Description

  

  Élément de     construction       La présente     invention    a pour objet un élément  de construction,     caractérisé    par deux     profilés        m6tal-          liques    identiques fixés     symétriquement    par     des     moyens à     crans,

      de part     .et    d'autre d'au     moins    une  pièce     intermédiaire    en matière     isolante    de la chaleur  en ménageant entre eux un espace vide de manière  à     former        unélément        creux.     



  Le dessin     annexé        représente,    à titre d'exemple,  une     forme        d'exécution    de l'élément de     construction     faisant     l'objet    de la présente     invention.     



  La     fig.    1 est une coupe     transversale    de cette  forme d'exécution.  



  La     fig.    2 est une coupe semblable à la     fig.    1  d'une     variante.     



       L'élément    de     construction        représenté    à la     fig.    1  comporte deux profilés     métalliques    1, 2 identiques,  par exemple en     aluminium,        fixés    sur des     pièces    inter  médiaires 3 et 4     symétriquement    par rapport au     plan     médian     A-A        parallèle    aux bases 5     et        b    des     profilés    1  et 2 respectivement.

   A     cet    :effet, chaque profilé 1 et  2 a une forme générale en U     et    présente     entre    les  deux     branches    du U deux gorges l', 1" et 2', 2"     res-          pectivement,    avec cran c     pour    la     réception    de     saillies          correspondantes    3', 4' respectivement 3" et 4" des       pièces        intermédiaires    3 et 4.

       Ces        saillies    portent éga  lement chacune un cran c' destiné à     venir        s'accrocher     au cran c .de     .la    gorge de     réception    du     profilé    cor  respondant.  



  Les pièces intermédiaires 3 et 4 sont en une ma  tière isolante de la     chaleur,    ménageant entre les pro  filés 1 et 2 un espace vide 8 et     formant    ainsi un élé-    ment     creux.    Chaque     pièce        intermédiaire        présente    des  ouvertures 7     mettant    en     communication    l'intérieur de       l'élément        avec        l'atmosphère.     



  Les     :profilés    1 et 2     présentent        chacun    des     rainures          Zongitudinales    N et n pour la     réception.    d'autres pro  filés (non     représentés).     



  Dans la     variante    de la     fig.    2, les gorges 10', 10",  20', 20" des     profilés    10 :et 20 sont adjacentes au  fond 11     respectivement    12     de    ces     profilés.    Les     pièces          intermédiaires    13 et 14     présentent    des     ailes    13', 14'  plus     larges    que     celles    des     pièces    3     et    4,

   ces     ailes     étant     reliées    par une     nervure        centrale    15, 16 respec  tivement coutre     laquelle        viennent        s'appliquer    les ex  trémités     repliées    à     angle        droit    des branches du U  des     profilés    10     et    20.  



       Comme        dans    la forme     d'exécution        précédente,     les     ailes    13' et 14' sont munies de crans     destinés    à       venir        s'accrocher    à des     crans        correspondants    des gor  ges de     réception    10',     10",et    20', 20"     respectivement.     



       L'élément    de     construction        décrit    est     utilisé        avan-          tageusement    pour les     cadres    de fenêtres ou de portes,  les     pièces        intermédiaires    en     .matière    isolante servant  à     empêcher    la     @transmission    de     chaleur    de l'extérieur  à     l'intérieur    de la     construction    et vice versa.

       Il        pourra          cependant        également    être     utilisé    dans la     construction     de parois     isolantes    ou autres à     l'intérieur    d'un     bâti-          ment.

       The construction element shown in FIG. 1 comprises two identical metal profiles 1, 2, for example made of aluminum, fixed to intermediate pieces 3 and 4 symmetrically with respect to the median plane A-A parallel to the bases 5 and b of the profiles 1 and 2 respectively.

   To this end, each section 1 and 2 has a general U-shape and has two grooves 1 ', 1 "and 2', 2" between the two branches of the U, respectively, with notch c for receiving corresponding projections 3 ', 4' respectively 3 "and 4" of the intermediate pieces 3 and 4.

       These projections also each carry a notch c 'intended to catch on the notch c .de .the receiving groove of the corresponding profile.

       The described building element is advantageously used for window or door frames, the intermediate pieces of insulating material serving to prevent the transmission of heat from the outside to the inside of the building and vice versa.
