Die Erfindung wird an Hand der in den Figuren dargestellten Ausführungsformen nachstehend näher er läutert. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht auf eine erste Ausführungs form der Erfindung;

On each of the axes, a gear 37 is almost halfway between the supports 30 angeord net, the teeth of which are in operative connection with those of the other gear 37. The lever 35 is coupled to an arm 39 by means of a chain 38. To shield from the gears 37 a cap 30A is attached over the upper En of the supports 30.
The arm 39 is rotatable about a pin 28 (FIG. 4) lying on the side of the lever 35 and runs parallel to a lower arm 29 of the lifting device and is provided with a stop 40 which extends below and above the arm 29. The lever 36 is coupled by means of a chain 41 to a spring 42 which is connected to an arm 44 by a chain 43. The arm 44 is articulated to a bushing 45 which is attached to the front end of the articulated axle 20.
On the arm 44 is articulated. Angle lever 46 brought to the ends of which form stops 47 which can interact from alternately with cams 48 on the socket 45 (see FIG. 4).
The bearing 21 for the hinge axis 20 is provided on the frame part 8, 10 facing th end that supports the disks 9, with a support 49 which extends parallel to the support 22 attached to the frame beam 23.
A plate 50 is attached between the supports 22 and 49, to which a lever 51 is articulated by means of an axis 52. In a certain Ab was above the hinge connection, the lever 51 is guided through a slot in a socket 54 and through a slot in a pin 53 displaceable in the socket 54. The socket 54 is attached to the supports 22 and 49.
A spring 55 is arranged on the pin 53 in the socket 54 between a shoulder 53A of the pin and a ring 54A in the socket, which spring tries to hold the pin 53 in a position as shown in FIG. In this position the pin rests in a book se 56 mounted on the frame beam 2, the frame part 18 being secured against pivoting about the hinge axis 20.
The parts 7 and 8 of the gear case 6 are separated from one another by a wall 57 (see FIG. 3). At the protruding up to the part 7 end of the rotary shaft 10, a gear 58 is attached, which can interact with a gear 59, which sits on a Ach se 60, which is mounted in the walls of the part 7. The diameter of the gear 59 is half the diameter of the gear 58. In addition to the gear 59, a gear 61 is arranged on the axis 60, the diameter of which is equal to that of the gear 58.
The gear wheel 61 can cooperate with a gear wheel 62 which is mounted on an axle 63 mounted in the partition 57 of the two parts 7 and 8. The axis 63 is in alignment with the rotary shaft 10 for the disks 9. The gears 58, 59, 61 and 62 form a delay mechanism which forms part of the translation housed in the gear case 6. At the end of the axle 63 located in the part 8, a bevel gear 64 is attached, which can interact with two bevel gears 65 and 66 located at a distance from one another.
The bevel gears 65 and 66 are freely rotatable, but not displaceably mounted on a shaft 67 which intersects the axis 63 with the bevel gear 64 perpendicularly. The Wel le 67 is mounted in bearings 68 and 69 which are mounted in the walls of the part 8 of the gear case 6; the shaft protrudes from the gear case on one side. The bevel gears 65 and 66 are provided on their sides facing one another with bushings 70 which are provided with recesses 71 at the ends facing one another.
Between the bevel gears 65 and 66, a displaceable element 72 in the form of a bushing is mounted on the shaft 67, which element is secured against rotation about the shaft 67 by a wedge 73. The displaceable element 72 is provided at the end with recesses 72A which correspond to the recesses 71 of the bevel gears 65 and 66 and form a dog clutch with these recesses. The displaceable element 72 is pivotably coupled by means of an axle 74 to the prongs of a fork 75 which is attached to a lever 76 which is guided through a wall of the part 8 of the gear case 6.
