Möbelstück mit rechteckigem Rahmen und mit Beinen Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Möbelstück, bei dem ein aus hochkant gestellten Brettern gebildeter rechteckiger Rahmen an seinen Ecken mit Beinen versehen ist.
Das erfindungsgemässe Möbelstück ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, das an jeder Ecke des Rahmens ein aus einem Abschnitt einer Profilschiene bestehendes Verbindungsglied mit achssymmetrischem Profil vor handen ist, das einen Wurzelteil hat, von dem zwei zueinander winkelrechte Schenkel und ein in der Mitte des Winkels von 270 zwischen diesen Schen keln gelegener Steg ausstrahlen, wobei dieser Steg in einem Deckteil endet, der zwei Schenkel hat, die zum einen bzw.
anderen der vorgenannten Schenkel parallel verlaufen, wobei ferner der Wurzelteil eine T-Nut hat, die auf seiner vom Steg abgewendeten Seite ausmündet, dass ferner die einheitlich ausgebil deten Enden der Rahmenbretter je eine Nut haben, mit der sie auf einen Verbindungsglied-Wurzelteil- schenkel aufgesteckt sind, wobei die auf der Aussen seite der Nut gelegene Zinke am Steg und an der In nenseite des zum Wurzelteilschenkel parallelen Deckteilschenkels anliegt, und dass jedes zu einer Rahmenecke gehörende Bein mittels mindestens einer Schraube,
deren Kopf in die T-Nut des zugehö rigen Verbindungsgliedes eingreift und die im übrigen das Bein diametral durchsetzt und eine Mutter trägt, gegen die auf der Rahmen-Innenseite gelegenen Zin ken der beiden zur betreffenden Rahmenecke gehö renden Rahmenbrett-Enden gespannt ist.
Wenn es sich beim Möbelstück z. B. um einen Tisch oder ein Tabourett handelt, so ist der Rahmen der Träger der Tischplatte bzw. der Sitzplatte. Die erfindungsgemässe Ausbildung ermöglicht es, die Fabrikation dadurch zu rationalisieren, dass schon vor Eingang bestimmter Aufträge Rahmenbretter verschiedener Länge auf Vorrat angefertigt werden und dass später solche Rahmenbretter mit Hilfe der Verbindungsglieder zu Rahmen zusammengefügt werden, welche mit oder ohne die zugehörige Tisch- bzw. Sitzplatte noch leicht stapelbar und transpor tierbar sind;
die Beine werden dann erst zuletzt mittels der Schrauben und Muttern an den Rahmen anger bracht.
Beiliegende Zeichnung stellt ein Ausführungsbei spiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes soweit dar, als dies für das Verständnis der Erfindung erforderlich er scheint.
Die einzige Figur ist eine perspektivische Ansicht eines Teiles eines Möbelstückes, mit Abschnitten zweier Rahmenbretter, eines Beines und der zur Ver bindung dieser Bauelemente Verwendung findenden Bauteile.
Das Möbelstück weist einen rechteckigen Rah men auf, der hochkantgestellte Rahmenbretter wie 1 und 2 hat, deren Enden einheitlich ausgebildet sind. Zur Verbindung der Rahmenbretter an den Rahmen ecken finden Verbindungsglieder wie 3 Verwen dung, die je aus einem Abschnitt einer Profilschiene mit achssymmetrischem Profil bestehen. Jedes solche Verbindungsglied 3 hat einen Wurzelteil 4, von dem zwei zu einander winkelrecht stehende Schenkel 5 und 6 und ein in der Mitts des Winkels von 270 zwischen diesen Schenkeln gelegener Steg 7 ausstrah len; dieser Steg 7 endet in einem Deckteil 8, der zwei Schenkel 8a, 8b hat, die zum einen bzw. anderen der vorgenannten Schenkel 5, 6 parallel verlaufen.
Fer ner hat der Wurzelteil eine T-Nut 9, die auf seiner vom Steg 7 abgewendeten Seite ausmündet.
Die einheitlich ausgebildeten Enden der Rahmen bretter 1, 2 haben je eine Nut la bzw. 2a, mit der sie auf den entsprechenden Wurzelteilschenkel 5 bzw. 6 aufgesteckt sind; dabei liegt die auf der Aussenseite der Nut 1a bzw.<I>2a</I> gelegene Zinke 1b bzw. <I>2b</I> am Steg 7 und an der Innenseite des zugehörigen Deck teilschenkels 8a bzw. 8b an, wogegen die rechtwinklig zur Rahmenbrettlänge zugeschnittene Stirnfläche der inneren Zinke 1c bzw.
2c an einer entsprechenden, zur Symmetrieebene des Verbindungsgliedes 3 unter 45 geneigten Anschlagfläche des Wurzelteiles 4 an- liegt.
Jedes zu einer Rahmenecke gehörende Bein 10 besteht vorzugsweise aus einem Metallrohrabschnitt. Jedes Bein 10 ist mittels mindestens einer Schraube 11 (im gezeigten Beispiel sind es deren zwei) deren Kopf 11a in die T-Nut 9 des zugehörigen Verbin- dungsgliedes eingreift und die im übrigen das Bein 10 diametral durchsetzt und eine Mutter 12 trägt, gegen die auf der Rahmeninnenseite gelegenen. Zinken 1c,
2c der beiden zur betreffenden Rahmenecke gehö renden Rahmenbrett-Enden gespannt. Im gezeigten Beispiel ist zwischen dem Bein und den Muttern 12 ein Auflagestück 13 mit konkaver, sich an die Aus senmantelfläche des Beines anschmiegender Auflage fläche eingesetzt.
Die gezeigte und beschriebene Konstruktion ist aus den eingangs erwähnten Gründen sehr wirt- schaftlich. Die Wirtschaftlichkeit wird noch dadurch erhöht, dass bei verschieden grossen Rahmen stets einheitlich ausgebildete und dimensionierte Verbin dungsglieder 3 verwendet werden können, die, wie schon erwähnt, Abschnitte einer Profilschiene sind, welche im Strangpressverfahren mit geringen Kosten hergestellt werden kann. Die gezeigte Konstruktion ist auch sehr solid, trotz der leichten Abnehmbarkeit der Beine.
