Description


  Bodenplatte    1  Es ist bekannt, Bodenbeläge und Teppiche in Form  von Bändern oder Platten herzustellen und zu verlegen,  wobei diese Bänder oder Platten jeweils aus einem sog.  Unterfilz und einem darauf liegenden, die Gehschicht  bildenden Oberfilz bestehen. Derartige Beläge wiesen  aber den Nachteil auf, dass sie unter der Einwirkung der  Luftfeuchtigkeit und/oder     -temperatur    ihre     Form    verän  derten und sich entweder dehnten oder zusammen  schrumpften. Dies hatte eine Fugenbildung zwischen den  verlegten Bändern oder Platten zur Folge, oder die  entstehenden Spannungen hatten ein Aufstehen der Rän  der und der Ecken zur Folge, oder die Platten wölbten  sich nach oben.  



  Die Erfindung bezweckt, diese Nachteile zu vermei  den und zwar kann dies erfindungsgemäss dadurch  geschehen, dass zur Erhöhung der Dimensionsstabilität  unter dem Oberfilz und dem Unterfilz je eine     Thermo-          plastschicht    angeordnet ist.  



  Als thermoplastisches Material verwendet man vor  zugsweise Polyäthylen, das zweckmässig trocken als  Granulat aufgebracht und     angeschmolzen    wird. Es kann  jedoch durch einen     Extruder        angeschmolzen    werden.    Die in der beschriebenen Weise ausgebildete Boden  platte weist praktisch keine Fugenbildung auf. Die Kan  ten und Ecken heben sich nicht mehr vom Boden ab und  die Platten wölben sich auch nicht mehr.

Claims (1)

  1. PATENTANSPRUCH Bodenplatte, die einen Ober- und einen Unterfilz aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Erhöhung der Dimensionsstabilität unter dem Oberfilz und dem Unter filz je eine Thermoplastschicht angeordnet ist. UNTERANSPRÜCHE 1. Bodenplatte nach Patentanspruch, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass die Thermoplastschicht an den Ober- bzw. Unterfilz angeschmolzen ist. z. Bodenplatte nach Patentanspruch, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass die Thermoplastschicht aus Polyäthy len besteht.
