Abschlussteil für ein Kleidungsstück Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Abschlussteil für ein Kleidungsstück, das aus doppellagigem elasti schem Gestrick gebildet und mittels eines Reissver- schlusses zu öffnen und zu schliessen ist.
Der Abschlussteil kann beispielsweise ein Rollkragen oder ein Ärmelbund an einem Pullover oder einem Hemd sein.
Die bisher übliche Ausbildung solcher Abschlussteile weist den Nachteil auf, dass bei geöffnetem und auch bei geschlossenem Reissverschluss das gewebte Halteband des Reissverschlusses sichtbar ist. Dieses für den Reiss- verschluss unerlässliche Band bildet einen unschönen Kontrast zu dem elastischen Gestrick des Abschluss- teils.
Das gewebte Band in das Gestrick einzuarbeiten scheitert daran, dass infolge des Umbugs dann eine vier fache Lage des Gestricks entsteht, die einen voluminösen Wulst bildet, der beim Tragen unangenehm ist und zu dem unschön wirkt.
Die Erfindung bezweckt, diesen Nachteil zu behe ben. Sie ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an jede Lage des elastischen Gestricks ein Randstreifen aus unelasti schem Gestrick angestrickt und das Reissverschlussband zwischen die Randstreifen der beiden Lagen eingelassen ist.
Auf diese Weise ist erreicht, dass das gewebte Band des Reissverschlusses unsichtbar ist, und zwar ohne dass im Bereich dieses Bandes eine Verdickung eintritt. Dabei liegt ein weiterer Vorteil darin, dass der das Reissver- schlussband abdeckende Randstreifen aus unelastischem Gestrick eine gewisse Versteifung bewirkt. Im Bedarfs fall kann eine zusätzliche Versteifung dieses Randstrei fens vorgesehen werden, z. B. durch eine Auflage aus Stoff, Vlies oder Kunststoff. Auch kann eine solche Ver steifung mit Hilfe einer Kunststoff-Beschichtung erreicht werden.
Wenn die Erfindung bei einem Rollkragen, z. B. eines Hemdes oder Pullovers angewendet wird, so emp fiehlt es sich, den Reissverschluss bis zur Unterkante des Pullovers oder Hemdes durchzuführen.
Die Erfindung ist auf der Zeichnung in schemati scher Darstellung beispielsweise veranschaulicht. Es zeigt: Fig. 1 einen Pullover mit Rollkragen; Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt nach II-II der Fig. 1.
An das Oberteil a des Pullovers ist der Rollkragen b in üblicher Weise eingesetzt. Er besteht aus einem dop pellagigen elastischen Gestrick. Die beiden Lagen ei und c2 sind in Fig. 2 deutlich erkennbar.
Der Rollkragen ist in üblicher Weise mittels eines Reissverschlusses d verschliessbar. In Abweichung von der bisherigen Gepflogenheit ist jedoch der Reissver- schluss so angebracht, dass das Reissverschlussband, das sich beiderseits der Reissverschlussglieder befindet und diese aufnimmt, nicht sichtbar ist.
Die Reissverschluss- bänder ei und e2 sind vielmehr zwischen die beiden Lagen des Rollkragens eingefügt und zwar zwischen die Endteile fl und f2 des Rollkragens, welche einen Randstreifen aus elastischem Gestrick bilden und an das elastische Gestrick cl und c2 angestrickt sind.
Es schliesst also an das Gestrick der Rollkragenlagen ei und e2 das Gestrick der Randstreifen f1 und f2 an. Dies ergibt eine bildliche Harmonie, so dass jeder unschöne Kontrast, wie er bisher durch das Reissver- schlussband bewirkt wurde, vermieden ist.
Dabei liegt das Reissverschlussband, das in der Re gel ein Gewebe ist, zwischen den unelastischen Rand streifen fl und f=. Die drei Schichten fl, e und f-, passen also strukturell zusammen. Das gleiche gilt hin sichtlich ihrer Dehnungsfähigkeit.
Hinzu kommt der Vorteil, dass die Kanten des Roll kragens eine gewisse Versteifung erfahren, also nicht die Gefahr besteht, dass sie nach einiger Gebrauchsdauer unschöne Wellungen aufweisen. Wenn eine zusätzliche Versteifung erwünscht ist, so kann sie durch eine Einlage g erfolgen, die aus festem Stoff, vorteilhafterweise aus einem dünnen Vlies oder einer dünnen Kunststoff-Folie besteht. Auch kann die Beschichtung z. B. aus Kunst stoff im Wege des Besprühens erreicht werden.
Die Er findung ist wie schon eingangs erwähnt auch bei Ärmel- bunden und anderen Abschlussteilen anwendbar, welche aus einem doppellagigen elastischen Gestrick beste hen.

The end part can be, for example, a turtleneck or a cuff on a sweater or shirt.
The conventional design of such closure parts has the disadvantage that when the zipper is open and also when the zipper is closed, the woven strap of the zipper is visible. This band, which is indispensable for the zipper, forms an unsightly contrast to the elastic knitted fabric of the top part.
Incorporating the woven tape into the knitted fabric fails because the fold then creates a four-fold layer of the knitted fabric, which forms a voluminous bead which is uncomfortable when worn and which makes it unattractive.
The invention aims to address this disadvantage. It is characterized in that an edge strip made of inelastic knitted fabric is knitted onto each layer of the elastic knitted fabric and the zipper tape is embedded between the edge strips of the two layers.
In this way it is achieved that the woven tape of the zip fastener is invisible without any thickening occurring in the area of this tape. Another advantage here is that the edge strip of inelastic knitted fabric that covers the zip fastener causes a certain stiffening. If necessary, additional stiffening of this Randstrei fens can be provided, for. B. by a layer made of fabric, fleece or plastic. Such a stiffening can also be achieved with the aid of a plastic coating.
When the invention is applied to a turtleneck, e.g. B. a shirt or sweater is used, it is recommended that the zipper be carried out to the bottom of the sweater or shirt.
The invention is illustrated in the drawing in a schematic representation, for example. It shows: FIG. 1 a sweater with a turtleneck; FIG. 2 shows a cross section according to II-II of FIG. 1.
The turtleneck b is used in the usual way on the upper part a of the sweater. It consists of a double-layer elastic knitted fabric. The two layers ei and c2 can be clearly seen in FIG.
The turtleneck can be closed in the usual way by means of a zipper d. In deviation from the previous practice, however, the zipper is attached in such a way that the zipper tape, which is located on both sides of the zipper links and accommodates them, is not visible.
The zipper tapes ei and e2 are rather inserted between the two layers of the turtleneck, namely between the end parts f1 and f2 of the turtleneck, which form an edge strip made of elastic knitted fabric and are knitted onto the elastic knitted fabric cl and c2.
The knitted fabric of the edge strips f1 and f2 therefore connects to the knitted fabric of the turtleneck layers ei and e2. This results in a pictorial harmony so that any unsightly contrast, such as was previously caused by the zip fastener, is avoided.
The zipper tape, which is usually a fabric, lies between the inelastic edge strips fl and f =. The three layers fl, e and f- fit together structurally. The same is true with regard to their ability to stretch.
In addition, there is the advantage that the edges of the roll collar experience a certain stiffening, so there is no risk of them having unsightly corrugations after a period of use. If additional stiffening is desired, it can be done by an insert g, which consists of a solid material, advantageously of a thin fleece or a thin plastic film. The coating can also be, for. B. made of plastic can be achieved by spraying.
As already mentioned at the outset, the invention can also be used for cuffs and other end parts which consist of a double-layer elastic knitted fabric.
