Ladewagen

Loading wagons
The invention relates to a loading wagon with a roller floor, which can be driven intermittently via a drive mechanism.
According to the invention, the drive mechanism can be set in a second position in which the floor conveyor moves continuously when it is driven.
The speed of the roller base can thus be adapted to the respective operating conditions.
It is particularly useful in general to drive the floor conveyor intermittently when loading the trolley and to drive the floor conveyor continuously when it is unloaded.
The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawing. Show it :
1 shows a side view of an agricultural wagon according to the invention,
2 shows a part of the drive mechanism for the roller base on a larger scale,
3 shows a plan view of the mechanism according to FIG. 2, with part of the shielding box being omitted.
Fig. 4 shows a side view of a second embodiment of an agricultural vehicle according to the invention.
Fig. 5 shows, on a larger scale, part of the drive mechanism of the roller floor of this carriage.
The carriage shown in FIG. 1 contains a frame 1 which is supported by two running wheels 2. A pulling arm 3 is attached to the front of the loading wagon, by means of which the wagon can be coupled to a tractor or a similar vehicle. A running wheel 4 that is adjustable in the height direction is attached to the pulling arm and is used to support the loading wagon when it is not coupled to a vehicle.
A receiving device 5 and a conveying device 6 are also arranged on the front side of the loading wagon.
The receiving device 5 and the conveyor device 6 can be driven by belt transmissions 7 and 8, respectively, by a drive shaft 9 running transversely to the longitudinal direction of the carriage. The shaft 9 is coupled to a cardan shaft 10 via a gear transmission. The loading wagon is also provided with a roller floor 11, which can be driven via a transmission housed in a gear box 12. This translation is shown individually in FIGS. 2 and 3.
As can be seen from the figures, the transmission present in the gear case 12 contains an axis 13 which runs transversely to the longitudinal direction of the carriage and which is mounted in a socket 13A.
At one end of the axle 13, a chain wheel 14 is fastened, which is fastened by a chain 15 to a chain wheel (not shown) fastened to the shaft 9. The chain 15 lies in a chain case 16 running along the underside of the carriage.
In order to enable a compact design of the chain case, the chain is also guided over a chain wheel 17 which is arranged in such a way that the distance between the two chain parts is smaller than the diameter of the chain wheel 14.
At the end of the axle 13 facing away from the chain wheel 14, a chain wheel 18 is attached, which is coupled to a chain wheel 2Q by means of a chain 19. The chain wheel 20 can be rotated about an axis 21 which is parallel to the axis 13 and fastened to the frame. The chain wheel 20 forms a whole with a cylindrical disk 22, the center line of which runs parallel to and at a certain distance from the center line of the axis 21, so that the cylindrical disk 22 is eccentric to the center line of the axis 21.
Furthermore, a bush 23 is mounted freely rotatable about the axis 21. A sprocket 24 is attached to the bush 23 and is connected by means of a chain 25 to a sprocket 26 attached to a drive axle 27 perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the carriage. Chain wheels 28, over which the chains 29 of the roller floor 11 run, are attached to the axle 27. U-shaped irons 30 which run transversely to the longitudinal direction of the carriage and form a part of the roller floor 11 are attached to these chains.
A ratchet wheel 31 is also attached to the axis 27, and an angle lever 32 is arranged freely rotatable about the axis 27. The angle lever 32 has two arms 33 and 34. The end of the arm 33 facing away from the axis 27 is close to the disk 22. At this end of the arm 32, an axis 35 parallel to the axis 21 is attached, about which a roller 36 is freely rotatable . A pawl 37 is freely rotatable about the end of the axle 35 which lies on the side of the arm 33 facing away from the roller 36. The end of a tension spring 38 is attached to the pawl 37, the other end of which is coupled to the angle lever 32 near the axis 27. A second tension spring 39 is connected at one end to the wall of the box 12, while the other end is attached to the arm 34 of the bell crank 32.
This spring always tries to turn the angle lever in the direction of arrow A.
At the end of the arm 34 facing away from the axis 27, a pin 40 parallel to the axis 27 is attached. The pin 40 is guided through an elongated hole 41 provided in the wall of the box 12.
The end of the pin 40 protruding from the box lies in an elongated hole 42A in the end of a coupling rod 42. The other end of the coupling rod 42 is connected to a lever 43 fastened to the pulling arm. The lever 43 can be rotated about an axis parallel to the axis 27 with respect to the pulling arm and is adjustable in several positions.
A locking peg 44 is also provided, which can be rotated about an axis 45 which is attached to the wall of the box 12 and parallel to the axis 27. One end of a tension spring 46 is coupled to the pawl and the other end of the tension spring is connected to the wall of the gear case 12 in such a way that the tension spring presses the end of the pawl 44 against the ratchet 31.
A spring-controlled locking pin 47 is mounted in the chain wheel 20 and the disk 22.
In the position shown in FIG. 3, the end of this locking pin lies in a hole in an eyelet 48 attached to the bushing 23. The end of the locking pin 47 protruding from the chain wheel is surrounded by a bushing 49, the end of which is beveled from the chain wheel 20 is. The end of the locking pin protruding from the socket is bent and rests on the inclined side of the socket 49.By rotating the locking pin about its longitudinal axis so that the bent end moves along the inclined side of the socket 49, the locking pin becomes in its longitudinal direction displaced such that the end of the locking pin is pulled out of the hole in the eyelet 48.
The operation of the above mechanism is as follows.
