The invention relates to a circuit arrangement for selecting different-valued travel signal images on successive train travel signals in the direction of travel in which the relay groups assigned to the switches, signals and partial routes are connected to one another according to the track plan. Especially in train stations with long tracks and platforms, when there is a high traffic density it is desirable that several trains can enter the same train station track one after the other and stop there one after the other.
For this purpose, several consecutive partial routes are provided, which are mostly only separated by so-called track section signals, that is, signals without distant signals. Between these signals there are usually distances that are shorter than the braking distance of the trains arriving at Iden Bahnhof at the maximum permissible speed. When switching on a travel signal image on these track section signals, in addition to the length, the shape of the route, e.g. B. straight ahead, near turn-off or long-distance turn-off and - due to the lack of advance signals - the signal image of the signal following in the direction of travel are taken into account.
So it is a combined path-speed signaling required.
A circuit arrangement for multi-image signals in track switchgear is known, in which the relay groups assigned to the points are connected to one another according to the track plan. In this circuit arrangement, each end of a route is assigned a specific identifier which, after the route has been selected, is transmitted to the beginning of the route via one or more circuits or lines based on the track plan. The selected travel signal concept is dependent on whether the route leads over a junction or not.
For this purpose, however, several circuits modeled on the track plan and: thus: a correspondingly high contact effort in the relay groups of the partial routes are required. In addition, there must be different types of receiving devices for the various characteristics that are transmitted, for example, by current of different polarity or phase position or frequency, the beginning of the travel path, such. B. DC and phase or frequency sensitive AC relays assigned.
Furthermore, the method used therein is only suitable for entries from a main track into a station track without track section signals or for exits from a station track into a main line.
The invention is based on the object of selecting the required travel signal image for the particular route set in track plan signal boxes with track section signals Idas depending on the travel signal image of the signal ahead and thereby making do with as few circuits as possible according to the track plan.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that each signal is assigned at least two signal-dependent relays connected in series, which are switched on when setting train routes beginning at or beyond the relevant signal in the associated partial route relay group, depending on the potential of one of the relay group of the one ahead Signal coming line, which is connected between these relays and -ideren potential of the connected:
The signal aspect of the signal ahead is dependent on, remain attracted or fall and with their contacts, in cooperation with contacts whose position depends on the set route, select a control relay for the travel signal picture to be switched on.
The advantage of a circuit arrangement according to the invention is that only one line connected according to the track plan is required for the dependence on the signal patterns of the signal ahead. The dependency of the signal image to be switched on on the set route, on the other hand, can only be established in partial circuits that belong to the train route relay groups for the individual partial routes.
An embodiment or invention is shown in [FIGS. 1 to 4 of the drawing and explained below: FIG. 1 shows a section of the track plan of a train station with Aden switches 1 to 8, the entry signal A, the exit advance signal a and the track section signals B. to E for train journeys from track X to mainline track Y. Shunting signals for these journeys and the corresponding signals for journeys in the opposite direction: are not shown. The distances between the signals A to E, which follow one another directly from left to right, are said to be smaller than the maximum braking distance required for the maximum permissible train speed.
2 shows schematically the points relay groups up to W 1 to W8 assigned to points 1 to 8 and interconnected according to the track plan. These contain, in a known manner, all switching means that are required when setting routes for the order, locking and unlocking of the lock of the switch in question and for ensuring the flank protection. To set and monitor the Si signals shown in Fig. 1 z and A to E, the Ausfahrvorsignalrelais group Sa, the entry signal relay group SA and the track section signal relay groups SB to SE are seen before, which are controlled by the partial route relay groups FA to FE. The signal relay group SY belongs to a block signal (not shown) on track Y.
In the case of a route setting order, which is given, for example, by pressing a start or destination button assigned to the start and destination of the route, the admissibility check of the required setting orders is carried out first. If this is permissible, the wrongly positioned switches to be driven on and the protective switches will be moved and all switches used by the route will be closed. In this case, the switch relay groups of the switch to be driven on switch through circuits that correspond to the set route in switching networks that are modeled on the track plan.
