Fig. 1 in der Durchlassstellung in
Fig. 2 in der Sperrstellung und in
Fig. 3 in der Rückstellstellung.
3 bzw. 4 der
Korbwagen angreifeden Mitnehmer bezeichnet.
Unstacking device for shopping basket trolleys on basket trolley conveyors
The present invention relates to a Entsta pelungseinrichtung for shopping basket trolleys at z. B. the transport of the shopping basket trolleys between the storeys serving - basket car conveyors.
Known basket wagon conveyors of the type mentioned generally consist of a track leading from one floor to the other, on which the running wheels of the shopping basket wagons run in guide rails, and an endless chain that is deflected at the bottom of the Fahnbaihn and moved forward under the action of an anti-friction force attacks the shopping basket trolley to be transported on a bracket provided for this purpose or on an attack day.
The carriageway consists of a slightly descending inlet section, the actual ascending or descending from one floor to the other. Conveyor section and a slightly lowering outlet section, the transitions being rounded. On the r infeed and outfeed section, the shopping basket trolley automatically rolls to the conveyor section, in which it is removed from the drag chain. is taken, towards or away from it.
The shopping basket trolleys are stackable so that they require as little space as possible at the storage location, i.e. they can be nested inside one another. It now often happens that a number of shopping basket trolleys are nested in one another and pushed up to the conveyor.
It must be avoided under all circumstances that these basket wagons are stacked on the conveyor line, as otherwise, especially when passing through the rounded transitions, derailments and jamming would occur, which lead to damage to the conveyor and the basket wagons.
The object of the present invention is to create a destacking device which automatically separates the trolleys from one another and enters them individually into the conveyor line. In the unstacking device according to the invention that solves this problem, a pawl rotatably mounted in the inlet section and a pawl rotatably mounted in the conveyor section are
With the pawl connected via a return linkage, the start lever is screwed into the movement path of the attack rods by spring force and, after it is made out of the movement path of the attack rods by a cage wagon attacking the start lever, the return of the pawl is blocked by one of the passing cage wagons against a spring force actuatable release pawl, which is rotatably mounted between the pawl and the start lever within a distance that is smaller than the distance between (the attack rods of two basket wagons stacked one inside the other, away from the wagon attack point of the pawl.
The accompanying drawing shows an example of the subject of the invention in three different operating positions, namely in:
Fig. 1 in the open position in
Fig. 2 in the locked position and in
3 in the reset position.
In FIGS. 1 to 3, 1 denotes the track of a basket wagon conveyor, which is partially shown. 1. 1 is the conveyor line leading from one floor to the other and 1. 2 is the inlet streoke of the roadway l, which is slightly inclined towards the conveyor line 1. 1. Shopping basket trolleys run on track 1, of which only one handle bar 2 or 3 or 4 is positioned. The movement path of these attack rods 2, 3, 4 is denoted by 5.
The basket wagons will be named
Conveyor line 1. 1 of one. at both ends of the same ben deflected by means of pulleys 6 and entrained under the action of a driving force in the direction of arrow 7 forwardly moved carrier chain 8. With 9, 10 and 11 are three of the distribute over the entire length of the driver plate 8 th, on the Angnffsstangen 2 and 3 and 4 of the
Basket wagon attacking carrier designated. The drivers orphans each have a fixed driver arm
9. 1, 10. 1, 11. 1 and one tentacle arm 9. 2, 10. 2, 11. 2 that can be deflected by a spring force.
A release pawl 12 and a locking pawl 13 are arranged in the inlet section 1. 2 of the roadway 1. The release pawl 12 consists of one
Lever 12. 1 "which has a nose 12. 2. The lever
12. 1 is rotatably mounted about an axis 12. 3 at its lower end and has a rotatably attached roller 12. 4. Furthermore, a tension spring 14 is attached to the lever 12. 1, which tends to move the lever in Turn counterclockwise or pull against the glued base 15.
The pawl 13 consists of an angle lever which has the two Herbe 13, 11, 13, 12 and is rotatably mounted about an axis 13, 2
13. 1, which has a nose 13. 3. One on the lever arm
13. 11 engaging spring 16 tends to rotate the release pawl 13 clockwise. A return rod 17 is articulated on the lever arm 13.12.
At the beginning of the conveying path 1.1, a two-armed start lever 18 is arranged such that it can rotate about an axis 18.1. One of the lever arms 18.2 engages in the trajectory 5 of the attack rods 2, 3, 4.
A connecting rod 19 is articulated on the other lever arm 18.3. The connecting rod
19 is articulated on the other hand to a turntable 20 which is rotatably mounted about an axis 20.1.
A spring 21 fastened to the turntable 20 tends to turn it clockwise or to bring it into position against a stop 22.
