 on which the train 20 is anchored via an eyebolt 19 and which actuates a switch 70 in the other end position of the support 14 (buffer 18 at the stop 24).
The support 14 carries via an angle piece 38 an approximately vertical angle profile piece 40 which serves as a driver for the transmission of the door movement to the shaft door opposite the Ceg. The vertical leg of the angle piece 38 is articulated to the support 14 at the lower end via a bolt 30.
Said leg is located between the side webs of a U-shaped profile piece 32 which is welded to the support. Two stops 34 and 36, which are adjustably screwed firmly to the mentioned side bars, interact with the vertical leg of the angle piece 38. In the starting position shown, the leg is held against the stop 36 by a compression spring 42, whereby it actuates a switch 72.
(In Fig. 2, for the sake of clarity, part of the U-profile 32 is weggebro chen, and there are the stop 36, the switch 72 as well as the buffers 17, 18, the stops 22, 24, the switch 70 and the Tension spring 26 is not shown there. The bolt 44 is hinged to the car door 10 via a pivot pin 48. It is held in the locked position by its own weight (or possibly by means of a spring). To unlock a roller 46 is mounted on the bolt, which cooperates with egg nem on the horizontal leg of the elbow 38 be fastened tabs 43.
On each shaft door 50 on the cabin side, a driver 54 designed as a two-armed lever is mounted on a pivot pin 58. The upper lever arm of the driver 54 carries at the free end a roller 56 which extends into the area of the driver 40. The shaft door bolt 60 is firmly connected to the driver 54 and, in the locking position shown, actuates a switch 74 attached to the shaft door frame 52.
Latch 60 and driver 54 remain in the locked position by their own weight (or by spring force). For the purpose of unlocking, they can be pivoted on the pin 58 until the lower lever arm of the driver 54 strikes against an adjustable stop 62 attached to the shaft door 50. (The switch 74 and the stop 62 are not shown in Fig. 2.) All shaft doors as well as the car door are not shown in detail, preferably by means of spring force,
normally held in the closing direction. The prerequisite for driving the Ka bine is the locking of all shaft doors, which is reported by the switch 74, and also the starting position of the door drive on the car, which starting position z.
B. finds a suitable limit switch on the drive. In this starting position, the door drive element (cable 20) is not actuated, the support 14 is in the illustrated left end position, the cabin door 10 is locked and the driver 40 is at a horizontal distance a from the feeler rollers 56 of all the shaft door drivers 54 (Exemption).
If the car stops on a controlled floor, the door drive on the car is immediately set in motion due to the car standstill detected in the control system, whereby the cable 20 is pulled to the right. In a first phase of this drive movement, the support 14 with the driver 40 mounted on it is first pulled to the right relative to the car door 10 by the tension of the car door in the closing direction against the tension spring 26 being so strong that the door still remains closed.
The driver 40 now approaches the feeler roller 56 on the driver of the shaft door opposite at the same height, and then the driver 54 and the bolt 60 are pivoted clockwise, as a result of which the shaft door is unlocked. With regard to the inaccuracy of the car to stop, the driver 40 must of course be of sufficient height.
On the way of the support 14 also pushes the tab 43 attached to the angle piece 38 against the roller 46 of the bolt 44, whereby this bolt is also lifted and the car door 10 is unlocked. The arrangement is such that the buffer 18 abuts the stop 24 and the driver 54 abuts the stop 62 practically at the same time, the unlocking of both doors being completed while the doors are still closed.
In the course of the further drive movement transmitted by the pull rope 20, the car door 10 is now taken along via buffer 18 and stop 24. The driver 40 moves together with the car door further to the right and transmits its movement via the driver 54 and the stop 62 to the shaft door 50, so that the opening movement of the doors takes place simultaneously. Due to the load from the shaft door, which is transmitted via the drivers 54 and 40 to the angle piece 38, this is lifted from the stop 36 against the compression spring 42 and pressed against the stop 34, whereby the switch 72 is released.
On the other hand, in the right stop position of the support 14, the switch 70 is actuated.
When the doors arrive in the open position, the door drive is switched off by a limit switch (not shown), the doors being held in their position by the pull rope 20. When the doors are closed, the door drive runs in the opposite direction, and thanks to their pretensioning in the closing direction, the doors move to the left according to the movement of the pull cable, without the relative position of the doors and the parts on them changing.
After the doors arrive in the closed position, the drive continues to run a little further and allows the support 14 to move to the left relative to the door 10 until all parts are again in the starting position shown and both doors are locked again. Only then is the door drive turned off by the limit switch mentioned above.
The switches 70 and 72 are used during the closing movement to monitor faults in the following manner. When the shaft door 50 encounters an obstacle during closing, e.g. B. a person, the car door 10 initially runs a little further, whereby the driver 40 is relieved of the remaining driver 54 and is pivoted by the compression spring 42 against the stop 36 ge. The switch 72 is actuated and thereby causes the door drive to reverse direction in the control, so that the obstacle is released again immediately. If, on the other hand, both doors or only the car door collide with an obstacle, the buffer 18 is lifted from the stop 24 as a result of the support 14 following on the cable 20.
The switch 70 is released, which also reverses the direction of the door drive.
The mentioned fault monitoring can also be solved in a different way and without the switches 70 and 72, wherein the driver 40 can be rigidly connected to the support 14. In general, other design configurations are of course conceivable. What is essential is the support, which is mounted displaceably relative to the car door and which carries the driver for the shaft door and on which the door drive element engages. The bolt 44 of the car door can of course also be operated directly by the support or another part connected to it.
Under certain circumstances you can get by without a bolt on the cabin; There are already systems known in another context in which the car door is not locked, but the landing gear motor is automatically switched off when the car door is opened while driving.
With certain systems, for example those with so-called centrally closing sliding doors with two door leaves moving symmetrically against each other, it is necessary that the driver on the car door remains in a rest position while driving past unused shaft doors and only before the door starts to open Catch position is extended.
This can be easily accomplished in connection with the present device by attaching the driver to the support so that it can be pivoted about a vertical axis, with the start of the cable pulling the driver against the shaft door first and then moving the support relative to it opposite the cabin door is effected.
The door actuation and locking device described is very simple in construction and operation, especially if one takes into account the otherwise customary lock constructions to be provided on every shaft door. The clearance distance a between the drivers can easily be adequately measured because there is enough displacement available. Above all, the control is greatly simplified because when opening and closing the doors, only the door drive has to be controlled and all other functions, such as unlocking, transport, etc.
are inevitably initiated by the drive. This also results in increased functional reliability.
