Dies wird ermöglicht durch den eingangs genannten erfindungsgemässen Selbstabnehmemechanismus, der sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass in der Wickelvor ridhtung mit geriffelten Wickelwalzen, über denen eine für das Bewickeln mit dem Wickel bestimmte, und mittels Friktion durch die genannten Walzen angetriebene Spule angeordnet ist;
mit zu beiden Seiten der genannten Wickelwalzen vertikal angeordneten Zahnstangen, die an ihren oberen Enden ein in einer zu ihnen rechtwinldigen Achse angeordnetes Paar einander gegenüberstehender Wickelscheibenplatten tragen, welche zur automatischen Fixierung der dazwischen befindlichen Spule eingerichtet sind, wobei die Zahnstangen ferner so eingebaut sind, dass sie sich in Abhängigkeit von der Dicke des auf der Spule aufgespulten Wickels heben und senken und bei Erreichen der vollständigen Bewicklung der Spule deren Fixierung automatisch aufheben und die Spule automatisch in die Höhe heben, damit sie im höchsten Punkt der Position der genannten Zahnstangen automatisch gegen eine neue Spule auswechsett wird;
mit einem über den genannten Zahnstangen angeordneten automatischen Spulennachlieferungsorgan, welches so ausgebildet ist, dass es die volle Spule automatisch ausstösst und gleichzeitig neue Spulen, eine nach der andern, herbeiführt, damit diese von den genannten Wickelscheibenplatten festgehalten werden;

Automatic removal mechanism on a winding device
The present invention relates to an automatic pick-up mechanism on a winding device for producing a lap during the combing process, wherein after the winding of the lap has been completed, the various removal operations consisting of ejecting and depositing the full bobbin and feeding in a new, empty bobbin, cutting the lap and restarting the Winding can be done without turning off the machine during this operation.
Such a mechanism works as follows: Automatic removal of laps on a winding machine, which takes place through a series of mutually organically linked operations, which consist of raising and lowering racks, pivoting the bobbin transport device, ejecting the full bobbin, picking up a new bobbin the winding disc plates, cutting off the winding and removing the winding from the full bobbin.
In the winding machines currently in use, the winding wound onto the bobbin between a pair of opposing winding rollers is taken out and a new bobbin is inserted in its place, the machine being switched off beforehand and the full bobbin being removed by hand, followed by a hand-held one new bobbin is inserted between the winding disk plates to be held there. After the racks are then lowered to press the spool onto the top surface of the winding rollers, the spool is cut by hand and the cut end is also manually wound onto the spool surface. After the preparations for the next winding operation have been completed, the machine is started again.
Recently, however, investigations have been carried out to establish the trigger, i. H. to automate the removal of the full spool from the winding machine. But in this case too, the procedure is that the winding machine is first switched off and the full winding reel is only then automatically removed, whereupon a new reel is inserted in its place and the winding machine is started up again. In this case, however, who only the process steps of taking out the full winding bobbin and inserting a new bobbin in place, which previously, as mentioned above, were done manually.
Therefore, as in the case of the completely manual provision, the time losses that result from turning off the machine for taking out the full winding bobbin and inserting an empty bobbin cannot be avoided, and thus none
Improved efficiency with regard to machine utilization achieved. As a result, the removal of the full winding spool and its
Replacement by an empty reel to the subject of
Examination. However, in this case, if the timing and coordination of the named removal and reinsertion of the bobbins does not take place correctly, either a jam of the winding or the risk of the cut off
Ends are crumpled or twisted, which is disadvantageous for the subsequent process steps.
The present invention overcomes all of the aforesaid difficulties, and the removal of the full bobbin, the insertion of a new bobbin and the cutting of the bobbin are carried out automatically and efficiently, with coordination between the successive operations being ensured.
The present invention thus aims at a device on a winding device, which has coil delivery organs connected to a coil magazine, furthermore a device for automatically fixing the bobbins in said winding device, for automatically cutting off the lap and for automatically winding the lap onto the newly supplied bobbin ; and finally at the same time for the automatic removal of the full spool.
