Method and device for unloading and / or loading tunnel kiln cars
The present invention relates to a method for unloading and / or loading tunnel kiln cars and a device for carrying out the method.
It is known to load or unload tunnel kiln cars from fixed loading ramps.
It is also known to use racks with several platforms arranged one above the other when loading or unloading and, depending on the height of the occupation, to choose that platform which enables more comfortable work.
The side and front loading and unloading of the tunnel kiln cars are used for ceramic bricks. Front-end loading and unloading is usually preferred - be it for burning or work-related reasons. However, for certain ceramic briquettes that require support, loading or unloading of the tunnel kiln car from the side is hardly possible, so that front-side operation has to be carried out.
In the known methods for loading and unloading tunnel kiln cars, however, work has not been carried out continuously until today, except when an existing support trim is removed for unloading at great expense and rebuilt for loading.
It is the aim of the present invention to provide a method and a device for unloading and / or loading tunnel kiln cars for all known loads, in particular for continuous operation, with removal or rebuilding of a supporting set being unnecessary.
The method according to the invention is characterized in that the tunnel kiln cars are brought one after the other at at least one intended location from a main conveyor track to an auxiliary conveyor track, on which each tunnel kiln car is brought out of a tunnel kiln car pick-up point with the help of conveying devices and past at least one loading ramp is, at which the tunnel kiln car is unloaded and / or loaded, and finally at a point designed as a tunnel kiln car delivery point, the tunnel kiln car is removed from the auxiliary conveyor track and returned to the main conveyor track, whereupon the conveyor devices of the auxiliary conveyor track from the position for the tunnel kiln car delivery in the position for the tunnel kiln car takeover will be returned.
The device according to the invention for carrying out the method according to the invention is characterized in that at least one auxiliary conveyor track is provided for connection to a main conveyor track for the tunnel kiln cars and is provided with devices via which the transfer of tunnel kiln cars from the main conveyor track to the at least one point between the two conveyor tracks Auxiliary conveyor track and at least at one point between the conveyor tracks the delivery of tunnel kiln cars from the auxiliary conveyor track to the main conveyor track, furthermore with devices for the promotion of the tunnel kiln cars at least on the loading section of the auxiliary conveyor track extending from the tunnel kiln car transfer point to the tunnel kiln car delivery point, and that at least one loading ramp is provided on the loading route,
at which the tunnel kiln cars moving on the auxiliary conveyor track can be unloaded and / or loaded, whereby the devices for conveying the tunnel kiln cars from the tunnel kiln car takeover point to the tunnel kiln car takeover point can be returned from the tunnel kiln car takeover point to their position at the tunnel kiln car takeover point.
In the accompanying drawing, exemplary embodiments of the device according to the invention are illustrated and are described below together with exemplary embodiments of the method according to the invention. Show it:
1 shows a schematic representation of one end of a tunnel furnace with part of the usual shifting and parking tracks (main conveyor track) around such a furnace, and with an auxiliary conveyor track, the sections of which are arranged in a vertical plane,
2 schematically and on a larger scale, a section transversely to the direction of travel on the auxiliary conveyor track through an undercarriage with a loaded tunnel kiln car placed on it in the area of the loading route, only fixed parts being shown in section,
Fig.
3 is a schematic representation of a second exemplary embodiment of the device according to the invention in a form in which the undercarriage - as in FIG. 2 - can only drive on the return route when empty, and
Fig. 4 is a schematic representation of a plan view of a device according to the invention with an auxiliary conveyor track, the sections of which lie in a horizontal plane and has the turntables for the undercarriage and staggered unloading and loading platforms on both sides of the loading path.
In Fig. 1, the end of a tunnel kiln 1 is indicated, from which the tunnel kiln cars guided on a track 2 can exit. Parallel to your track 2 outside the tunnel kiln, tracks 3, 4, 5 and 6 are shown, on which empty or loaded tunnel kiln cars can be moved or parked.
Transversely to the tracks 2-6, a track 7 is provided deeper, on which at least one sliding car 8 - suitably there are several sliding carriages arranged and designed so that a piece of track 9 provided on its platform level with the tracks 2 to 6 lies.