The individual train route relay groups check whether the conditions for switching on a travel signal image to (the associated signal are met. The relevant part of the route is then defined and the control relay for the signal image selected in the associated signal relay group of the invention wesent union circuits and the switching operations taking place in these for selecting the signal image dependent on the route and the signal ahead are explained with reference to FIG.
The subcircuits shown in these figures are intended for a signal system in which the signal images consist of one or more colored signal lights and indicate the following signal terms: Green (gn): Drive free.
Green / yellow (gn / ye): Drive freely with speed limit.
Yellow / yellow (violin): Drive carefully, stop at the next signal.
Red (rt): Stop.
The signal aspect gn should only be switched on at the track section signals B to E if; the signal aspect gn on is switched on at the signal ahead and no branching line of turnouts has to be traveled up to this signal. For driving over a junction, on the other hand, instead of the signal aspect gn. The signal aspect gn / ge should be switched on. The travel signal aspect gn / ge should also only be able to be switched on, regardless of the course of the route, if the travel signal aspect gn / ge or violin is switched on at the signal ahead, while the third least significant travel signal aspect geige should be switched on when the signal ahead changes the stop signal aspect shows.
When entering via the straight line, the switch 1, at the entry signal A in the stop signal image rt of the signal B following in a shortened braking distance, only the signal image geige and the signal image gn should always be switched on for all travel signal images of the signal B. When entering via the branching line of switch 1, the signal aspect gn / ge should always appear at the entry signal A and thus indicate that a branch is being traveled in the route ahead until the following signal or D.
Depending on the signal pattern of the next signal B, C or D , the following signal patterns are provided at the exit pre-signal a: gn / gn at gn at B, C or D, gn / ge at gn / ge or ge / ge at B, C or D, violin at rt at C or D.
The pre-exit signal a should be dark, i.e. all signal lights should be switched off if the length of the set travel distance to the next signal with the stop signal image switched on is shorter than the required braking distance. In the exemplary embodiment, this is only or the case when entering the track section in front of signal B, since an exit pre-signal is only provided here.
The sub-circuits shown in Fig. 3a and 3b show more details of the relay groups FA and SA and FB and SB. From the relay groups FC to FE </ I > as well as SC to SE and SY, only those current branches are shown which are required for the dependence of the signal aspect to be connected to the previous signal. The circuit structure and the mode of operation of the relay groups FC to FE and SC to SE correspond to those of the relay group FB or SB , so that their complete representation can be dispensed with.
The relay group FA is also equipped with the same relays as the relay group FB. Only the way in which relay group FA works is changed compared to the other train route relay groups by inserting or removing switching bridges K1 to K6 so that it is adapted to the requirements for controlling the entry signal A and the exit signal a. Because the relay groups FA to FE or SA to SE and SY are similarly fitted, the same reference numerals have been used in FIGS. 3a and 3b for the switching means that correspond to one another.
A precise representation of the partial circuits of the relay groups W1 to W8 for the switches 1 to 8 lying between the signals A to E has been dispensed with in the interests of a clear representation. Via these subcircuits, the subcircuits FA to FE shown are connected to one another by several circuit networks with lines L1 and L2 mach .dem: track flat. In the example assumed, line L3 is only required between the relay groups, FA and FB, since only signal B follows signal A in the shortened braking distance.
In the Fahrstrassenrelaisgruppan FA to FE, so-called signal dependency relays R1 and R2 are seen, the switching state of which is dependent on the potential or line L1 apart from the switching contacts V1 and SF3. When setting up a route, this potential is dependent on the signal image of the signal in front of it, as will be explained in more detail. The relays R1 and R2 each have two windings 11 and 12 or 21 and 22. The windings 11 and 21 are connected in series. A line is connected between them and is connected to the line L1 via the windings 12 and 22 connected in parallel and the contact SF2.
Depending on the signal pattern of the signal following in the direction of travel, this leads to no potential, plus potential or minus potential. The winding sense of the windings 11, 12, 21 and 22 is indicated by the designations I and II. The relays R1 and R2 respond when a winding or both windings in the direction I-II have direct current flowing through them. They fall off or stay off if their windings are traversed by current in opposite directions. If, for example, the contact V1 is closed when the contact SF3 is open, both relays R1 and R2 respond via their coils 11 and 21 connected in series in the same direction.
