  Vorrichtung zum Antrieb von in einer geschlossenen Bahn umlaufenden Förderorganen mit in einzelnen Bahnabschnitten veränderlicher Geschwindigkeit
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Antrieb von in einer geschlossenen Bahn mit geradlinigen Bahnabschnitten umlaufenden, das Fördergut aufnehmenden Förderorganen mit einer vorbestimmten, in einzelnen Bahnabschnitten veränderlichen Geschwindigkeit, bei konstanter Drehzahl der Antriebsorgane.



   Es ist bereits eine solche Vorrichtung bekannt, die ein endloses, kontinuierlich umlaufendes bandförmiges Organ aufweist und bei der die Transportorgane an bestimmten Arbeitsstellen kurzzeitig anhalten, indem die Transportorgane im Abstand R von der Bandachse gelagert sind und das bandförmige Organ zum Beispiel im Halbkreisbogen mit dem Radius R um das Transportorgan herumgeführt wird. Diese Bauart hat jedoch den Nachteil, dass sie mechanisch sehr präzis ausgeführt werden muss, um ein Verklemmen der Transportorgane zu vermeiden. Zudem können bei dieser Vorrichtung die Transportorgane nur entweder mit konstanter Geschwindigkeit bewegt oder vollständig angehalten, jedoch nicht mit variabler Geschwindigkeit bewegt werden.



   Es sind auch Vorrichtungen bekannt, bei denen in schrittweisem Betrieb jeweils alle Transportorgane gleichzeitig bewegt und wieder angehalten bzw. langsamer oder schneller bewegt werden. Dies hat den Nachteil, dass infolge der gleichzeitigen Beschleunigung und Verzögerung aller Transportorgane grosse Massenkräfte auftreten.



   Mit der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung soll nun eine wesentliche Verbesserung erreicht werden.



   Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Antriebsorgane Vorschubelemente und mindestens eine rotierende Trommel vorgesehen sind, auf deren Mantelfläche eine mit den Förderorganen zusammenwirkende schraubenlinienförmige Nut mit über die Länge der Trommel unterschiedlicher Steigung angeordnet ist.



   In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes im Zusammenhang mit einer Verpackungsanlage dargestellt. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht auf eine Antriebsvorrichtung für Förderorgane und
Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach Linie II-II in Fig. 1.



   Die Vorrichtung weist eine endlose Führungsbahn mit zwei Schienen 1, 2 auf, in denen Transportorgane 4 auf Rollen 3 geführt sind, die in entsprechende Ausnehmungen der Schienen 1, 2 eingreifen.



  Die Transportorgane tragen Becher 5, welche zur Aufnahme des zu fördernden Gutes dienen. Unterhalb der Schienen 1, 2 sind Trommeln 6 gelagert, die parallel zu den geraden Schienenteilen verlaufen.



  Die Trommeln weisen auf ihrer Mantelfläche je eine Nut 7 auf, die sich mit unterschiedlicher Steigung von einem Trommelende zum anderen erstreckt.



  Die Trommeln 6 werden von einer nicht gezeichneten Antriebsquelle mit gleichförmiger Drehzahl angetrieben. An den Transportorganen 4 sind Mitnehmerzapfen 8 befestigt, welche in die Nut 7 eingreifen. An den beiden Enden der Trommeln 6 sind Mitnehmerkreuze 9 angeordnet, die drehbar in einem Lager 10 sitzen und an ihren Armen Schlitze 11 aufweisen, die bestimmt sind, die Mitnehmerzapfen 8 der Transportorgane 4 an den Enden der Trommeln 6 zu erfassen und auf dem gebogenen Teil der Schienen 1, 2 zum Anfang der nächsten Trommeln 6 zu führen. Der Antrieb der Mitnehmerkreuze 9 erfolgt über ein Kegelradpaar 12 synchron mit dem Antrieb der Trommeln von der gleichen Antriebsquelle aus. Es wäre aber auch möglich, die Mitnehmerkreuze 9 schrittweise anzu  treiben, falls auch im gebogenen Teil der Schienen 1, 2,   Stillsbände    der Transportorgane notwendig sind.