Depending on its width, the transfer car 8 can take over one or more tunnel kiln cars from one of the tracks that are parallel to each other, drive in front of another of these tracks and transfer them to this other track. The tracks described so far are parts of a known conveyor track 28 of a system with a tunnel furnace. The conveyor track 28 is referred to below as the main conveyor track.
In FIG. 1, in an extension of the two tracks 2 and 6 on the other side of the track 7, tracks 10 and 11 of an auxiliary conveyor track 27 are then located.
These tracks 10 and 11 are at the same height as tracks 2 to 6, so that they can be operated by the transfer car 8 like tracks 2 to 6. Loaded tunnel kiln cars 12 are shown on the track 10.
Parallel to track 7, a track 13 can be seen transversely to tracks 10 and 11, which, like track 7, is lower and can be driven by means of undercarriages 14 that carry a track section 15 on their platform, the top of which is also level with the top of the track 10 and 11 is. Each of these undercarriages 14 is designed so that it can take over at least zone tunnel kiln cars 12 from the tracks 10 and 11 or deliver them to them.
To the side of the track 13, FIG. 1 shows a loading ramp 16 with two platforms 17, 18 arranged higher up and two platforms 19, 20 at the same level as the ramp.
The purpose of this design of the loading ramp 16 is that when an undercarriage 14 is guided past the loading ramp in FIG. 1 in the direction from bottom right to upper left, the upper part 21 of the set 22 of a loaded tunnel kiln car 12 arranged on the undercarriage 14 is removed from the platform 17 and the lower part 23 of the filling 22 can be unloaded from the platform 19 and then the tunnel kiln car can be loaded with the lower part of a new filling from the platform 20 and with the upper part from the platform 18. The tunnel kiln car loaded and unloaded in this way at the loading ramp 16 can be pushed onto the track 11 by the undercarriage in question as soon as the undercarriage has reached the point at the end of the track 11.
In the arrangement of the auxiliary conveyor track 27 shown, the tunnel kiln cars are guided past the loading ramp 16 in such a way that the tunnel kiln cars 12 are unloaded or loaded at the end.
According to FIG. 1, only one tunnel kiln car 12 is placed on each undercarriage 14.
If another identical loading ramp is arranged opposite the loading ramp 16 on the track 13, the undercarriages can be designed so that they carry two tunnel kiln cars next to each other, one tunnel kiln car from each of the two opposite loading ramps being served at the same time as the other tunnel kiln car.
The undercarriage trolleys can also be designed in such a way that they accommodate several tunnel kiln cars one behind the other, which are accordingly served one after the other at the loading ramps.
In order to enable continuous operation, as is easy to see, there must be a number of undercarriage cars 14 on the track 13 and the track 13 must be closed in a circle so that the tunnel kiln cars to be unloaded and loaded onto the undercarriage cars 14 one after the other can be moved past the loading ramp 16 in the same direction.
In the exemplary embodiment in FIG. 1 it is provided that a track 24 of a return section 24 ′ is located vertically below the track 13, which the undercarriage trolleys travel on in the opposite direction to the track 13. At the end of the track 13 a lift 25 is provided which lowers the undercarriage 14 from the track 13 to the level of the track 24, and at the end of the track 24 there is a lift 26 which takes the undercarriage from the track 24 to the level of the Track 13 lifts. On the closed auxiliary conveyor track 27 formed from the parts 13, 25, 24, 26, the greatest possible number of undercarriages 14 can be arranged.
Instead of arranging the track 24 below the track 13, it can also be provided above the track 13 so that the lift 25 raises the undercarriage and the lift 26 lowers them.
The operation of the above-mentioned facility with the auxiliary conveyor track 27 is as follows:
The loaded tunnel kiln cars 12 coming from the tunnel kiln 1 on the track 2 of the main conveyor track 28 can be pushed onto the track 10 via the lX7 sliding car 8 and from this track one after the other onto a base trolley 14 on the track 13 of the auxiliary conveyor track 27. The undercarriages to be loaded with a tunnel kiln car come one after the other from the track 24 by being raised by means of the elevator 26 into the tunnel kiln car pick-up point 29.
