Description

  

      Überfüllsicherung    an Flüssigkeitsbehälter    Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine     Überfüll-          sicherung    an Flüssigkeitsbehälter.  



  Diese kennzeichnet sich dadurch, dass das Füllrohr  einen pilzförmigen, mit Konus versehenen Ventilteller,  der mit einem Schwimmer verbunden ist, enthält, zum  Abschliessen des     Durchflusses    der Flüssigkeit, und  dem Ventilteller eine Druckfeder zugeordnet ist, die  ein automatisches Entleeren der Zuleitung ermöglicht.  



  Im folgenden ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Er  findungsgegenstandes anhand der zwei Schnitte der       Überfüllsicherung    darstellenden Zeichnung näher er  läutert.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt die     Überfüllsicherung    offen,     Fig.    2  geschlossen.  



  Die Arbeitsweise der     überfüllsicherung    ist fol  gende: Wenn der Behälter a durch das Füllrohr b  gefüllt wird und das Flüssigkeitsniveau allmählich  steigt, so wird von einem gewissen Niveau an der  Schwimmer c durch Auftrieb betätigt demzufolge auch  der Ventilteller d, so dass es die Schliesslage einnimmt.  Durch das langsame Drosseln des     Durchflusses    der  Flüssigkeit entsteht ein leichter Überdruck in der Füll-    Leitung, der den     entgültigen        Schliessungsvorgang    be  schleunigt und den Schwimmer leicht über das Flüssig  keitsniveau hebt.  



  Wird die Pumpe, mit der die Flüssigkeit     in    den  Behälter befördert wird, abgestellt, so öffnet der Ventil  teller erstens durch den Schwimmer, der in     seine    nor  male Lage zurück fällt und zweitens mit     Hilfe    der  Druckfeder e, was ein automatisches Entleeren der Zu  leitung möglich macht. Sobald das Niveau im Behälter  sinkt, öffnet sich der Ventilteller     wieder        ganz.

The slow throttling of the liquid flow creates a slight overpressure in the filling line, which accelerates the final closing process and raises the float slightly above the liquid level.



  If the pump, with which the liquid is conveyed into the container, is switched off, the valve disc opens firstly by the float, which falls back into its normal position and secondly with the help of the compression spring e, which enables the line to be emptied automatically power. As soon as the level in the container sinks, the valve disk opens completely again.