The lever 76 is articulated on the outside of the gear case 6 by means of an axle 77. The lever 76 is held in the central position by means of two springs 78 which are attached to one side and which are connected to the wall of the gear box 6. The end of the lever 76 ablie from the gear box 6 is articulated by an axis 79 with a rod 80, the other end of which is guided through an opening in one end of a rod 81 which is almost perpendicular to the rod 80 and it is articulated with the Gear box 6 is coupled. Retaining rings 82 are mounted on the rod 80 on either side of the opening in the end of the rod 81.
The other end of the rod 81 is connected to one end of a chain 83 which is guided through the frame beam 2 and the other end of which is connected to a pin 85 belonging to an eccentric 84. The eccentric 84 is mounted on the hinge axis 20. On the inside of the frame bar 2 is for the chain 83 near the transition between tween the part 3 and part 4, a shoe 85A is attached. Between the rod 81 and a support 84A, on the inside of the frame beam 2, a compression spring 85B is arranged, by means of which the chain remains in the tensioned state.
The frame beam 5 is provided at the front with an extension 86 on which a ver in the direction of travel bar 87 is attached (see Fig. 1). The beam 87 is coupled to the bearing 11 attached to the rear part of the frame beam 5 by means of a support 88. Near the center of the frame bar 87 extending in the direction of travel, an axle 89 is attached on which a carrier 90 parallel to the bar 87 is rotatably arranged by means of a bearing 91 which is near the center of the carrier (FIG. 5).
The carrier 90 is provided with axles 90A on which furrow wheels 90B are attached, which, as can be seen from FIG. 1, lie one behind the other as seen in the direction of travel. Near the, see ge in the direction of travel, the front end of the carrier 90 is provided with a circular strip 92 which forms part of a circle whose center is on the center line of the axis 89, about which the carrier is pivotable and with a Number of holes 93 is provided (see Fig. 2). A pin 94 can come into operative connection with the holes 93 in the strip 92 (see FIG. 5).
The pin 94 is mounted in a cylinder 95 fastened on the beam 87 and is provided with an arm 97 protruding through an elongated hole 96 in the cylinder. Between the arm 97 and a closure of the cylinder 95, the pin 94 is surrounded by a spring 98 which holds the pin in a hole in the strip 92.
From FIGS. 1 and 3 it can be seen that for each disc 9 by means of bolts 99 on the frame beam 1 scrapers 100 are attached, which are on the side of the disc 9 that moves upward during operation of the plow.
The working position of the Schei benpflugs described above is shown in FIGS. The frame beam 18 carrying the panes 9 is secured against pivoting about the hinge axis 20 by the locking member formed by the pin 53 and the bushing 56. In the coupled state, as ge says, the plow is connected through the frame part 24 with the three point lifting device of the tractor 26.
The power take-off shaft 101 of the tractor 26 is coupled by an intermediate shaft 102 to the shaft 67 protruding from the gear case 6, on which the bevel gears 65 and 66 are mounted.
In operation, the disks 9 are rotated in the direction of arrow A, and as can be seen from Fig. 3, the drive connection between tween the rotating shaft 10 and the drive shaft 67 via the sliding element 72 and the bevel gear 65 is here.
At the end of the field, the plow can be lifted by means of the lifting device 25 at the head. The arm 39 coupled to a lower arm 29 of the lifting device via the stop 40 moves downwards, so that the lever 36 is also moved upwards via the chain 38. The lever 36 coupled to the spring 42 is moved in the vertical direction via the gear wheels 37, so that the spring 42 is tensioned.
When the lifting device has reached its highest position, the locking pin 53 can be pulled out of the socket 56 on the frame beam 2 of the frame part 18 by means of the lever 51, whereby the frame part 18 about the hinge axis 20 under the action of the tension of the spring 42 is tilted with respect to the frame part 24 which is coupled to the Hebevor direction.
This tilting movement takes place because the spring tension is transmitted via the arm 44 and the end of the angle lever 46 attached to the arm 44, which serves as a stop 47, to the cams 48 attached to the book se 45.