The undercarriage 14 loaded with a tunnel kiln car is guided past the loading ramp 16, whereby it can stop at the platforms of the loading ramp as often and as long as desired by moving it forward in batches in order to be unloaded and then reloaded. If the sub-wagon has reached the point 30 at the end of the track 11 for the delivery of the tunnel kiln cars to the track 11, then the tunnel kiln car is pushed from the undercarriage onto the track 11 in order to move from it via the or a transfer car 8 to one of the tracks 3 to 6 to be brought to the main conveyor. From the tunnel kiln car delivery point 30, the empty undercarriage 14 is brought to the lift 25, lowered there to the level of the track 24 and delivered to this track.
As soon as the undercarriage has reached the other end of the track 24 along the track 24, it can be raised there by the lift 26 into the tunnel kiln car acceptance point 29.
Instead of feeding the tunnel kiln car 12 via the connecting track 10 between the main conveyor track 28 and auxiliary conveyor track 27 to the point 29 as a transfer point and from the point 30 as the delivery point back to the main conveyor track 28 via the connecting track 11, the supply can also be via the track 11 and the delivery via the track 10 take place, whereby the direction of travel of the undercarriage 14 on the auxiliary conveyor track must be reversed, the lift 26 is used to lower and the lift 25 is used to raise the undercarriage 14 and furthermore the point 30 for the tunnel kiln car transfer point and the point 29 for the tunnel kiln car Delivery point of the auxiliary conveyor track is.
Instead of feeding full tunnel kiln cars that come from the tunnel kiln or a track used as a storage track to the connecting track 10 serving as feed track, empty tunnel kiln cars can also be fed to the auxiliary conveyor track through the feed track in order to load it. They run through feed tracks and loading tracks in the same way as loaded wagons, which are unloaded and then loaded, and after loading they return to the main conveyor track via the delivery track.
Empty and full tunnel kiln cars can also be fed alternately via the feed track to the auxiliary conveyor track, the cycle of the alternating feed being freely selectable, i.e. H. any number of full tunnel kiln cars can be followed by any number of empty tunnel kiln cars in the feed.
Instead of unloading the supplied loaded tunnel kiln cars in the loading section 31 and immediately reloading them, loading can also be omitted, so that the unloaded tunnel kiln cars return empty to the main conveyor track. This can be useful if at the moment there is a lack of personnel or material for loading, but unloading has to continue. The empty tunnel kiln cars can be parked in one of the tracks 3-6 and returned at a later point in time for loading via the feed section of the loading section 31.
Instead of performing the unloading and loading on the same auxiliary conveyor track, two separate auxiliary conveyor tracks can be provided for one and the same main conveyor track, one being used for unloading and the other for loading.
Instead of providing a feed track and a discharge track, one or both of these tracks could be provided several times, with several feed tracks only intended for the supply of full or empty tunnel kiln cars or several discharge tracks intended only for the discharge of full or empty tunnel kiln cars can be determined. With these arrangements there are several take-over or delivery points that can be next to each other for the feeder tracks but one behind the other for the loading track. The lift 26, which is in its raised position in FIG. 1 in the transfer point 29, is then expediently arranged so that its raised position is in front of the transfer point on the loading route.
It can be said of the driving force for the movement of the tunnel kiln and the undercarriage trolleys that it can be of any type. Some of these can also be moved downhill.
The circular auxiliary conveyor path 27 of FIG. 1 can be designed as FIG. 2 makes it understandable, i. H. that only empty undercarriages can run on track 24. The auxiliary conveyor track can, however, also be designed in such a way that the undercarriage 14 can be conveyed in the entire circle with the empty tunnel kiln car 12 attached or with the loaded tunnel kiln wagon attached.
Fig. 3 shows an embodiment of the device to be described here, in which the gradient is used as the driving force on the track 32 of the loading section 32 'and the track 33 of the return section 34 for moving the undercarriage, with braking means of known form to stop the undercarriage the individual platforms 35, 36 of the loading ramp 35 'and to prevent the loading route 32 and the track 33 from being driven too quickly.
Instead of the lift 25 of FIG. 1, an arrangement 37 is provided for lowering the undercarriage for connection to the track 33 in FIG. 3, in which the undercarriage is driven onto a lowering bridge 38 and is lowered together with the loading bridge under the effect of its own weight. Under the effect of the slope, the lowered undercarriage runs from the lowered bridge 38 onto the track 33 and along this track to the lift 39. The locks and controls of the arrangement 37 do not need to be entered in this context.
