Solder container For soldering, a solder in wire form and a powder or paste-like flux is known to be used, the chemical composition of which is matched to the solder alloy and its area of use. The flux is stored in cans or bottles and is not in contact with the solder wire. Before use, either the solder wire is dipped into the flux or the paste is applied to the solder wire or the soldering point with a brush or the like.
It is also known to design the flux container as a bobbin around which the solder wire is wound in a single dimension and in which the two solder are combined in one hand.
The subject of the invention is a soldering agent container in which the soldering wire is protected from contamination and oxidation, in which the flux is protected from decomposition in the air and from which both agents can be removed for use at the same time.
The subject of the invention is a soldering agent container, with a container containing the flux, which is concentrically surrounded by the solder wire arranged in a ring shape and which is characterized in that one or more solder wires are interchangeably arranged in a space surrounding the container for the flux , on the .Aussenwandung openings for the removal of the soldering wire and on the cover cutting for cutting it to length are arranged.
If the flux drips over the edge of its container, it cannot reach the solder wire. The solder wire of various diameters to be stored in the box, preferably in a ring shape, can be designed as one or more independently rotatable wire spools, with or without their own spool, so that when it is removed it can pass through the openings in the container, e.g. B. slots, is easily unrolled. Each solder wire is cut to length by tearing or kinking it on a cutting edge attached to the outer wall of the container, over which the solder wire is bent.
It is also expedient and known per se, in the space of the flux container, for. B. to arrange a brush for applying the flux to the soldering point on the lid closure so that it is also ready for the soldering work. The solder container according to the invention makes it possible to secure the mutually coordinated solder from being mixed up, and allows surprisingly simple handling. In one embodiment of a solder container for long-term use, the wire coils and the flux can be refilled after the container lid has been unscrewed.
If the solder container is attached to a base, it also has the advantage that the solder can be removed for use in an independent amount, but at the same time and without additional handles or tools.
An embodiment of the solder container according to the invention is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. There, a denotes the space for receiving the flux and b denotes that for the solder wire, in which the two wire coils cl and c2 are accommodated. d designates the opening of the wire container b .with its closure e and the cutting edge i attached to its wall. The likewise lid-like screw cap of the flux container a is denoted by f and carries the brush g for applying the flux h to the soldering point.