In addition to the automatic execution of the individual operations mentioned, the task consists in the automated execution of the various operations with the automatic bobbin feed organs mentioned, the automatic reel holding organs, the automatic lap cutting organs and the automatically working organs for winding the lap onto the new bobbin and the automatically operating organs to remove the full winding spool while maintaining full coordination between the individual operations mentioned, without the need arises
to turn off only part of the machine
As is readily apparent from the above, the core of the invention lies in the combination of the various individual steps.
This is made possible by the self-removing mechanism according to the invention mentioned at the beginning, which is characterized in that in the winding device with corrugated winding rollers, above which a coil intended for winding the winding and driven by means of friction by the rollers mentioned is arranged;
with vertically arranged toothed racks on both sides of said winding rollers, which at their upper ends carry a pair of opposing winding disk plates arranged in an axis at right angles to them, which are set up for the automatic fixation of the coil located between them, the toothed racks also being installed so that they raise and lower depending on the thickness of the winding wound on the bobbin and when the bobbin is fully wound it automatically lifts its fixation and automatically lifts the bobbin up so that it automatically rests against a new bobbin is replaced;
with an automatic bobbin replenisher arranged above said racks, which is designed so that it automatically ejects the full bobbin and at the same time brings in new bobbins, one after the other, so that they are held by the said winding disk plates;
with organs for automatic cutting of the lap arranged on the side of the lap delivery between calender rolls and said corrugated winding rolls, and with a removal element arranged on the lap take-off side of the winding rolls and equipped at one end with an auxiliary roll rotating in an arc, the whole in such a way that in each case the said toothed racks automatically release the bobbin in its raised position, whereupon the full bobbin is automatically ejected by the said bobbin delivery device and the said toothed racks simultaneously receive a new,
Hold on to the bobbin supplied by the bobbin needle delivery device and then lower it and in the meantime the reel is automatically cut off by the said reel cutting device and the cut end of the said reel is automatically wound onto the new bobbin and the ejected reel is held by the auxiliary roller and one of the aforementioned corrugated winding rollers until the reel is completely wound up, whereupon the full bobbin is automatically carried away to the outside of the rollers after completion of the series of operations mentioned.
The features of the invention will become more apparent with reference to an embodiment as shown in the drawings.

In an exemplary embodiment, with reference to the drawings, 1 and 1 'in FIG. 1 are corrugated winding rollers and 2 are the racks for the winding, which at their lower end have a toothing 3 in engagement with a pinion 4; on these Zalinstangen for the winding is made by hydrodynamic, i. H. The movement of a piston caused by liquid or gas pressure (hereinafter referred to as fluid pressure) is transmitted via a toothing 7 on a piston rod 6 in a cylinder 5 which is in engagement with a pinion 8. On the back of the corrugated winding roller 1 '(the direction in which the winding is removed) at the end 11 of a lever 10, an auxiliary roller 9 is rotatably mounted, which can rotate freely.
The corrugated rollers 1 and 1 'and the auxiliary roller 9 are driven via suitable transmission members at the same peripheral speed in the direction indicated by the arrow s. The base of the lever 10 is mounted on an axle 12 which rests in bearings (not shown) on two sides of the frame, while the approximately in the middle part of the lever 10 is connected via a pin 15 to a piston rod 14 of a cylinder operated by fluid pressure 13 is connected. The auxiliary roller 9 is thus pivoted about the axis 12 under the action of the cylinder 13.
Between the auxiliary roller 9 and the corrugated winding roller 1 'is rotatably mounted on an axle at the end of the lever 17, which forms an angled continuation of the lever 10, a take-off roller, which has the same width as the auxiliary roller, but a smaller diameter and rotates around the axis 12 under the action of the cylinder 13 together with said auxiliary roller within a given arc range.
A bobbin magazine 18, a slide guide 19 for the bobbins and a bobbin feed member 20 are mounted above the corrugated winding rollers 1 and 1 '.
At the downwardly inclined outlet 21 of the reel magazine 18, a stopper 22 is rotatably mounted at 21 ′, together with a lever 32, this part protruding into the vertical section 19 ′ of the reel sliding guide 19. At the lower outlet 23 of the reel sliding guide 19 there is also a stopper 24 rotatably mounted at 30 '. The base of the reel feed member 20 is fastened together with the lever 27 on an axle 26 in bearings 25 so that a reciprocating movement is possible. This reciprocating movement of the reel feed member 20 is coupled to the stopper 24 via a hinge mechanism 27, 28, 29 and furthermore to the stopper 22 via a hinge mechanism 30, 31, 32.