3 shows only one unloading ramp with two unloading platforms 35, 36. A second loading ramp can be provided opposite the unloading ramp. With this arrangement, an unloaded tunnel kiln car cannot be reloaded immediately, but must be returned to the main conveyor track 28 unloaded. From there, it can be returned to the auxiliary conveyor track 27 as an empty carriage for loading immediately or after being placed on a track of the main conveyor track.
Instead of facing each other, the two loading ramps, i. H. an unloading and loading ramp to be arranged on the same side or each for itself on another of the two sides of the loading path in series with one another. Or, as in the following exemplary embodiment, there can be unloading and loading ramps one behind the other on each side of the loading track.
In Fig. 4 a device for unloading and loading tunnel kiln cars is shown schematically, in which, in contrast to FIGS. 1 and 3, the return track of the auxiliary conveyor track with the loading path is not in a vertical but in a horizontal plane.
The feeding of the tunnel kiln cars to the HiTfs conveyor track takes place in FIG. 4 via the feed track 40 to the tunnel kiln car transfer point 41.
According to FIG. 4, the loading section 42 has an unloading ramp 44, 45 each with a higher unloading platform 46, 47 and a lower platform 48, 49 and a loading ramp 50, 51 each with a lower platform 52, 53, and on both sides of the track 43 a higher platform 54, 55 each.
With this arrangement, if the undercarriage carries only one tunnel kiln car, the unloading and loading or servicing of the higher and lower platforms can take place from different sides of the track. The return route 56 is formed by the track 57 and the cross tracks 58, 59 lying between the track 43 and the track 57. According to FIG. 4, turntables 60-63 are provided at the crossing points of the tracks 43, 58, 57 and 59, onto which the undercarriages can be driven in order to be rotated with them in a direction in which they are to continue on the subsequent tracks .
The feed track 40 and the discharge track 64 open in FIG. 4 directly onto the undercarriages on the turntables 63 and 60, respectively. The feed track can also have the direction of the track section 65 shown in dashed lines. On the turntable 63 of the transfer point 41, the undercarriage can be rotated into any position in which a tunnel kiln car can be driven onto the undercarriage. This is usually possible in four mutually perpendicular positions. Then the undercarriage can be adjusted so that the tunnel oven comes onto the undercarriage in such a way that its long side or its front side lies on the long side of the undercarriage. Finally, the delivery track can receive the direction of the track section 66.
The turntable 60 of the delivery point 64 'makes it possible to deliver the tunnel kiln car from any position on the undercarriage in the correct position to this delivery track 66.
If the undercarriage is designed so that a tunnel kiln car can stand on the undercarriage in two directions at right angles to one another, then a tunnel kiln car can be guided over the loading section with the long side or the front side on the loading ramps. In the usual rectangular shape for the platform of the tunnel kiln car from z. B. 4 times 1.5 or 3 m2, however, the platforms of the loading ramps would then have to be extendable and retractable or equipped with adjustable bridges so that the worker standing on the platform can get close enough to the equipment of the tunnel kiln cars.
Instead of providing turntables and tracks 58, 59 which are at the same level as tracks 43 and 57, traveling platforms could also be provided which are located on lower tracks 58 'and 59' between the positions of turntables 60 and 61 or 62 and 63 and are approachable. In such a case, the tunnel kiln car delivery point at track 64 and the location of the moving platform for the transfer of the undercarriage would be separated from the track 43 so that a undercarriage coming from the loading section 42 first passes the delivery point on track 64 and then only reached the platform of track 58 '.
In a similar way, the take-over point would expediently be arranged on the supply track 40 in the circle of the auxiliary conveyor track after the point in which the moving platform on the track 59 'has its end position when it is taken over.
Instead of arranging the two tracks 58 and 59 or the platform tracks 58 'and 59' in the horizontal plane, they can also be provided on a plane that is inclined to the horizontal, so that the track 57 is above or below the horizontal plane in which the Charging route runs.
Instead of promoting the tunnel kiln car on undercarriages, the auxiliary conveyor track can also consist of a self-contained conveyor belt, for. B. from transport chains and support plates, the tunnel kiln cars are placed directly on the support plates of the conveyor belt with a correspondingly firm hold.