If the contacts SF2 and SF3 are closed: the switching status of these relays depends on the potential of the line L1. If this line has no potential, both relays will respond. If it carries minus or plus potential, the windings 12 and 22 turn in opposite directions. At negative potential, the relay R2 responds, since its two windings 21 and 22 are traversed by current in the direction I-II. The relay R1 drops out, current flows through its winding 11 in the direction I-II and its winding 12 in the direction II-I. If there is positive potential on line L1, relay R1 responds, while relay R2 drops out.
If, for example, an entry route for a train is to be set from track X to track section signal B, then pressing the start and destination buttons for the route to be set will initially be in all sub-route relay groups of those sub-routes that belong to the route to be set, i.e. in the train route relay group FA, the functionality of the signal dependent relays R1 and R2 checked.
For this purpose, contacts V1 and V2 are temporarily made. In these groups, the series-connected windings 11 and 21 of the relays R1 and R2 are switched on via contact V1, so that these relays respond. In doing so, they activate circuits that are not shown (through which further subsequent switching processes are triggered or initiated, which are the prerequisite for defining the route and selecting the signal image. The admissibility of the route setting order is also checked.
If this is admissible, the necessary switch-setting orders are triggered and all switches to be used for the entire route are locked. As a result, contacts of relays, not shown, are closed in the sub-circuits of the route belonging to the route, to be driven turnouts, whose armature position must be checked before switching on a travel signal image, z. B. of the correct switch position, the Wei chenverschluß and the existing flank protection dependent contacts.
When the anchor is in the correct position, line L1 is switched through by these contacts from the partial route relay group assigned to the starting point of the route, i.e. from group FA, to the partial route relay group assigned to the destination, i.e. to group FB.
If the dependency relays R1 and R2 have worked properly in all the partial route relay groups belonging to the route to be set, contact S1 is closed in the partial route relay group assigned to the beginning of the route and contact Z1 is closed in the partial route relay group assigned to the end of the route. If the line L1 is properly connected and free of plus or minus potential, then in these partial route relay groups: the test relays P respond and switch the start and destination relays (not shown) into the active position.
As a result, in the relay group FA assigned to the starting point, the contacts SF1 to SF3 of the starting point setting relay and in the relay group FB assigned to the target point, the contacts ZF1 to ZF4 of the target point setting relay are actuated. Furthermore, the contacts V1 and V2 are switched to the position shown with a delay.
The test relays P of the relay groups FA and FB are switched off by the contact ZF1 of the relay group FB. Via the contact ZF2, a potential is applied to the part of the line L1 leading to the relay group FA, which is dependent on the signal aspect connected to signal B. In the case of the signal image gn, the positive potential would be via the contact US1 of a monitoring relay (not shown) and: in the case of the signal images gn / ge and geige, negative potential would be applied to the line L1 via the contact US2 or US3. For the route to be set only up to signal B, this shows the signal image rt. The contacts US1 to US3 are open, so that there is no potential on the line L1.
Therefore, when the contacts SF2 and SF3 in the relay group FA are closed, both relays R1 and R2 remain energized and their contacts R11 to R13 and R21 to R25 remain in the other position.
Furthermore, in the circuit according to FIG. 3a, when the relay P responds, through their contacts P1 located in series in the line L3, the active control winding 31, a further signal-dependent relay R3 of the relay group FA is switched on. This is a bistable relay, e.g. B. support, toggle or stick relay, formed and has two reset windings 32 and 33. By responding to this relay, the contacts R31 to R34 are operated in the relay group FA.
The contact R31 switches on the Lei device L2 and the previously closed contact ZF3 in the relay group FB, the active control winding 31 of the relay R3, which operates its contacts R32 to R34 and other contacts not shown. The route supervisor (not shown) for the part of the route starting at signal A can respond via a circuit network (not shown), which is modeled on the track system, in relay group FA and switch on a route signal setting relay (not shown) that is assigned to the route straight ahead via the right strand of switch W1 is and in the circuit of Fig. 3a: the contacts FS11 and FS12 be actuated.
