Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, un élément @de store formé de lamelles constituant une forme d'exécution de l'invention: la fig. 1 en est une coupe transversale, les lamelles étant serrées les unes contre les autres;
Blind slat The present invention relates to a blind slat, comprising a first folded sheet element constituting an open profile:
and the edges of which form guides for a second sheet member forming with the first a closed tubular enclosure, characterized in that the first element delimits the upper and lower edges as well as the first lateral face of this enclosure, the second element by constituting the second face,
-And by the fact that on the internal side of the first lateral face of the enclosure protrudes at the least one rib in contact by its edge with the internal side of said second element which it provides for the bracing.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, a blind element formed of slats constituting an embodiment of the invention: FIG. 1 is a cross section thereof, the lamellae being pressed against each other;
fig. 2 is a view similar to that of FIG. 1, but in which these slats are separated.
The slats shown are each formed by an element 1 of folded sheet metal constituting an open section whose edges la and lb form guides for a second element 2, inserted into the first by sliding perpendicular to the plane of the figure.
The element 1 forms, as shown, the upper and lower edges - as well as the left side face @de the strip; on the internal side of this lateral face protrudes a rib 3 formed by a bend in the sheet element and in contact by its edge with the internal side of the element 2, of which it ensures the contravention.
The rib 3 is pierced at each end of a passage 3a to which corresponds an opening 10a, made in the upper edge of the strip, and an opening 10b, made in its lower edge.
The openings 3a, 10a and 10b are intended to allow passage in each slat, as and when the .montage @du awning, assembly clips 4 formed by a curved metal wire . Each clip has an intermediate part 4,
a passing through the passage 3a as well as the opening 10b and two curved parts 4b and 4c in contact by their bent end respectively with the upper side and with the lower side of the rib 3.
The opening of each clip, at the height of the extremities of its parts 4b and 4c is greater than the width of the passage 3a,. While the bent portion of the latter is of length less than the dimension of this not wise.
It is thus possible to engage such a clip in the strip, for example by 1a making it penetrate through the opening 10a while keeping the parts 4b and 4c tight against the part 4a of the clip; once part 4c has passed through passage 3, a of rib 3 and part 4c is allowed to return elastically to its relaxed position shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the clip can no longer be moved vertically, since it abuts against the rib 3 by the ends of its parts 4b. And 4c.
As shown, the blind is mounted by threading the lower portion of the clips of each slat into the upper loop of the clips of the next slat; each lamella will include at least two or more staples.
When the lower end is far from the ground, the self-weight of the slats causes them to assume the position indicated in fig. 2, while these slats press one on the other, as illustrated in fig. 1, when the blind touches the ground, in particular when it is in the closed position.
