Fig. ( zeigt eine Ausführungsform eines lichttechni schen.

Lighting component The present invention relates to a lighting component having a light incidence channel and an at least partially light-permeable cover element arranged thereon.
The use of skylights to improve lighting conditions in rooms with low incidence of daylight from the side is a fact that has long been known in building technology. Such Oberlich ter are preferably installed in the ceilings of large work, living and hall rooms. In a well-known embodiment, the skylight consists of a vertically arranged hollow cylinder in the ceiling, the end face protruding into the open is covered with a curved glass dome.
A skylight does its job all the better, of course, the more controlled daylight it allows it to enter the room to be illuminated during as large a fraction of the day as possible. But now the sun moves on our latitude as required between the so-called winter solstice and the summer solstice from one high point of the day to the other. The summer (i.e. on 15.
June, 12 noon) at our latitude is about 66. With a substantially horizontal dome, therefore, the entire surface of the dome can never be illuminated by the sun.
The sun's rays hit only a fraction of the dome surface and are reflected once or several times after penetrating into the vertical tube arranged under the dome, depending on the length of the latter (see FIG. 1). This type of skylight, which is widely used today, is therefore relatively poor in efficiency.
The subject of the present invention bil Dende skylight avoids the disadvantages mentioned. According to the invention, it is characterized in that the plane of incidence of light of the cover element is inclined with respect to the axis of the said channel.
Thanks to the inclination of the cover element, the amount of light impinging on the same and then entering the room is no longer, as before, left to the case; Both the overall orientation of the cover element and its angle of inclination can now be selected so that, on the one hand, the desired level of illuminance and light distribution or light leveling or light concentration in the room is achieved, and on the other hand, the very different optical effectiveness of the building giving structures, places, lakes etc. is taken into account.
The lighting conditions that affect a building from the outside are not only dependent on unchangeable factors (adjacent buildings, reflecting water surfaces, etc.), but also on the interplay between the position of the sun, the cloud cover and the changes in the time of the day and the year Earth's surface (snow cover, etc.). In order to be able to take these constant fluctuations into account, the light incidence shaft is expediently designed to be rotatable.
In this way, both the total amount of light falling into the interior and its distribution can be controlled as desired.
The light incidence channel is expediently designed in the form of a truncated cone or pyramid, but is in no way restricted to these shapes.
In the present description and in the claims, the light incidence channel is understood to mean a component intended for light transmission in the roof or in a side wall of a building, which on the one hand can protrude as desired both outside and inside the roof or wall plane, but also on the other hand can only be implemented in the form of a flat frame surrounding the light fall opening.
On the accompanying drawings execution examples of the subject invention are illustrated. They show: FIG. 2 a section through a skylight, the light incidence channel of which essentially has the shape of an irregular truncated cone, FIG. 3 a schematic front view of the P.bex light according to FIG. 2,
FIG. 4 shows a further sectional view of the obeiüichtps shown in FIG. 2 to illustrate the angles occurring.
Fig. 5 and 6 and 6a a further embodiment and Fig.7 an application of a lighting construction element on the roof and on the side wall of a building.
The skylight shown in Figure 2 has a light entry shaft 1, which approximately the shape of an irregular, d. H. has a non-symmetrical truncated cone and gnaws through a schematically indicated, horizontal roof 2. The shaft 1 is designed as a metallic hollow body.
The upper opening of the truncated cone, which opens into the open, is inclined 114d at an angle y to the horizontal with a cover element 3, for example a protective glass.
Instead of the protective glass 3, a completely or partially transparent plastic can of course also be used. The cover element can either be flat or curved inwards or outwards. The use of a flat glass plate has the advantage, among other things, that water and snow run off easily, which ensures perfect self-cleaning.
purgh the inclination of the inner walls of the shaft 1 is now effected that a beam 4 incident at 45, for example, is deflected into the room to be illuminated after a single reflection.
Even the rays arriving horizontally at sunrise or sunset, which cannot be used at all when using the cylindrical incidence tubes that are predominant today, slide down the inner wall of the shaft and thus into the interior of the room (one ray 5).
In order to achieve a scattering effect, the inner walls of the light input shaft 1 can be lined with a scattering coating .6, for example with highly polished aluminum foil. In this case, the skylight acts like a uniform, strong light source.
In Fig. 3 the skylight is seen from the front, i. H. Seen from the Midday position of the sun. In the lower part of the light incidence layer 1, a dust glass 7 can be attached, which offers an additional protection against the ingress of dust.
Fig. 4 shows .the angle to be observed in the construction of an upper part. The angle y, which indicates the inclination of the cover surface 8 with respect to a vertical straight line 9 intersecting the surface 8, is at the same time the angle between the horizontal plane and the sunbeam falling perpendicularly on the surface 8. This angle is preferably set to a mean sun position, for example 45.
The apex angles a and, B are of course unequal if the cone is designed asymmetrically, the most favorable angle combination depending on the local conditions, d . H. the location in relation to adjacent buildings, the latitude, the desired lighting etc: can be selected.
If, for example, the lunch stand and its adjoining parts of the sky are covered by a tall building, the angle and the overall orientation of shaft I will be chosen differently than in a completely free-standing area.
It would also be entirely possible to design the light incidence switch 1 to be four-rotatable with respect to the roof 2, the most favorable orientation then being selected depending on the time of day and the associated position of the sun
can.
The part of the light incidence shaft protruding downward from the roof 2 into the rhombus can be dimensioned as desired or can be omitted entirely.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the opening, which is primarily used for the incidence of light, is shown in s, dashed lines for the sake of clarity. The tongue-shaped opening 144 in this case is arranged in such a way that the light intensity occurring during the day is corrected,
in particular the morning and evening light is absorbed through the light incidence opening 14 and directed into the Rinmimmere, whereas a completely or partially opaque plate 15 is provided for shielding or weakening the intense midday rays.
It is obvious that the person skilled in the art can easily create any such variants of the concept without thereby departing from the scope of the invention defined in the claim.
Fig. (Shows an embodiment of a lichttechni rule. Component in which the angle y was chosen to be relatively steep.
If the cover element 3 is now oriented to the north, the interior of the room is constantly protected from direct sunlight, since a sunbeam 5 arriving at the highest position of the sun can penetrate through the light entry shaft 1.
Such a shielding of the direct sunlight, which nevertheless guarantees the passage of a maximum amount of internal light, is not an example of a kind of spas, museums, workshops for the treatment of products,
Artist atelicrs etc. of great importance. Here, too, the lighting conditions can be varied as desired by rotating the shaft.
An application possibility of the above-described lighting component is illustrated in FIG. 7: light. Here several of the described lighting elements 13 are attached both on the roof 1.0 and on the side wall 11 of a building designated in its entirety by 12.
The overall orientation and inclination of the cover elements can be selected; that both the constant influencing factors (, adjacent building walls, trees, highly reflective surfaces, etc.) and the changing appearances (position of the sun, cloud cover, snow cover,) .feeerx.de are taken into account.
The lighting effect to be achieved within the building can also be influenced by the shape of the cover element. Whereas in aägemetinen circular or: oval formulas will have preference;
For probe purposes, all possible shapes, such as I-ICTzfonM, Lepinilskeantbrmn, polygonal cross-sockets etc. can be considered.

An artificial light source can be mounted at any point within the shaft 1, the maintenance of which could be carried out from the roof through the upper shaft opening.
The light incidence shaft can be made of any suitable material. In particular, production from metal and / or plastic comes into consideration, with the selected material also having certain lighting functions, such as reflection, scattering, etc., depending on requirements.