The loading wagon can be coupled to a tractor or a similar vehicle by means of the pulling arm 3. The cardan shaft 10 can be connected to the power take-off shaft of the vehicle. The collecting device 5, the conveyor device 6 and the floor conveyor 11 can thus be driven by the PTO shaft of the tractor. When the cardan shaft 10 is set in rotation, the axis 9 is also rotated by the gear ratio. Since the axle 9 is coupled to the axle 13 by the chain 15, the axle 13 also rotates.
When the locking pin 47 is guided into a position in which its end does not lie in the hole in the eyelet 48, only the chain wheel 20 is driven by the axis 13, while the chain wheel 24 is freely rotatable about the axis 21. Since the roller 36 rests on the eccentrically arranged disk 22, when the chain wheel 20 with the cam disk 22 attached to it rotates around the center line of the axis 21, the angle lever 32 will perform an oscillating movement about the axis 27. When the angle lever rotates about the axis 27 in a direction opposite to the arrow A, the ratchet wheel 31 is rotated by means of the pawl 37 attached to the angle lever 32 in a direction opposite to the arrow A, so that the floor conveyor over a certain distance in the direction of the arrow B is moved.
After the angle lever has rotated by means of the eccentric 22 over a certain distance against the direction of arrow A, the angle lever moves again in the direction of arrow A, the pawl 37 sliding over the teeth of the ratchet wheel 31. A rotation of the ratchet wheel 31 in the direction of arrow A is prevented by the pawl 44.
The angle through which the ratchet wheel 31 is rotated during one revolution of the chain wheel 20 can be set in that the angle lever 32 is rotated about the axis 27 by means of the lever 43 and the coupling rod 42. If the angle lever 32 is rotated by means of the lever 43 over a certain distance in a direction opposite to the arrow A, the ratchet wheel 31 is rotated through a smaller angle than when the angle lever assumes the position shown in the figure, since in this case the roller 36 lies at a greater distance from the axis 21. When the angle lever 32 is rotated in the direction of arrow A by means of the lever 43, the ratchet wheel 31 is rotated over a larger angle during one revolution of the chain wheel 20 than when the angle lever 32 assumes the position shown in the figure.
It is also possible to connect the chain wheel 21 to the chain wheel 24 by means of the locking pin 47. Since the chain wheel 24 is connected by the chain 25 to the chain wheel 26 connected to the axle 27, the roller floor is driven at constant speed at a constant speed of the PTO shaft. The ratchet wheel 31, which is also attached to the axle 27, rotates under the pawl 37, the peripheral speed of the ratchet wheel 31 being greater than the speed at which the pawl 37 is displaced in a direction opposite to the arrow A by means of the angle lever 32 so that this mechanism cannot jam when the floor conveyor is driven by the chain wheels 24 and 26 and the chain 25.
In order to make the locking pin 47 easily accessible, an opening is provided in the side wall of the gear case 12 which, during normal operation, is covered by a disc 50 which is pivotably attached to the gear case wall.
Using the construction described above, the floor conveyor can easily be driven at various speeds. The car is therefore particularly suitable for various purposes, such. B. for charging crop lying on the ground. In addition, the wagon can be unloaded automatically and can be used for spreading fertilizer, with spreading members being able to be attached to the rear of the wagon, with the fertilizer being fed to the spreading members by means of the roller floor.
It can furthermore be advantageous in certain cases to drive the floor conveyor intermittently, since with certain materials an improvement in the displacement is achieved in this case compared to the result of a constantly moving floor conveyor. It will be evident that in other ways, e.g. B. by two gear ratios, a drive mechanism can be obtained by means of which the floor conveyor can be driven at different speeds.
The construction shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 shows a loading wagon with a somewhat simpler drive for the roller floor. Corresponding items are identified in the same way.
In this embodiment, only one ratchet wheel 51, which is housed in a shielding box 52, is attached to the axis 27 of the roller floor.
Furthermore, an angle lever 53 is freely rotatable about the axis 27. The angle lever 53 has an arm 54, at the end of which a pawl 55 is pivotably attached. A tension spring 56, which presses the pawl against the circumference of the ratchet wheel 51, is arranged between the pawl 55 and a part of the angle lever located near the axis 27.
A second locking pawl 57 is pivotable about an axis 58 fastened to a wall of the screening box. A compression spring 59 is also attached, which presses one end of the pawl 57 against the circumference of the ratchet 51. The lever 53 has a second arm 60 in which a number of holes 61 are provided. A coupling rod 63 is connected to the angle lever by a pin 62 guided through one of these holes. The other end of the coupling rod 63 is pivotably coupled to a disk 64 attached to the axis 9 by means of an axis parallel to the axis 9.
When the axle 9 is driven via the intermediate axle, performs; (Let the coupling rod 63 move back and forth. This movement is transmitted to the angle lever 53, so that the ratchet wheel 51 is rotated in the direction of arrow C by means of the pawl 55. When the pawl 55 is moved in a direction opposite to the arrow C, rotation of the ratchet wheel in a direction opposite to arrow C is prevented by the pawl 57.
The angle of rotation of the ratchet wheel 51 during one revolution of the axis 9 depends on the point where the end of the coupling rod 63 is coupled to the arm 60 of the angle lever 53.
The closer the coupling point of the coupling rod 63 is to the axis 27, the greater the angle over which the ratchet wheel 51 is rotated, and the greater the distance over which the roller floor 11 is moved. In this way, a simple drive mechanism for the floor conveyor is achieved, while the speed of the floor conveyor is still adjustable.