The switching of these contacts remains ineffective in this case, since when relay R3 of relay group FA is active, contact R32 is open and prevents the switching on of the signal setting relays SS1 and SS2 for the higher-order travel signal images gn and gn / ge.
When the contact R33 of the relay group FA closes, the relay group SA uses the closed contact V2 and the contacts R33, R13 and R23 in series, which have been closed by the signal-dependent relays R1 to R3 , the signal control relay SS3 and switches the signal image ge / ge on, signal A in not shown circuits. Furthermore, further contacts of the signal dependency relays R1 to R3 of the relay group FA in circuits not shown mean that no stop or travel signal image is displayed on the advance signal a or the signal image that may have been displayed previously is deleted as long as the signal B following in the direction of travel in the shortened braking distance shows the stop signal image rt.
If the route is driven on and is hereby resolved, the contacts S1, SF1 to SF3 as well as FS11 and FS12 in the relay group FA are brought back into the position shown. Relays R1 and R2 drop out and switch off signal relay SS3 through their contacts R13 and R23. Furthermore, the reset winding 33 of the relay R3 is switched on via the contacts R11 and R21 and R34 and ZF3 and this is reset to the position shown. In the relay group FB, the contacts Z1 and ZF1 to ZF4 are brought back into the position shown when the route is dissolved, the contact ZF5 resetting the relay R3 of this relay group by switching on the return winding.
If, for example, the part of the route beginning at signal B can be set to signal C before the train passes by signal A, then when the associated start and destination buttons are pressed for this part of the route, corresponding switching operations are initially performed. In the relay group FB, the signal dependent relays R1 and R2 are initially switched on via contact V1. Then contact Z1 in this relay group and contact S1 in relay group FC are closed.
After the test relay P of these two relay groups has responded, contacts FS11 and FS12 of the route signal setting relay for the route that continues straight ahead and contacts SF1 to SF3 of the start point of this relay group are actuated in the relay group FB. Contacts ZF1 and ZF2 are actuated in relay group FC. When the stop signal image of the signal C is switched on, the contacts US1 to US3 in the relay group SC are open, so that there is no potential on the part of the line L1 that is switched through between the relay groups FC and FB. Therefore, both relays R1 and R2 in relay group FB remain energized when contact SF2 is closed.
Your contacts R13 and R23 then switch on the signal setting relay SS3: regardless of the armature position of the relay R3, since the contact R33 is short-circuited by the contact bridge K3, so that the signal image appears violin on signal B. The signal setting relays SS1 and SS2 and the reset winding 33 of the relay R3 remain de-energized because both contacts R11 and R21 are open.
The relay R3 is reset by its reset winding 32, which is switched on when the route monitor (not shown) for partial routes starting at signal B is triggered via its contact FU1 and contact ZF4.
When the signal aspect geige is switched on at the signal B , the contact US3 is closed in the signal group SB , so that the part of the line L1 leading to the relay group FA is negative. As a result, the relay R 1 drops in this relay group, while the relay R2 remains energized.
The signal setting relay SS3 is switched off by contact R13, which opens when relay R1 drops out. The reset winding 33 of the relay R3 is switched on via the contact R11, which closes at the same time, and the contacts R34 and ZF5, so that it and its contacts again assume the initial position shown. Via the contact R32 and the contacts FS11 and FS22 the standing relay SS1 of the relay group SA now receives the response current and switches on the travel signal image gn at the entry signal A. Furthermore, contacts of the signal dependency relay R2, which is still activated, switch on the signal aspect gn / ge at the entry pre-signal a. This indicates that a speed-limiting travel signal image is switched on at signal B ahead.
If the part of the route is also from signal C
EMI0005.0003
closed. When it responds to signal B, the control relay SS2 switches the travel signal aspect green / yellow on. Since the thereby closing contact US2 puts minus potential on the part of the line L1 leading to the relay group FA, the signal image gn remains on at signal A and the signal gn / ge remains on at the advance signal a.
If the route branching off in switch 3 were set, the control relay SS2 would respond via the contacts FS12 and FS21 if relay R1 dropped out and relay R2 was energized. The open contact R24 prevents the signal relay SS1 from responding to the most significant travel signal image, regardless of the course of the route, as long as one of the speed-limiting travel signal images ge / ge and gn / ge is switched on at the signal ahead.
