Fahrbare einachsige Verladerampe
Die Hubvorrichtung muss also die ganze aufzuladende Last aufnehmen.
Fig. 1 zeigt die Verladerampe beim Transport,
Fig. 2 zeigt die Verladerampe in Arbeitsstellung.
Mobile single-axle loading ramp
The present invention relates to a mobile, single-axle loading ramp, the access platform of which can be pivoted by means of a lifting device and is provided with a pivotable flap that can be placed on the end of the loading area of a truck.
With such a loading ramp it is possible to move construction machinery, bulldozers, etc. onto a normal truck. For this purpose, among other things, special vehicles are used, in particular low loaders, which on the one hand are expensive to purchase and on the other hand are not always available.
If there are stationary loading ramps, such as station ramps, then both the construction machine and the vehicle to be loaded must approach these loading ramps, which is time-consuming and cumbersome. Mobile loading ramps, including those with a single axis, are known. They can also be attached to the vehicle to be loaded and towed from the loading point to the workplace. The loading of machines, animals or other heavy loads is very cumbersome with these known loading ramps, which are designed as trailers, because the transport vehicle must drive around the loading ramp after uncoupling it and back up against the loading ramp on the other side. In addition, the loading ramp with the vehicle to be loaded z.
B. secured by chains and the loading ramp wheels are set with the help of sliding blocks. The whole process is time consuming and not without risk. Other known loading ramps have lifting devices for lifting the access platforms, but these are not connected to the vehicles to be loaded. The lifting device must therefore take up the entire load to be charged. Another disadvantage is that this type of loading ramps, which are not designed as trailers, that is to say can only be used on site, always have to be adapted to the height of the loading platform of the vehicle to be loaded. Because the vehicle to be loaded lowers under the load, so that there is a difference in height between the loading ramp and the vehicle to be loaded.
If this difference in height is not compensated for, a kind of threshold is created that makes it very difficult to drive up and down.
The aim of the invention is therefore to create a mobile single-axle loading ramp with the access platform of which a direct, fixed connection between the road and the vehicle to be loaded can be formed, so that the load on the wheel axle is relieved.
The loading ramp according to the invention is characterized in that the center of gravity of the drive-on platform lies both behind and above the wheel axis, as well as approximately in the longitudinal center of the platform and that the flap is provided with a support strut which, before the flap is placed on the loading area of the truck, in a Stop position on the drive-on platform can be brought and Idort can be fixed.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject of the invention is described below with reference to the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows the loading ramp during transport,
Fig. 2 shows the loading ramp in the working position.
The frame 1 of the uniaxial loading ramp consists of corresponding profile iron with a conventional towing eye 2 for hanging in the coupling of a normal truck 3. The long drive-on platform 4 has a tilting bearing 8 in its longitudinal center and its focus is behind and above the wheel axis of the loading ramp, as also approximately in the longitudinal center. The drive-on platform can be brought into an inclined position by a built-in lifting device 9. At its front end, the drive-on platform 4 has a hinged flap 5 which, in the working position, is placed on the end of the truck bed. A support strut 6 is hinged to this flap 5, the free end of which can be fixed in a stop position on the drive-on platform with the aid of bolts 11.
The drive-on platform 4 and the flap 5 thus form a fixed unit which serves as a drive-on path. A retractable prop 7 makes it easier to couple the loading ramp to the truck. The loading ramp can have grip strips and side profiles known per se as a covering in order to prevent the machines moving up and down from slipping sideways. If necessary, side walls can also be attached to the loading ramp.
With the loading ramp described, the ramp cannot slide off the loading platform of the vehicle to be loaded during the loading process, because the coupling between the vehicle to be loaded and the loading ramp always remains.
Even if the vehicle to be loaded should start to move during loading, the coupled loading ramp with the load on it will follow.
