Lötgarnitur Es ,ist bekannt, Garnituren von Arbeitsgeräten und Zubehörteilen in Etuis an vorbestimmten Plätzen unter zubringen. Darunter gab es zur Hauptsache zwei Aus führungen, wobei die eine in Holz angebrachte, den Umrissen der @cinzulegenden Teile angepasste Vertiefun gen und die andere, bessere Ausbildung Plüschfütterun gen aufweist.
Die billigere Art war über dem Boden einer Kartonschachtel einen mit Ausnehmungen ver- sehenen Halterungskarton anzuordnen. Zur Aufnahme von Lötgeräten eignete sich das Bisherige jedoch nicht, denn die eine Konstruktion war zu teuer, während bei der anderen die Lebensdauer und die Schutzwirkung beim Transport zu gering war.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Löt garnitur. Erfindungsgemäss zeichnet sich dieselbe da durch aus, dass ein durch auswechselbare Gasflaschen betriebener Gasbrenner und Lötzubehör geordnet und in passenden Vertiefungen wenigstens teilweise versenkt in einem zweiteiligen Etui angeordnet sind, welch. letzte res aus künstlichem, spezifisch leichtem Werkstoff mit Zellenstruktur besteht,
dessen Zellen wenigstens an den Oberflächen geschlossen sind.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausfüh rungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigen: Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht aus das Etui ohne Deckelteil, Fig. 2 einen Längsschnitt gemäss Schmitlinie II-II in Fig. 1 und Fig. 3 einen Querschnitt mit Deckelteil gemäss Schnittlinie III-III in Fsg. 1.
1 bezeichnet den Unterteil und 2 den Oberteil eines Etuis. Die beiden Teile sind aufeinander gesetzt und greifen mit ihren gegenseitigen Absetzungen 1', 2' rand- seits teilweise übereinander, wobei sie sich gegenseitig zufolge genauer Anpassung ihrer Anliegeseiten halten. Der Unterteil 1 weist Vertiefungen 3 für die getrennte Aufnahme der einzelnen Stücke der Lötgarnitur 5 bis 13 auf.
Im Bereich der Vertiefungen 3 befinden sich Greif-Ausnehmungen 4, welche das Anfassen von Hand der einzelnen, in den letzteren versenkt liegenden Stücke 5 bis 13 erleichtern. Die Vertiefungen 3 sind den ein zelnen Teilen 5 bis 13 in ihrer einzuordnenden Lage formschlüssig angepasst und in ihrer Tiefe so bemessen, dass die Teile 5 bis 13 gänzlich oder teilweise ver senkt im Unterteil 1 liegen.
Die Lötgarnitur enthält wenigstens eine an sich be kannte Propangas-Flasche 5, eine Propangas-Reserve- flasche 6, einen Brenner 7 mit Düse und Ventil, einen Kupferlötkolben 8 mit Halter, eine Dose 9 mit Silber lotflussmittel, eine Dose 10 mit Aluminiumlotflussmitmel, eine Zinnlot-Rolle 11 mit Flussmittel, zwei übereinander gelagerte Lot-Stäbe 12 und eine Schmirgeltuch-Rolle 13.
Auf der Innenseite des Oberteiles 2, welches einen Deckel bildet, kann in gewissen Fällen eine weiche Schaumstofflage 14 als Nizderhaltepolster für die Gar nitur angebracht sein. Die Teile 1, 2 können lose auf einander gelegt oder gelenkig mit Scharnieren verbun den sein.
Der Ober- und Unterteil 1, 2, welche ein Etui oder einen Kasten bilden, bestehen als Novum aus künstlichem, spezifisch leichtem Werkstoff mit Zellen- struktur, wobei die Zellen nach aussen, also an den Oberflächen geschlossen sind. Innen können die Zellen offen oder geschlossen sein.
Als Werkstoff ist ein Kunststoff-Hartischaummaterial auf der Basis Polyvinyl- chlorid, Polyurethan, Polyäthylen, Polyester, Epoxyharz mit oder ohne Armierungen oder Füllmaterialien ge- .eignet. Das im Handel unter Plastipor bekannte Pro dukt hat sich zufolge des geringen Gewichtes und der zähharten Beschaffenheit als besonders geeignet erwie sen.
Ein derartiges Etui ist den Beanspruchungen, wie Stössen beim Transport, für eine Lötgarnitur vollkom men gewachsen, wenn die Wanddicke der Teile 1, 2 wenigstens 15 mm und .an der Umfangsseite wenigstens 9 mm beträgt.
