Lösbare, insbesondere an Möbeln verwendbare Verbindung von Bauteilen Die Erfindung betrifft eine Variantc der den Gegenstand des Hauptpatentes bildenden lösbaren, insbesondere an Möbeln, wie Tischen, Stühlen, Gestel len, Schülerpulten usw., verwendbaren Verbindung von Bauteilen, von welchen einer als Vierkantprofil ausgebil det ist und wenigstens ein anderer mit einer Stirnseite an der Längsseite des Profils ansteht und senkrecht zu demselben mittels eines Zugankers befestigt ist.
Bei dem Vierkantprofil handelte es sich bisher vorzugsweise um ein metallenes Vierkant-Metallhohlpro- fil, dessen Längsseite oder -seiten, an denen der bzw. die andern Bauteile mit ihrer Stirnseite anstehen, an der Verbindungsstelle mit einer Gewindebohrung für den Zuganker-Schraubenbolzen versehen waren.
Da diese Verbindungsart aber auch bei hölzernen Vierkantstangen, wie Stuhl- und Tischbeinen, wünschbar und hinsichtlich des vergleichsweise geringen Zeitauf wandes bei der Montage oder Demontage verteilhaft wäre ist eine möglichst einfache, preislich billige Lösung angestrebt worden, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass bei hölzerner Vierkantstange ihre Verbindungsstelle oder -stellen durch ein an der Stange befestigtes Flächenbe schläge gebildet ist, das an jeder Verbindungsstelle von einer Gewindebohrung für den darin einzuschraubenden Zuganker durchquert ist.
Anschliessend ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfin dungsgegenstandes anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung näher erläutert, welche eine perspektivische Ansicht der Verbindung eines Vierkant-Holzbeins mit zwei Zargen teilen zeigt.
Das Vierkant-Holzbein 1, z. B. eines Tisches oder Hockers, ist auf zwei aneinandergrenzenden Längsseiten 2 mit einem Flächenbeschläge 3 versehen, das vorzugs weise aus einem Winkelprofil-Schienenstück besteht und an den beiden Beinlängsseiten 2 anliegend mit Holz schrauben 4 befestigt ist. In beiden Schenkeln 5 des Beschläges 3 ist zwischen den Schrauben 4 eine Gewindebohrung 6 senkrecht zur Schenkelfläche vorge- sehen.
Ein mit seiner Stirnseite an der einen der Längsseiten 2 anstehender Zargenteil 7 weist eine zur Gewindebohrung 6 koaxiale Bohrung 8 und an deren Innenende eine etwa halbzylindrische Ausnehmung 9 auf. Anstelle der Bohrung 8 und Ausnehmung 9 könnte aber eine Nut bzw. eine Bohrung vorgesehen sein. Vor dem Zusammenbau des Zargenteils 7 mit dem Bein 1 wird ein an beiden Enden mit Gewinde versehener Zugankerbolzen 10 in die Bohrung 8 eingeschoben.
Beim Anbringen des Zargenteils 2 am Bein 1 wird der Bolzen 10 mit seinem Aussenende in die Gewindeboh rung 6 eingeschraubt, auf sein in der Ausnehmung 9 zugängliches Innenende eine Unterlagscheibe 11 und eine Schraubenmutter 12 aufgesetzt und die letztere mit tels eines Schraubenschlüssels fest angezogen.
Um den Zargenteil 7 am Drehen um die Achse des Bolzens 10 zu verhindern, können die Schenkel 5 des Beschläges 3 nur um .einen Teil ihrer Wandstärke in die Längsseiten 2 des Beins 1 oder überhaupt nicht eingelassen sein, während die Stirnseite des Zargenteils einen mit dem Längsrand des Schenkels 5 zusammenwir kenden Falz 13 aufweist. Der Zargenteil könnte aber auch infolge seiner festen Verbindung mit einer Tisch platte oder einem Hockersitz undrehbar gehalten sein, so dass das Beschläge auch vollständig mit den Längsseiten des Beins fluchtend eingelassen sein könnte.
Um als Zuganker einen Schraubenbolzen mit Mehr kantkopf verwenden und leicht in die Bohrung 8 einführen zu können, kann die letztere wie die Ausnehmung 9 auf der gleichen Innenseite des Zargen teils bis gegen deren Stirnseite über wenigstens einen Teil der Länge als offener Schlitz ausgebildet sein.