The signal aspects mentioned above remain switched on at the signals a, A and B even if the exit road starting at signal E is placed in track Y and the block signal ahead is the Stop signal image red or the travel signal image ge / ge or gn / ge for a speed-limiting signal aspect. Then there is either no potential or negative potential on the part of the line L1 connected to the signal group SY, whereby in the relay group FE either both relays R1 and R2 (no potential) remain energized or only the relay R2 (negative potential) remains energized.
In both cases, the signal aspect gn / ge is or remains switched on at the previous signals C, B and a and the signal aspect gn at signal A. Only when the block signal shows the signal aspect gn and the relay group SY is set via the contact US1 plus potential to the up to: to the signal E showing the signal aspect rt, then in a corresponding manner as it is for the selection of the signal aspect at signal B in Ab dependence on the signal aspect of signal C was described, the signal aspect ge / ge switched on at signal C. Then there is negative potential across the contact US3 on the part of the line L1 leading from the relay group FC to the relay group FB. In the relay group FB this causes the signal dependency relay R1 to drop out, while the signal dependency relay R2 remains energized.
Therefore the signal relay SS3 in the signal relay group SB is switched off by contact R13. In the part of their response circuits common to the standing relays SS1 and SS2, contact R11 is now closed from the two parallel, previously open contacts R11 and R21. In the circuits leading to the control relays SS1 and SS2 with the contacts FS11, FS12, FS21 and FS22 , which are dependent on the travel distance, is now over; the switching bridge K6 and the contact R25, the circuit line L1 is connected, can the signals E, C and B, the signal aspect gn can also be switched on.
If, for example, the contact US1 is closed in the relay group SC, so that the positive potential is on the part of the line L1 connected to the relay group FB instead of the negative potential, then the relay R1 picks up, because its two windings 11 and 12 in the direction I. -II are flowed through by current, on the other hand, there falls the previously attracted relay R2 from, since its winding 21 in the direction I-II and its winding 22 in the direction II-I is traversed by current. The signal control relay SS2 is switched off by the open contact R25 and the signal control relay SS1 is switched on by the closed contact R24. As a result, the signal aspect gn appears on signal B instead of the signal aspect gn / ge.
Then the contact US2 opens in the relay group SB and the contact US1 switches positive potential to the line L1 connected to the relay group FA, so that there the relay R1 picks up and the relay R2 drops out. Since the contact R24 is short-circuited by the switching bridge K2, the signal setting relay SS1 in the relay group SA was already energized and the signal aspect gn was switched on at the signal.
Due to contacts (not shown) of the relay R2 that has dropped out and the relay R1 that has been picked up, the green / green signal is switched on at the entrance signal instead of the green / yellow signal.
If the entry road starting at signal A is set via switches 1, 2, 5 and 4 up to signal D showing the signal pattern rt, then line L1 from this partial route relay group is switched over after relays R1 and R2 of relay group FA respond the turnout relay groups W1, W2, W5 and W4 are switched through to the partial route relay group FD.
After this line has been tested by the test relays P of these two route relay groups, the contacts SF1 to SF3 of the starting point fixture and the contacts FS21 and FS22 of the route signaling device are actuated in the relay group FA for trips via the branching line of switch 1. In the relay group FD, the contacts ZF1 and ZF2 of the target point setting relay are activated. Then speak in the relay group FA relays R1 and R2 depending on the potential that the contacts US1 to US3 of the relay group SD put on the through-th part of the line L1.
The relay R3 remains in the basic position shown, since the line L3 is not routed to the route relay group FD. This is also not necessary because the normal braking distance should be present between signals A and D. In this case, the relays R1 and R2 always turn on the signal image on the exit advance signal a, which corresponds to the signal image of the signal ahead Si. In this case, the signal aspect ge / ge cannot be switched on at the entry signal A, since the contact R33 in the circuit of the signal setting relay SS3 remains open.