A lever 33, which forms an angled continuation of the lever 27 directed to the other side of the axis 26, is connected at its end by means of a pin 35 to one end of an angle lever 34, the other end of which is connected to a piston rod 37 by means of a pin 38 a cylinder 36 operated by fluid pressure is in communication, the base of the bell crank 34 being held in bearings 39. The coil supply member 20 is thus rotated by the action of the cylinder 36. The action of the cylinder is also transmitted to the stoppers 22 and 24 via the joint mechanisms mentioned.
Figure 2B shows a modification of this coil feeder, in which, as can be seen from the drawing, the stopper 22 due to the rising and lowering of the piston rod 81 of a cylinder 80 operated with fluid pressure by means of a hinge mechanism 30, 31, 32, with a pivoting about the axis The 30 'rotating lever opens and closes in order to deliver a new bobbin to the bobbin feed member 20 immediately before it is pivoted (which is referred to below as the immediately-before-the-pivoting delivery method).
The coil feed member 20 is arcuate and, as can be seen from Figure 4, angled at the end in order to form a coil stop 20 ', and on its edge provided with a hinge pin 41 an angled plate 40 is attached, the hinge pin 41 from a Coil spring is surrounded, which allows an opening and closing of said angled plate 40 around a certain arc sector, which offers the possibility of holding the coil P1 between the coil feed member 20 and the angled plate.
As shown in Figure 5, the upper ends of the racks 2, 2 'for the winding are provided with shafts 43, 43' which are displaceable at right angles to the said racks, and on these shafts there are winding limiting disk plates 45, 45 ' rotatably mounted which have opposing projections 44, 44 '. These projections are designed so that they fit axially on the inner rim at the openings of tubular coils, which in turn are also designed accordingly. Therefore, when the shafts 43, 43 'are guided towards one another inwards, the coils are held and fixed between the winding disc plates 45, 45'.
At the projections of the winding disc plates 45, 45 'opposite ends of the shafts 43, 43' there are pistons 46, 47 in cylinders 48 and 49, respectively. The diameter of the piston 46 and the inner diameter of the cylinder 48 are slightly larger than the corresponding diameter of piston 47 and the inner diameter of cylinder 49.
Furthermore, the inside diameter of the cylinder 48 where it adjoins the rack 2 is somewhat smaller as a result of the step 50, this somewhat smaller diameter coinciding with that of the smaller cylinder 49. In a straight line continuation of the outer ends 51, 52 of each cylinder are lugs 53, 54 on which rollers provided with ball bearings are mounted so that they can roll along the inside of guide rails 56, 56 'which are fixed on the outside of the frame .
As can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 6, in front of the corrugated winding roller 1 (in the direction from which the lap is delivered) and above it, there is a needle roller 57 in press contact with said corrugated winding roller 1 in order to rotate together with it . A winding guide plate 58 inclines towards the underside of said needle roller, and above this plate is one around its base together with a lever 66 on a transverse. Axis 59 rotatable pressure plate 60, the lower end 61 of which is arranged in such a way that it can be brought into contact over the entire width of the upper surface of the plate 58 or can be lifted from this. Furthermore, a turning plate 62 with a high coefficient of friction, for example a rubber plate, is attached to its underside 62 which comes into contact with the sheet metal 58.
On the other hand, arms 64 with curved edges are rotatably mounted together with a lever 67 on a shaft 63 arranged below the sheet metal 58 parallel to the axis 59. On the lower ends of these arms 64 a rotatable pressure roller 65 is mounted so that it can be brought into contact with and lifted from the front of said needle roller 57 and together with this, when it is in contact with it, by friction drive rotates.
Since the aforementioned levers 66 and 67 are coupled to one another by a connecting rod 68, the pressure plate 60 and the arms 64 are set up in such a way that their movement occurs with mutual coordination. In addition, the pressure plate 60 and the lever 66 as well as the arm 64 and the lever 67 are set up so that they rotate as a whole, with the shafts 59 and 63 as axes.
