Dispositif d'attache en matière souple
La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif d'attache en matériau souple, flexible, permettant en particulier d'assurer le maintien en position de rangement pliés des cordons d'alimentation d'appareils électriques. Ce dispositif pourrait connaître d'autres applications, telles que le pliage de rubans ou de tresses diverses, en vrac, de bandes de tissus roulées pour la fermeture de sac ou sachets, etc.
Le dispositif de l'invention est caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une forme générale de crochet allongé comportant un corps allongé pourvu de saillies réparties sur une partie au moins de sa longueur et une tte solidaire dudit corps, comportant au moins une encoche dans laquelle sont susceptibles de pénétrer des parties du corps précité disposées entre deux saillies précitées.
Le dessin annexé illustre à titre d'exemple une forme d'exécution du dispositif d'attache selon l'invention:

Lorsque le dispositif est étendu à plat comme montré dans les fig. 1 à 4, le corps 2 présente une forme sensiblement cylindrique de révolution autour d'un axe x'-x qui s'étend parallèlement à la plus grande longueur de la tte 1. Le corps 2 est constitué, comme on le voit particulièrement en détail dans les fig. 2 et 3, par des parties saillantes en forme de disques 3 qui sont réunis entre eux par des parties en creux ou congés 4. De préférence, I'espacement entre deux disques successifs 3 est sensiblement constant, ces disques étant tous semblables entre eux, de mme que les congés 4.
La tte 1 comporte une encoche 5 qui confère à ladite tte un aspect général de crochet. La tte 1 présente la forme générale d'un prisme aplati, dont les deux faces opposées parallèles égales, dont on aperçoit le contour en 30 à 35 dans la fig. 6, ont la forme de deux trapèzes isocèles respectivement 30, 31, 34, 35 et 31, 32, 33, 34 accolés par leur grande base 31, 34. Le trapèze 30, 31, 34, 35 a une forme plus allongée que l'autre trapèze, ce qui donne une forme effilée particulièrement commode au dispositif 1.
Le fond Sa de l'encoche 5 est sensiblement symétrique par rapport au plan, passant par l'axe précité x'-x, et qui est perpendiculaire au plan médian de la tte 1 de forme plate tandis que ltentrée 5b de ladite encoche est inclinée par rapport à l'axe x'-x, pour permettre un engagement aisé du corps 2 dans l'encoche 5, comme montré dans les fig. 5 et 6.
La largeur de l'encoche 5 est sensiblement égale au plus petit diamètre des congés (fig. 6), de manière à permettre un engagement à la fois facile du corps 2 souple dans l'encoche 5 et assurer également un maintien en place du corps 2 dans l'encoche 5, en cours d'utilisation comme montré dans la fig. 5. Dans cette figure, on a montré l'application d'un dispositif de l'invention au maintien en position, replié sur lui-mme, d'un cordon d'alimentation 6 d'un appareil électrique quelconque (non représenté).
On voit que grâce au dispositif représenté, il est possible, en reliant simplement sur lui-mme le dispositif d'attache de serrer ou de lier convenablement l'objet envisagé, par exemple le cordon électrique d'un appareil quelconque, l'usager engageant dans l'encoche tel ou tel congé réparti sur la longueur du corps du dispositif, suivant l'effet de serrage désiré.
Avantageusement, I'encoche 5 présente à son entrée 5b un élargissement facilitant l'introduction des congés 4 dans l'encoche 5. De plus pour faciliter la préhension de la tte 1, celle-ci comporte à son extrémité libre un rebord ou une saillie en relief 7. A son extrémité libre, le corps 2 peut se terminer par une protubérance ou boule 8 de diamètre semblable à celui des disques 3, formant en quelque sorte le dernier disque du corps 2.
Suivant une forme d'exécution, la tte 1 et le corps 2 sont obtenus d'une seule pièce en matière moulée, par exemple thermoplastique. Le dispositif peut également tre formé en plusieurs tronçons assemblés, et par exemple d'une tte et d'un corps reliés d'une manière convenable. De mme le corps 2 ne comporte pas nécessairement des disques tels que 3 et congés tels que 4 sur toute sa longueur.
Flexible material attachment device
The present invention relates to an attachment device made of soft, flexible material, making it possible in particular to ensure that the power cords of electrical appliances are kept in folded storage position. This device could have other applications, such as the folding of ribbons or various braids, in bulk, of strips of rolled fabric for closing bags or sachets, etc.
The device of the invention is characterized in that it has the general shape of an elongated hook comprising an elongated body provided with projections distributed over at least part of its length and a head integral with said body, comprising at least one notch in which are capable of penetrating parts of the aforementioned body arranged between two aforementioned projections.
The appended drawing illustrates by way of example an embodiment of the fastening device according to the invention:

When the device is laid out flat as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the body 2 has a substantially cylindrical shape of revolution about an axis x'-x which extends parallel to the greatest length of the head 1. The body 2 is formed, as can be seen particularly in detail in fig. 2 and 3, by projecting parts in the form of discs 3 which are joined together by recessed parts or fillets 4. Preferably, the spacing between two successive discs 3 is substantially constant, these discs all being similar to each other, as well as holidays 4.
Head 1 has a notch 5 which gives said head the general appearance of a hook. Head 1 has the general shape of a flattened prism, the two opposite faces of which are equal in parallel, the outline of which can be seen at 30 to 35 in FIG. 6, have the shape of two isosceles trapezoids respectively 30, 31, 34, 35 and 31, 32, 33, 34 joined by their large base 31, 34. The trapezoid 30, 31, 34, 35 has a more elongated shape than the another trapezoid, which gives a particularly convenient tapered shape to the device 1.
The bottom Sa of the notch 5 is substantially symmetrical with respect to the plane, passing through the aforementioned axis x'-x, and which is perpendicular to the median plane of the head 1 of flat shape while the entry 5b of said notch is inclined with respect to the x'-x axis, to allow easy engagement of the body 2 in the notch 5, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6.
The width of the notch 5 is substantially equal to the smallest diameter of the fillets (fig. 6), so as to allow both easy engagement of the flexible body 2 in the notch 5 and also ensure that the body is held in place. 2 in notch 5, in use as shown in fig. 5. In this figure, the application of a device of the invention to the holding in position, folded on itself, of a power cord 6 of any electrical appliance (not shown) has been shown.
It can be seen that thanks to the device shown, it is possible, by simply connecting the fastening device to itself, to properly tighten or bind the envisaged object, for example the electrical cord of any device, the user engaging in the notch such or such fillet distributed over the length of the body of the device, depending on the desired clamping effect.
Advantageously, the notch 5 has at its inlet 5b an enlargement facilitating the introduction of the fillets 4 into the notch 5. In addition, to facilitate the gripping of the head 1, the latter comprises at its free end a rim or a projection. in relief 7. At its free end, the body 2 may end with a protuberance or ball 8 of diameter similar to that of the discs 3, forming in a way the last disc of the body 2.
According to one embodiment, the head 1 and the body 2 are obtained as a single piece of molded material, for example thermoplastic. The device can also be formed in several assembled sections, for example of a head and a body connected in a suitable manner. Likewise, body 2 does not necessarily include discs such as 3 and fillets such as 4 over its entire length.