After the frame part has been tilted over about 180 in the direction of arrow B, the locking pin 53 comes into contact with the beveled side of a socket 56 mounted on the other side of the hinge axis 20 on the frame beam 2, whereby the pin counteracts the action of the spring 55 is moved and then snaps into the socket 56 so that the frame part 18 is locked in the new position.
In this Ar beitslage the rotary shaft 10 extends on the other side of the longitudinal center line of the tractor and when the plow is put back into operation, the other side of the discs comes into contact with the ground when the lifting device is lowered. Although this is not shown further in the figures, the sockets 56 can be arranged to be displaceable in the vertical direction, so that the frame part 18 can be horizontally arranged by pivoting about the hinge axis 20.
It will be evident that when pivoting the frame part 18 for transferring the plow into a different working position, the direction of rotation of the rotary shaft 10 for the disks 9 should be reversed. For this purpose, means are provided by which this reversal is brought about during the tilting movement of the frame part 18.
These means contain the slidable element 72 on the drive shaft 67 of the gear box housed translation, which ele ment by the rods formed by the rods 76, 80 and 81 with the eccentric 84 on the joint axis 20 is coupled. From Fig. 3 it can be seen that when the frame part 18 is pivoted, the pin 85 belonging to the eccentric 84 is moved to the other side of the hinge axis 20, whereby the chain 83, which forms a flexible connection between the eccentric 84 and the linkage, a tensile force is exerted.
The displaceable element 72 is displaced by the linkage, the recesses 72A engaging in the recesses 71 of the bevel gear 66. When the rotary shaft is switched on again, the direction of rotation of the rotary shaft 10 has changed such that it corresponds to the new working position of the plow.
As can be seen from Fig. 1, the toothed wheel case 6 with the translation housed therein, seen in the direction of travel P of the plow, is in front of the disk and at such a short distance from the hinge axis 20 that the intermediate shaft 102, in Top view, in both working positions between the lower arms 29 of the lifting device. It also shows from Fig. 1 that the front disk is almost in the middle behind the three-point suspension, so that apart from the space for accommodating the transmission, a good weight distribution is obtained, among other things for the tilting movement.
The arrangement of the translation in front of the front disc results in a favorable load, whereby this disc is kept well in the Bo.
The second embodiment of a plow according to the invention shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 corresponds essentially to the embodiment discussed with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5, so that the same items could be designated with corresponding reference numbers. In the embodiment of FIGS. 6 and 7, the frame beam 1 is set by a frame beam 103 which is bent over a part 103A in the direction of travel.
At the end of the part 103A, a bearing 105 is attached by bolts 104, in which the rotating shaft 10A carrying the disks 9 is supported, which is accommodated in the bearing 105 by a shaft section 14A. The furrow wheels 90B are also attached to the part 103A in a manner similar to that of the beam 87. The cylinder 95 belonging to the adjusting device of the furrow wheels is attached to the part 103A.
Another difference from the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 5 is that the transmission is attached between the intermediate shaft 102 coupled to the power take-off shaft and the rotary shaft 10A for the disks 9. This translation is shown individually in FIG.
This figure shows that the rotary shaft 10A is supported by means of a bearing 106 in the side wall of a gear case 107; on the inside of the gear box 107, a gear 108 is attached to this shaft. The teeth of the gear 108 mesh with the teeth of a gear 109 which is mounted on a shaft 110 housed in the gear box. The diameter of the gear 109 is half the diameter of the gear 108. At the other end of the axle 110, a gear 111 is attached, the diameter of which is the same as that of the gear 108.
The gear 111 is located in the part 112 of the gear box 107, which is separated by a wall 113 from the further part of the gear box. The teeth of the gear 111 mesh with the teeth of a gear 114, which is also located in the part 112 of the gear box 107 and is attached to an axle 115 accommodated in the gear box.