Furthermore, as can be seen in Figure 1, a lever 69 is rotatable on a shaft 59, but rigidly mounted with respect to the lever 66 and the pressure plate 60, the end of which engages a piston rod 71 of the cylinder 70 which is suitably pressurized with air is put into action, whereby the movement is transmitted to said pressure plate and at the same time to the arms 64 via the hinge mechanism described above. The lap L coming in front of the upper and lower calender rolls 72, 73 arranged one above the other in the front position is fed to the top of the metal sheet 58, from where it runs over the pressure roll 65 and the needle roll 57 and then onto the spool between the winding rolls 1 and 1 ' P to be wound up.
Figure 8A shows the electrical circuit diagram for operating the above device. Ls-1 to Ls-4 are currently operating limit switches; Ms means a microswitch, while R1 and R2 mean the auxiliary relays, whose contacts R'1 and R'2 are closed when the relays are in the working position, whereas R "1 works in the opposite direction to R'1 and is closed, when R is not in action. T1 is a time delay relay, the contact T'1 of which remains closed when T1 is not working. MV1 to MV4 are the magnetic valves corresponding to those shown in Figure 1. X is the alarm signal; S1 and S2 are the hand operated switches and Pb is the push button.
The combination constructed in the manner described above works, described in detail below with regard to the correlation between the electrical and hydraulic elements, as follows: When the spool P winds the winding, the fluid pressure acts in the direction indicated by the upward arrows in FIG magnetic valves is designated. In other words: since the pressure in the cylinder 5 acts on the chamber A, the racks are pressed down, via the rod 7, the pinions 8 and 4 and the teeth 3. Since the coil P with the in the through the Arrow s indicated direction of rotating winding rollers 1, 1 'reaches pressure contact causing friction, it winds up the winding.
On the other hand, the coil is because the air pressure on parts A ', A "of the cylinder 48 and
49 of the racks 2, 2 'acts, clamped by the winding disc plates 45, 45'. Furthermore, the auxiliary roller 9 and the removal roller, since the fluid pressure in the cylinder 13 acts from above, is pivoted away from the corrugated winding roller 1 ', while the air pressure acts from below in the cylinder 36 and the bobbin feed member, which both the next bobbin P1 to be inserted as also allows the reel P2 to be replenished after the reel P1 has been fully wound to remain in its raised position by means of the stop 22 at the end of the reel magazine.
On the other hand, since the fluid pressure in the cylinder 70 acts from above, the pressure roller 65 is in contact with the needle roller 57 and rotates in order to facilitate winding while the pressure plate 60 is lifted from the guide plate 58.
When the reel is wound in the required amount on the bobbin, the limit switch Ls-1 is actuated instantaneously by means of a scanning mechanism (not shown) in order to activate the relay R1 and to close the contact R'1. Since this closes the circuit of the magnetic valve MV1, the fluid transfer pressure acts in the opposite direction when the magnetic valve MV1 is actuated. Since the pressure in the cylinder 5 now acts on the chamber B in contrast to the previous phase, the racks are lifted up by means of the rod 7, the pinion 8, the pinion 4 and the teeth 3.
Although the fluid pressure also acts simultaneously on parts B 'and B "of cylinder 48 and 49, the pressure, since the capacities of cylinders 48 and 49 are considerably smaller than that of cylinder 5, has a somewhat stronger effect on the upward movement of the racks while the shafts 43, 43 'slide outwards and thereby open the winding disk plates 45, 45' in order to loosen the fixation of the bobbin P and release it above the winding rollers 1, 1 '. Furthermore, when R'1 is closed , also actuates the magnetic valve MV4, whereby the fluid pressure in the cylinder 13 also acts in the opposite direction.
This pushes the piston rod 14 up, and the auxiliary roller 9 and the take-off roller 16 are pivoted against the side of the corrugated winding roller and brought into position to receive the ejected full winding spool L '.
From the reel magazine 18 mounted over the corrugated winding rollers, the part 22 'of the stop 22 lies at its inclined outlet 21 in the extension of the reel magazine underside, and thus, together with the vertical section 19' of the sliding guide 19, holds the reel P 2 back. On the other hand, the coil feed member 20 holds the coil P1 coming next in turn by means of its angled part 20 'and the angled plate 40. Since the upper surface of the previously mentioned coil sliding guide 19 is previously wetted, the outer surfaces of the coils become damp as they roll over them.