Rather, the signal aspect gn / ye always appears there, since contact R32 remains closed in relay group FA and when the route is set via the branching line of switch 1, contacts FS21 and FS22 </ I> must be actuated so that only the signal relay SS2 can respond. This is also the case when the detour route from signal A to signal C is set via switches 1, 2, 5 and 6. Then only the signal image on the Einfahrvor signal a instead of the signal image of the signal D is dependent on the signal image of the signal C.
When setting the route from signal A via switches 1, 3, and 4 to signal D and possibly further via switches 7 and 8 to signal E, the signal aspects at the exit pre-signal a and at signal A are again dependent on signal B. selected as previously described. The signal aspects at signal B are then dependent on the signal aspect at signal D. In this course of the route that branches off at switch 3, contacts FS21 and FS22 are actuated in relay group FB instead of contacts FS11 and FS12. If both relays R1 and R2 remain energized in this relay group, their contacts R13 and R23 actuate the signal setting relay SS3, which turns on the signal image ge / ge.
The current circuit associated with the control relays SS1 and SS2 for the higher-order travel signal images gn / ge and gn is in parallel with the contacts R11 and R12, R21 and R22 and the switching bridges K4 and K5 lying contacts interrupted. If only one of the relays R1 and R2 remains energized, the signal setting relay SS2 for the signal aspect gn / ge is always switched on via the contacts R11 and R22 or R21 and R12 as well as FS12 and FS21. The signal setting relay SS1 for the most significant travel signal aspect gn can do not respond because contacts FS11 and FS22 and either contact R24 or contact R25 are interrupted.
A route can be set from the outset that stretches over several partial routes, e.g. B. from signal A to signal E, the ability of the Signalab dependent relays R1 and R2 to work is first checked in all associated partial route relay groups FA to FC. Then contact S1 in relay group FA and contact Z1 in relay group FE are closed and the line L1 connected between them is checked for continuity and freedom from potential by the test relays P of these two relay groups.
Then the starting point setting relay in the relay group FA, the target point setting relay in the relay group FE and the start and the target point setting relay in the relay groups FB and FC are operated. Through its contacts, the switched line L1 is separated into as many parts as there are partial routes belonging to the route. Each of these parts is switched through in the relay group assigned to the signal dependency relays R1 and R2 in the relay group assigned to the beginning of the relevant partial route and in the relay group of the partial route following in the direction of travel to the contacts US1 to US3. This separation ensures that the signal dependency relays R1 and R2 only depend on the signal aspect of the signal ahead.
The selection of the signal aspects for the individual signals A, a, B and C then takes place in the manner already described.
The signal dependency relays R1 and R2 need not necessarily each have two windings. It is also possible to dispense with the windings 12 and 22 and to connect the line L1 directly between the windings 11 and 21 via the contact SF2. Then the winding 11 is short-circuited when the line is negative potential and the winding 12 is short-circuited when the line is positive. The relays R1 and R2 also work in the manner described. However, they have to be dimensioned for a higher thermal load, since if one relay is short-circuited, the current in the other relay increases to twice the value.
Furthermore, it is possible to provide more than two signal dependency relays and to control them differently for each signal aspect of the signal ahead via just one line of a circuit network simulating the track system. Fig. 4 shows a corresponding example of a driving road relay group FF with four relays R4 to R7, which are fed via valve cells V4 to V7 in a known manner with alternating current half-waves.
A line L4 is connected between the relays, the alternating potential of which via the contacts U4 to U7 and the valve cells V40 to V70 of the signal relay group SG depends on the image of the associated signal. When the line is floating, all four relays R4 to R7 respond. If one of the contacts U4 to U7 is closed, the relay and the valve cell with the same appended number are short-circuited during the relevant half-waves, so that the relay drops out. If the contacts U4 and U6 or U7 or U5 and U6 or U7 are closed at the same time, both relays are de-energized.
In this way, apart from the status "all contacts U4 to U7 open, eight different switching statuses with only one or two closed at the same time - can be used in the relay group SG Contacts are used to control the signal dependency relays R4 to R7 of relay group FF differently via line L4.
The invention is not only applicable to the signal system explained for example. It can also be used for railway systems, in which additional signals, such. B. speed or track number indicators are provided.