The turntable has a slotted hole 20.2, in which a bolt 17.1 fastened to the reset rod 17 is guided. Furthermore, the turntable 20 has an edge section 20.3, which runs according to a circle drawn around the axis 20.1 and ends in a notch 20.4. Against this edge section 20.3 or into the catch 20.4, a roller 23.1 fastened to one end of a roller lever 23 is pressed under the action of a spring 24 acting on the roller lever 23. Des roles heu, et 23 is rotatably mounted at its other end 23. 2.
The de-stacking device described; works as follows:
In Fig. 1 there is an indicated by the attack rod 2 basket car on För derstrecken 1. 1 and has already passed the start lever 18. In the inlet section 1.2, two stacked basket wagons, indicated by the attack rods 3 and 4, roll on the inclined track towards the release clicks 12. The de-stacking device is in the open position, i. H. the release pawl 12 rests against the stop 15, and the locking pawl 13 is withdrawn from the movement path 5 of the attack rods, with its nose
13. 3 on the nose 12. 2 of the release latch 12 is present.
The turntable 20 was in contact with the stop 22, and the roller 23.1 is pressed into the notch 20.4. In this position of the turntable 20, the lever arm 18. 2 ides the start lever 18 protrudes into the movement path 5 of the attack rods.
As soon as the first of the two stacked basket wagons with its attack rod 3, the release latch
12 swings out into the position shown in dashed lines in FIG. 2, the pawl 13 is released so that it rotates clockwise under the action of the spring 16 and passes into the locking position according to FIG. The bolt is in this position
17. 1 of the reset rod 17 at the upper end of the slot hole 20. 2 on the rotary disk 20.
Of the two basket wagons stacked in the exit position, the first one now rolls into the conveyor path 1.1 until its attack rod 3 comes to rest on the start lever 18, while the second with its attack rod 4 rests on the pawl 13 comes and is shut down. A torque is exerted on the star, thebel 18, but this torque is not sufficient even in the worst case to move it or to lift the roller 23. 1 of the roller lever 23 from the notch 20.
The first basket wagon is gripped by a driver of the driver chain 8 when it rolls into the conveyor line or, after it has been stopped at the start lever 18. In the example according to FIG. 2, it is the driver 10 which, with its catching arm 10. 2, hits the attack rod 3 resting on the starting lever 18. The tentacle arm 10.2 is not able to move the basket carriage or the attack rod 3 as it passes, but is deflected downward by it. However, as soon as the fixed driver arm 10.1 comes to rest on the attack rod 3, the basket wagon is taken along.
The attack rod 3 rotates the start label 18 clockwise according to FIG. 3. This movement is transmitted to the turntable 20 by the connecting rod 19. The roller 23.1 is lifted out of the catch 20.4, and the turntable 20 rotates counterclockwise, taking the return rod 17 and the pawl 13 with it or pulling it downwards. The release pawl 12 can turn back into its starting position, and the basket carriage indicated with its attack rod 4 is released.
In the meantime, however, the attack rod 3 has passed the sbart lever 18, so that the latter and the turntable 20 ′ rotate back into their starting position according to FIG. 1 under the action of the spring 21. Since the pin 17.1 is displaceable in the Schlitzlodh 20. 2, the pawl makes the return movement of the turntable under the action of the spring 16 only so wait until its nose 13.3 is on the nose 12.2 of the release clinic 12. The sequence described is triggered again when the cross rod 4 actuates the release pawl 12.
The destacking device releases the next following basket trolley when the preceding one is gripped by a carrier. As soon as this next basket trolley actuates the release latch 12, the pawl 13 locks the next basket trolley. It must always be ensured that the distance between the attack rods of two following stacked basket wagons is greater than the distance between the point of support of the attack rod on the pawl 13 and the point of support of the attack rod on the release pawl 12 at the moment when this Pawl 13 has released.
The invention is not restricted to the exemplary embodiment shown. It is z. B. in the context of the invention to dare the turntable 20 and to act n start lever 18 directly by means of a reset su'ange on the pawl 13.
If the pawl 13 is rigidly connected to the start lever 18, the spring 16 must be dimensioned stronger, since it then also has to retract the start lever 18 and the connecting rod. In the open position, however, this causes an increase in the contact pressure of the lugs 12, 2, 13, 3, which is disadvantageous in that the release force for the release pawl 12 then has to be increased.
It is therefore advantageous to design the connection between the start lever 18 and the locking pawl 13 so that the starting lever 18 only takes the locking pawl 13 with it in the direction which leads to the retraction of the locking pawl from the movement path 5 and the start lever 18 an aijgene return spring 21 to be assigned.
This is all the more so when, as is the case in the embodiment shown, the start lever also takes on the function of a holding babels, which holds back the wagon until it is gripped by a driver and thus prevents a wagon from uncontrolled the conveyor rolling down. The spring 16 would then have to meet two requirements that are difficult to reconcile. On the one hand, it would have to be so strong that the basket wading moving forward under its own weight is stopped by the start lever on the steeply inclined conveyor section, and on the other hand so weak that the basket carriage moving forward on the slightly inclined inlet section under its own weight is able to actuate the release latch.