   Wenn sich nun die Trommeln 6 und die Mitnehmerkreuze 9 in den durch Pfeile angedeuteten Richtungen drehen, so bewegen sich die Transportorgane 4 auf der in Fig. 1 dargestellten Bahn in Richtung des Pfeiles A. Die Geschwindigkeit, mit der die Transportorgane 4 in den geradlinigen Teilstücken der Bahn bewegt werden, ist neben der Drehzahl der Trommeln 6 abhängig von der Steigung der Nuten 7. An den Stellen 7a weisen die Nuten beispielsweise über einen Teil der Mantelfläche der Trommeln 6 die Steigung Null auf. An diesen Stellen verbleiben somit die Transportorgane kurzzeitig im Stillstand. Durch entsprechende Formgebung der Nuten 7 können somit die Transportorgane 4 mit einer gewünschten Geschwindigkeit angetrieben werden.

The invention relates to a device for driving conveying organs rotating in a closed path with rectilinear path sections and receiving the conveyed material at a predetermined speed, variable in individual path sections, at constant speed of the drive elements.



   Such a device is already known, which has an endless, continuously revolving belt-shaped organ and in which the transport elements stop briefly at certain workplaces, in that the transport elements are supported at a distance R from the belt axis and the belt-shaped element, for example, in a semicircular arc with the radius R is guided around the transport organ. However, this type of construction has the disadvantage that it must be carried out mechanically very precisely in order to avoid jamming of the transport elements. In addition, in this device the transport members can only either be moved at a constant speed or stopped completely, but not moved at a variable speed.



   Devices are also known in which, in step-by-step operation, all transport members are moved simultaneously and stopped again or moved more slowly or more quickly. This has the disadvantage that, due to the simultaneous acceleration and deceleration of all transport organs, large inertial forces occur.



   With the device according to the invention, a substantial improvement is to be achieved.



   The device according to the invention is characterized in that feed elements and at least one rotating drum are provided as drive elements, on the outer surface of which a helical groove cooperating with the conveying elements is arranged with a different pitch over the length of the drum.



   The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention in connection with a packaging system. Show it:

   The device has an endless guide track with two rails 1, 2 in which transport members 4 are guided on rollers 3 which engage in corresponding recesses in the rails 1, 2.



  The transport members carry cups 5, which serve to receive the goods to be conveyed. Below the rails 1, 2 drums 6 are mounted, which run parallel to the straight rail parts.



  The drums each have a groove 7 on their outer surface, which extends with a different pitch from one end of the drum to the other.



  The drums 6 are driven by a drive source, not shown, at a uniform speed. Driving pins 8, which engage in the groove 7, are fastened to the transport members 4. At the two ends of the drums 6 driver crosses 9 are arranged, which are rotatably seated in a bearing 10 and have slots 11 on their arms which are intended to capture the driver pins 8 of the transport members 4 at the ends of the drums 6 and on the bent part of rails 1, 2 to the beginning of the next drums 6. The drive of the driving crosses 9 takes place via a bevel gear pair 12 synchronously with the drive of the drums from the same drive source. However, it would also be possible to drive the driver crosses 9 step by step, if still belts of the transport members are necessary in the curved part of the rails 1, 2.



   When the drums 6 and the driver crosses 9 rotate in the directions indicated by arrows, the transport members 4 move on the path shown in FIG. 1 in the direction of arrow A. The speed at which the transport members 4 in the straight sections of the web are moved, in addition to the speed of the drums 6 is dependent on the slope of the grooves 7. At the points 7a, the grooves have zero slope, for example over part of the outer surface of the drums 6. The transport members remain at a standstill for a short time at these points. By appropriately shaping the grooves 7, the transport members 4 can thus be driven at a desired speed.

 

Claims (1)

PATENTANSPRUCH Vorrichtung zum Antrieb von in einer geschlossenen Bahn mit geradlinigen Bahnabschnitten umlaufenden, das Fördergut aufnehmenden Förderorganen mit einer vorbestimmten, in einzelnen Bahnabschnitten veränderlichen Geschwindigkeit, bei konstanter Drehzahl der Antriebsorgane, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Antriebsorgane Vorschubelemente und mindestens eine rotierende Trommel (6) vorgesehen sind, auf deren Mantelfläche eine mit den Förderorganen (4) zusammenwirkende schraubenlinienförmige Nut (7) mit über die Länge der Trommel unterschiedlicher Steigung angeordnet ist.