When the racks 2 rise and have come to a point close to their highest attainable point, the limit switch Ls-2 activated by a scanning device (not shown) immediately activates the relay R2, which contacts the contact R'2 and thus the circuit closes, in which the magnetic valve MV. lies.
As a result of this, the action of this magnetic valve MV2 causes the air pressure in the cylinder 36 to act in the opposite direction, so that the piston rod 37 lowers and the coil feed member 20 is pivoted by means of the angle lever 34 and the lever 33 in the direction indicated by the arrow u in FIG and while it pushes the full winding spool L, from the top of the winding rollers 1, 1 'to the side where the pick-up roller and the auxiliary roller are located, the new reel P1 resting on the tilting of the feed member 20 transports into a position which As can be seen from FIG. 2, that of the axis of the winding disk plates 45, 45 'coincides when the toothed racks 2, 2' reach their highest point.
At this moment the full reel spool has reached its rest position, the winding of the supplied reel continues, since the auxiliary roller 9 is rotated at the same peripheral speed as the corrugated winding rollers.
Because the base of the bobbin feed member 20 is rotatably supported together with the base of the lever 27 on the axis 27, it is able to move together with the joint mechanism 27, 28, 29 comprising the axes 26 and 30 'and the axis 30' , 21 'having joint mechanism 30, 31, 32 to rotate.
The stopper 24 and the articulated stopper 22 therefore also rotate when the reel feed member 20 executes a pivoting movement. When the butt of the stopper 22 is pivoted down after the rotation, the spool P is allowed to drop into the spool slide 19.
At the same time, however, the other end 22 'of the stopper 22 prevents the next bobbin P3 from falling down from the bobbin magazine 18 into the sliding guide as well. Since the stopper 24 is pivoted into such a position that its extension lies in the direction coinciding with the articulated part of the Spulengleitführeru ng, the spool P2 that has fallen into the Spulengleitführung 19 is blocked here and is prevented from falling further.
When the racks 2 have reached their highest point, the bobbin feed member 20 is pivoted so far that the full winding bobbin is completely ejected in the direction indicated by the arrow t, and a new bobbin P1 is in one with the axis of the reel disk plates 45, 45 ' is brought coincident position, the limit switch Ls-3 is switched to C-No with the aid of a (not shown) scanning device. This opens the circuit of the magnetic valve MV1, and at the same time the delay relay T1 is actuated. With the return of the magnetic valve to its previous position, the direction of the air pressure of the cylinder 48, 49 changes again and acts on the parts A 'and
A ", in order to thereby move the winding disk plates 45, 45 'inwardly towards one another, so that the projections 44, 44' are pressed tightly against the openings of the two ends of the coil P1 brought about by the coil feed member 20 (P has already been ejected in the meantime) whereby the fixation of the new bobbin P1 between the winding disk plates is achieved. At this moment the inner diameter D of the section A 'of the cylinder 48 is slightly larger than the inner diameter d of the section A "of the cylinder 49 exerted by the winding disk plate 45 , inwardly acting pressure greater than that of the winding disc plate 45 '.
Since the inner wall of the cylinder 48 is provided with an indentation 50, the inward movement of the winding disk plate 45 is stopped at this stepped section. As a result, the position of the coil P1, since the coil P1 is held by a combination of forces, in which the winding disc plate 45 'presses with a slightly weaker force than the winding disc plate 45 when the latter is brought to a stop at a certain point, be adjusted at any time so that it is exactly in the center between the machine frame.
At the same time, a change in the magnetic valve MV1 causes the air pressure in the cylinder 5 to change direction back to the previous state, and the racks 2, 2 ″ rise because the pressure now acts on chamber A. Since the racks 2, 2 'hold the new reel P1 with the winding disk plates 45, 45', as has just been explained, the angled plate 40 attached to the end of the reel guide member with a spring 42 is pressed down against the spring force in order to release the reel , as shown in FIG. 3, and after the coil has been released, it returns to its previous position due to the spring force.
