Device for pressing a conduit pipe The present invention relates to a device for pressing a conduit pipe against the end of a pipe that has already been laid. Such a pressing is particularly desirable or required Lich when plastic seals are inserted between abutting pipes, which is to be pressed tightly by pressing on each new pipe to be added against the outermost pipe of the pipe already laid between the pipe ends.
This pressing has so far been done by means of a pull rope that penetrates the entire pipeline that has already been laid and is connected to a pulling device at the opposite end. This approach has the major disadvantage that it can only be used with a limited length of the pipeline and practically only with straight pipelines and that the operating team for the traction device, which normally has to consist of two people, is at the other end of the pipeline and is thus lost for further work between the actual pressing of the newly added pipes.
It is: The aim of the present invention to provide a device before which can be arranged and operated entirely at the end of the pipeline at which the construction is progressing. The device according to the invention is characterized by a clamping support which can be wedged in the pipeline and which is connected on one side to a pulling element which is in verbs with a pulling device that can be supported at the end of the line pipe,
and by a support structure anchored in the pipeline for the clamp support. The tensile forces required to press the pipe are therefore no longer transferred to the other end of the existing pipeline, but rather. on a pipe adjacent to the pipeline that has already been laid.
The device is preferably dimensioned in such a way that the clamping support engages in the second pipe of the already existing line so that external resistances that have to be overcome when pressing the new pipe to be joined cannot lead to a displacement of the pipes that have already been laid .
As a Tragkon construction for the clamp support can also preferably be used before a device that has protruding rollers from the outermost pipe of the pipe that has already been laid for centering the new pipe to be joined.
The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment. The drawing shows an outermost pipe 1 and a second outermost pipe 2 of the pipeline that has already been laid. In the outer tube 1, a dash-dotted line support structure 3 is expanded, the guide rollers, not shown, projecting to the right from the outermost tube 1 for the centering of the newly attached tube res 4 that has just been attached.
With this support structure 3, a rod 5 is connected at a suitable point, which is pivotably connected to an upper part 6 of a Kl.e.nm support. This upper part 6 of the clamp support is connected to a lower clamp support part 7 telesr cop-like. The upper clamp support part is provided with a wooden covering 8 and the lower clamp support part 7 with a foot 9 with a spherical support surface 10.
With the lower clamping support part 7, a first tie rod part 11 is connected, which is provided with a fla chen coupling part 12. The coupling part 12 has a coupling groove 13. The coupling part 12 and thus the tie rod part 11 are supported in the tube 1 by means of a mobile frame 15 provided with steel rollers 1.4.
A fork-shaped coupling part 16 is coupled to the coupling part 12 with a coupling bolt 17, which is connected to a second tie rod part 18. This second tension rod part is connected to a frame 19 welded from profiles. This frame comprises a carrier 20 consisting of two rigidly connected profiles which is placed against the free end of the pipe 4 to be pressed and by means of supports 21 and. a spring the pressure member 22 in the tube 4 is expanded.
The pressure member 22 can easily be pressed on or released by means of a toggle lever system 23 and an actuating lever 24. The profiles of the carrier 20 are provided with rows of holes into which bolts for anchoring the quick release fastener 22, 23, 24 and a hydraulic pulling device can be inserted. This hydraulic pulling device has a cylinder 25, the piston rod of which acts on a slave 26 with.
The driver 26 has a transverse bore and can be coupled to the frame 19 by means of a bolt pushed through holes 27 of the frame 19 and this transverse bore of the driver 26. The piston rod, not shown, is protected by means of a sleeve on the cylinder verschiebba Ren. The cylinder 25 is mounted on a housing 28 in which a hand pump is housed, which can be actuated with the operating lever 29 be. This operating lever is in the pulling direction, d. H. in the axial direction of the pipeline and can therefore be operated without hindrance even in relatively narrow canal trenches.
With the housing 28 an angle 30 is also connected, by means of which the entire hydraulic pulling device can be hung on a bolt pushed through holes in the carrier 20, the housing 28 of the hydraulic pulling device on the side facing away from the pipe 4 to be pressed against the carrier 20 is present. A handle 31, on which the hydraulic pulling device can be carried, is also attached to the housing 28. Parallel to the cylinder 25, a tension spring, not shown, is housed in a cylinder guide tube 32 for restoring the Kol ben.
The drawing shows the entire device in Be operating position, the new pipe 4 to be pressed has just reached the desired end position. After the pipe 4 is supported by the introduction of soil or other support means in the sewer ditch, so that it can no longer move out of the position shown, the hydraulic pulling device is switched so that the piston can run back, which is done by the above-mentioned return spring .
As soon as no more train is transmitted, the coupling bolt between the frame 19 and the driver 26 of the hydraulic pulling device can be removed ent and the pull rod part 18 with the frame 19 is stored. The hydraulic Zugvorrich device can now be lifted and removed. The quick-release fastener is then released by actuating the lever 24 and the carrier 20 can also be removed from the pipe end. Now the support device 3 is released from the jamming in the tube 1 in a known manner by means of a couplable rod and moved to the corresponding point of the tube 4 by a pipe length.
So that the clamp support 6, 7 is carried along via the rod 5, which is pulled forward by means of the pull rod 11, 18 conditions. The clamp support thus reaches the point on the pipe 1 at which the support device 3 was previously arranged. Now the tie rod part 18 is uncoupled from the tie rod part 11 and moved together with the hydraulic pulling device and the carrier 20 by at least one pipe length to the front in the Kanali sationsgraben.
The support device 3 is now again firmly spread at the front end of the tube 4, with the centering rollers, not shown, protrude to the right from the now outermost tube 4 of the laid Rohrlei device. A new pipe can now be brought in and placed on the centering rollers.
Thereafter, the tie rod part 18 is coupled again with the tie rod part 11, the carrier 20 is inserted into the frame 19 and expanded by actuating the lever 24 at the end of the newly inserted tube and then the hydraulic Zugvorrich device is hung and coupled to the frame 1.9 . Thus, the device is ready to press the newly set pipe against the outermost pipe of the line already laid ver by moving the piston of the hydraulic pulling device with the driver 26 to the right in the drawing.
This movement is transmitted via the tie rod 11, 18 to the lower part of the clamp support, which is now firmly wedged in the tube 1. With further actuation of the hydraulic pulling device, the newly inserted pipe is now pressed against the outermost pipe of the line that has already been laid. In this way, the position of the parts shown in the drawing is achieved and the procedure described above is repeated.
Various parts can be adjusted to adapt the device to different pipe diameters and lengths. For example, clamp support parts 7 of different lengths can be present so that the clamp support can always be clamped at the correct angle in pipes of different diameters. The tie rod parts 11 can also be designed to be exchangeable and adjustable in length so that they can be adapted to different pipe lengths. In order to prevent damage to pipes that have already been inserted due to excessive clamping forces of the clamp support, some kind of overload protection device can be provided.
For example, the coupling bolt between the clamping support part 7 and the tension rod part 1.1 can be designed as a shear bolt which is sheared off in the event of excessive stress. Although it is advantageous to use the frame of an already existing centering device as a support device 3, a special corresponding support frame could of course be provided if no such centering device is used.