On the axis 115 on the side of the wall 113 remote from the gear 114, a bevel gear 116 is attached, which can come into operative connection with two bevel gears 117 and 117A. The bevel gear 117 is freely rotatable, but not slidable on a coupling with the intermediate shaft 102 drive shaft 118 of the existing translation in the gear case 107 attached. By means of a bearing 119 in a support 120, the bevel gear 117A is freely rotatable, but not slidably supported in the gear box abge.
The support 120, which is hook-shaped (see Fig. 7), is provided with a bearing 121 in which the end of the rotating shaft 10 is supported. The bevel gear 117 is freely rotatable by means of a bearing 117B around a bush 122 which is arranged around the drive shaft 118 and is supported on a wall of the gear case 107 by means of a bearing 123.
The bush 122 is provided at its end lying between the bevel gears 117 and 117A with a displaceable element 124 which is provided with recesses 125 on the ends facing the gears, which are in operative connection with recesses 126 on the facing sides of the bevel gears can occur and bil the with these recesses a clutch.
The socket 122 is displaceable, but not rotatably mounted by means of a key 127 on the drive shaft 118 of the translation. 7 shows that the gear box 107 is fastened by means of the bearing 123 to a part 128 of the frame bar 129 which is curved obliquely forwards and which is coupled to the frame bar 103 by a part 130 running transversely to the direction of travel.
The socket 122 is at the end remote from the gear case 107, which is in a ver running in the longitudinal direction of the drive shaft 118, attached to the frame beam 129 housing 131, provided with two spaced apart plates 132, between which one to the Bushing 122 gripping bracket 133 is attached. The bracket 133 is coupled to an attachment 134 which protrudes through a slot 135 in the hollow frame beam 129 and forms part of an arm 136 which is accommodated in the frame beam 129.
The arm 136 is in the interior of the beam 129 in La like 137 and 138 displaceable. The remote from the approach 134 end of the arm 136 is provided with a book se 139 which protrudes through an elongated hole 140 in the part 130 of the frame beam 129 and is provided at the remote end of the arm 139 with a follower 141 which is provided with a Cam 142 of an eccentric 143 attached to the bearing 142A for the hinge axis can come into operative connection. From FIG. 7 it can be seen that the frame beam 129 is welded to the hinge axis 20.
A spring 144 is mounted on the arm 136 between the bearings 137 and 138 and is locked between the bearing 138 and a stop 145 on the arm. The spring 144 maintains contact of the follower 141 with the cam 142. The end of the arm 136 lying close to the approach 134 can move in a housing 146 attached to the bearing 132 during the displacement of the arm.
The plow in the second embodiment can be transferred from one working position to the other in exactly the same way by means of the tilting member described above. To change the direction of rotation of the disks in this second embodiment, however, the displaceable element 124 is moved by means of the arm 136 and the bush 122.
When pivoting from the position shown in Fig. 6, the arm 136 is displaced by the eccentric 143 in the direction of the arrow C, the element 124 displacing such that the bevel gear 117A comes into operative connection with the drive shaft 118 and the direction of rotation of the rotary shaft 10A is reversed. In this embodiment too, the gears 108, 109, 111 and 114 form a delay mechanism belonging to the translation. Similar to the previous embodiment, the translation is in front of the front disc and is arranged such that the intermediate shaft 102 is located within the lower arms 29 of the lifting device in both working positions.
The embodiment shown in FIG. 8 corresponds essentially to the previous embodiment. In this, however, the tilting member is missing and the frame part 18 cannot be pivoted, since in this case the bearing 142A is fastened by means of a bolt 147 to a frame beam 148 corresponding to the frame beam 2 of the first embodiment.
In this embodiment, the gear box in the gear 107 translation is not provided with means for reversing the direction of rotation of the rotary shaft 10. However, a mechanism is provided which can be operated by means of an arm 149 for controlling the speed of rotation of the shaft 10A. This mechanism can have any known design and further explanation is therefore not necessary.
8 also shows that the plow in this third embodiment is provided with only one furrow wheel 90B which is arranged on a carrier 150 and, similar to the previous embodiments, can be adjusted in height by the working depth of the slices.