As soon as the limit switch Ls-4 operated by a suitable mechanism (not shown) is put into action and the circuit of the magnetic valve MV3 closes immediately, the air pressure in the cylinder 70 acts in the opposite direction; the piston rod is moved upwards and rotates the levers 69 and 66 into the position shown in FIG. As a result, the pressure plate 60 is pivoted, and its edge 62 is against the top of the guide plate. 58 pressed to thereby stop the transport of the lap L. This action is transmitted to the arm 64 by means of the joint mechanism 66, 68, 67: and the pressure roller 65 is lifted from the needle roller 57.
Since the needle roller 57 on the winding roller 1 is triggered by an alarm, it closes when the bobbin supply in the magazine has run out.
Apart from the coil feed member already described, FIG. 2B illustrates the immediately-before-pivoting delivery method mentioned earlier.
In this method, the time of the change in direction of the fluid pressure acting in the cylinder 71 is set immediately before the series of removal operations, while the time of the return of the direction of the fluid pressure to its previous state is selected so that it occurs after the series of removal operations has been completed. This makes it possible to reduce the period of time during which a response to the completion of winding and to the ejecting, i.e. The waiting coil on which the receiving organ is held is to be removed considerably. In this case, the stopper 24 is no longer available, as a result of which the bobbin is dropped directly into the bobbin feed member 20 by means of the stopper 22 through the sliding guide 19.
In this case, the electrical circuit diagram according to FIG. 8B is used, which differs from that of FIG. 8A in that the magnetic valve MV5 for changing the direction of the fluid pressure acting in the cylinder 80 and the delay relay T2 are added. Correspondingly, the relay corresponding to the delay relay T1 of FIG. 8A is designated here with T3.
The operations that can be performed when using this method are as follows: After the full winding has been achieved, the limit switch Ls-5 is closed immediately, which actuates the relay R5 and the like. the contact R'5 closed, u, the magnetic valve MV-5 is put into action. As a result of this, the direction of the fluid pressure in the cylinder 80 is reversed, so that the piston rod 81 is set in motion and the stopper 22 is rotated by means of the link mechanism 30, 31, 32, thereby dropping a new spool P1.
As a result of the presence of the delay relay T2, which gives the new reel P1 sufficient time to leave its place at the stopper 22, to fall down by the slide 19 and to be held by the reel feeder 20, the series of operations for ejecting and removing the fully wound begins Coil, as it is described here with reference to FIGS. 2A and 8A, only after the time interval granted by the delay relay T2 has elapsed and after the new coil P1 has been gripped by the coil feed member.
After the fully wound coil has been ejected and the time interval given by the delay relay T3 has expired, the contact Rs of the auxiliary relay R5 opens, as a result of which the magnetic valves MVa, MV4 and MVs assume their previous state again. With the return of the piston rod 81 to its original position, the stopper 22 therefore also resumes its original position, whereby it is able to receive the next reel to be delivered, i.e. H. the coil P2, bring it up.
In the case of the mode of operation according to FIG. 2A, there is a risk that the newly introduced coil, which is moistened when it passes through the sliding guide 19,. the moist surface dries up during the waiting time on the bobbin feed member, so that its affinity or adhesive strength with respect to the roll can occasionally be unsatisfactory at the start of winding.
With the immediately-before-pivoting delivery method, the adhesive force of the bobbin against the bobbin for initiating the winding operation is guaranteed, since the bobbin only falls out of the bobbin magazine immediately before the point in time at which it is to be gripped by the bobbin feeder and is thoroughly wetted on its surface in order then to be clamped between the Wik kelscheibeaplatten before it has the opportunity to dry.
While the removal operation on all conventional machines takes place after the machine has been switched off and the time required for removal is 20 to 30 seconds, the above mechanism enables the operations of removing the full bobbin, successive delivery of new bobbins, and cutting the winding and the winding of the cut end of the winding onto the new winding spool completely automatically without interrupting operation.
With the increase in the performance of the machines achieved in this way, the work of the operating personnel that was previously required for removing is eliminated; the number of machines supervised by each worker can be increased, which brings about a corresponding reduction in production costs, and in addition, precise control of the winding length uniformity is possible, whereby products of excellent and uniform quality can be obtained is a valuable invention for industry.
