In den beiliegenden Zeichnungen ist eine beispiels weise Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemässen Schnee schleuder dargestellt. Es zeigt: Fig. 1 das kinematische Schema der Schneeschleuder als Anbaugerät; Fig. 2 die Seitenansicht des an einem Geräteträger angebrachten Anbaugerätes; Fig. 3 eine Draufsicht zu Fig. 2;
Fig.4 den Rotor des Anbaugerätes in Vorderan sicht und Fig. 5 einen Schnitt nach A-A der Linie A-A der Fig. 4.
Snow blower designed as an attachment The invention relates to a snow blower designed as an attachment.
Known are snow blowers that men from a frame, a feed cutter, a housing enclosed by a Ge, executed in the form of a hub with blades attached to the To catch and a motor and reduction gear consist of the drive, the transmission from the motor mentioned is driven off and the rotary motion is transmitted to the feed cutter and the throwing wheel.
However, such attachments have a number of shortcomings. These are above all the high metal expenditure for the reduction gear and the low performance of the snow blower. The latter deficiency is due to the high energy consumption of the loading cutter and the throwing wheel, caused by the considerable energy losses that occur when the snow mass is loosened by means of the loading cutter,
arise when snow is picked up by the throwing wheel blades and as a result of the friction of the snow mass on the rear wall of the rotor housing.
Another shortcoming of the known snow blowers is the limited throwing distance (about 25 m) to which the main part of the snow mass is thrown away, which can be explained by the unfavorable shape of the throwing wheel blades and the high air resistance of the snow jet.
The aim of the present invention is to create a snow blower which is characterized by a higher performance and a smaller metal cost for the drive and allows a Steige tion of the throwing distance.
According to the invention, a planetary gear is used for driving, via which the rotation is transmitted to the feed cutter and the throwing wheel, the throwing wheel being arranged on the planet carrier of the planetary gear via intermediate drive members that are connected between said feeding cutter and the throwing wheel.
In order to increase the performance of the snow blower, the throwing wheel is advantageously designed in the form of a disc enclosed by a housing with curved blades attached to it. The cutting elements of the feed cutter can be designed in the form of bands that are arranged in a helical manner with a pitch angle of about 20, where the energy losses when loosening the snow masses with the feed cutter:
Taking up the ge loosened snow mass through the throwing wheel blades and rubbing the mass on the back wall of the rotor housing formed by the throwing wheel disk reduced who the.
In order to increase the throw of the snow thrower, the rotor blades advantageously have a curved shape with a variable radius of curvature, whereby mixing of the snow mass within the rotor housing and the loss of speed of the snow jet at the outlet of the rotor housing are avoided.
In order to increase the throw by another 5 to 10 meters, a fan can be arranged on the drive shaft of the planetary gearbox, which is enclosed in a housing with a ring attachment that includes the centrifugal pipe of the rotor housing. The snow jet is taken along by the compressed air.
In the accompanying drawings, an example embodiment of the inventive snow thrower is shown. It shows: FIG. 1 the kinematic diagram of the snow blower as an attachment; 2 shows the side view of the attachment attached to an equipment carrier; FIG. 3 is a plan view of FIG. 2;
4 the rotor of the attachment in Vorderan view and FIG. 5 is a section along A-A of the line A-A of FIG.
The attachment has a frame 1 (Fig. 1) on which a planetary gear 2 is arranged. The drive shaft 3 of the planetary gear 2 is set in motion by the motor 4 via drive members, the cardan shafts 5 and a clutch 6. A rotor 8 enclosed by a housing 9 is arranged on the planetary gear carrier 7 of the planetary gear 2.
The rotor 8 has a disk 10 (FIGS. 4, 5) to which curved blades 11 with a variable radius of curvature are attached. The disk 10 attached to the carrier 7 of the Plane tengetriebes 2 forms the rear wall of the rotor housing 9. The rotary movement is transmitted to the feed cutter 12 from the carrier 7 via the intermediate drive members consisting of Kar danwelle 13 and bevel gear 14.
This is attached to the frame 1 and consists of two half-milling cutters 15 and 16, the working turns 17 of which are arranged in a helical manner with a pitch angle of about 20.
In order to increase the throwing distance of the snow blower, a fan 18, which is enclosed in a housing 19, can be placed on the drive shaft 3 of the planetary gear 2. The upper part of the housing 19 merges into the compressed air tank 20 (FIGS. 2, 3) which ends in a ring attachment 21. The attachment 21 comprises the centrifugal tube 22 of the rotor housing 9.
The attachment described works as follows: When the equipment carrier moves, the loading cutter is brought up to the mass of snow to be cleared. The working turns 17 of the cutter 12 loosen the snow mass during their rotary movement and convey it into the receiving opening of the rotor housing. The blades 11 of the rotating rotor 10 grab the snow mass and form a continuous jet which is given a speed which is equal to the peripheral speed of the rotor.
As a result, the snow jet is fed to the centrifugal pipe 22 and thrown sideways up to 40 meters.
The compressed air, which is conveyed by the fan 18 into the compressed air tank 20, passes through the ring attachment 21, which comprises the centrifugal tube 22 of the rotor housing 9, at a speed that exceeds the speed of the snow jet. The compressed air compresses the snow jet, reduces the cross-section through which it flows and carries it away with it, increasing the throwing distance by another 5 to 10 meters.
